本发明涉及灯具制造领域,具体地说,是一种双头LED壁灯,包括纵杆,纵杆的一端连接到墙壁上另一端连接到横杆中部,横杆的两端连接到连接杆,连接杆的底部连接到灯罩,纵杆、横杆和连接杆采用中空设计,灯罩通过设置在纵杆、横杆和连接杆内部的电线连接到墙体内部的家用电路上,灯罩内采用螺旋或卡口连接到LED灯泡,LED灯泡的开关采用拉线开关设计,拉线开关上绑定有拉绳,拉绳向下延长至灯罩外,本发明披露的双头LED壁灯整体结构简单,安装方便,散热效率高,大幅度提高使用寿命和使用的安全性,且采用双头设计,每个LED灯泡可独立工作,便于两人同时或者单独使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具制造领域,具体地说,是一种双头LED壁灯。
背景技术
LED灯泡具有发光效率高、省电和寿命长的优点,其应用越来越广泛。现有的照明装置大都采用LED灯泡,不仅照明效果好,且节约能源,使用寿命长。照明装置分为顶灯、吸顶灯、台灯、落地灯、壁灯、射灯等多种种类,其中壁灯是安装在墙壁上实现照明功能的灯具,壁灯不仅具有照明功能,同时又能美化家居环境,起到室内装饰的效果。现有的LED壁灯的散热效果差,LED光源容易因为过热而损坏,进而导致使用寿命较短,结构造型单一,只有一个照射面且照射方向不可调整,装饰效果差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明披露了一种双头LED壁灯,可以安装在卧式的床头,满足两人照明的需要。
本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种双头LED壁灯,包括不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形纵杆,纵杆的一端连接到墙壁上,纵杆的另一端连接到不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形的横杆中部,横杆的两端连接到不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形的连接杆,连接杆的底部连接到灯罩,纵杆、横杆和连接杆采用中空设计,灯罩通过设置在纵杆、横杆和连接杆内部的电线连接到墙体内部的家用电路上,灯罩内采用螺旋或卡口连接到LED灯泡,LED灯泡的开关采用拉线开关设计,拉线开关上绑定有拉绳,拉绳向下延长至灯罩外。
在本技术方案中,采用不锈钢材料制成的圆形或方形纵杆、横杆和连接杆具有经久耐用的优点,可延长壁灯的使用寿命,且不易损坏造成对床上用户的伤害,纵杆的一端连接到墙壁上另一端连接到横杆中部,横杆的两端连接到连接杆,采用这样的设计,结构简单,牢固性强,连接杆的底部连接到灯罩用来安装LED灯泡,LED灯泡的开关采用拉线开关设计,拉线开关上绑定有拉绳,拉绳向下延长至灯罩外,便于躺在床上的用户不用起身就能开关壁灯。
本发明的进一步改进,LED灯泡包括灯头、基座、灯源组件和灯泡壳,灯头设于基座底部,灯源组件设于基座上,灯泡壳设于灯源组件外围,基座和灯头之间设有散热器,灯源组件包括灯源和灯源基板,灯源设于灯源基板上,灯源照射方向对准灯泡壳方向,灯泡壳包括灯泡内壳和灯泡外壳,灯泡外壳设于灯泡内壳外围,灯泡内壳上设有灯泡内壳散热孔,灯泡外壳上设有灯泡外壳散热孔。
本发明的进一步改进,灯泡内壳散热孔和灯泡外壳散热孔不位于同一直径。
本发明的进一步改进,灯泡外壳散热孔的数量是灯泡内壳散热孔数量的2-3倍。
本发明的进一步改进,纵杆与墙壁的连接端设置有圆形或方形固定盘,便于固定到墙壁上。
本发明的进一步改进,固定盘边缘均匀设置有定位孔,采用螺丝通过定位孔连接到墙体内,使得该双头LED壁灯与墙体的连接更加牢固。
本发明的进一步改进,纵杆、横杆和连接杆采用可伸缩设计。
本发明的有益效果:本发明披露的双头LED壁灯整体结构简单,安装方便, 散热效率高,大幅度提高使用寿命和使用的安全性,且采用双头设计,每个LED灯泡可独立工作,便于两人同时或者单独使用。

实施例:如图1所示,一种双头LED壁灯,包括不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形纵杆1,纵杆1的一端连接到墙壁上,纵杆1的另一端连接到不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形的横杆2中部,横杆2的两端连接到不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形的连接杆3,连接杆3的底部连接到灯罩4,纵杆1、横杆2和连接杆3采用中空设计,灯罩4通过设置在纵杆1、横杆2和连接杆3内部的电线连接到墙体内部的家用电路上,灯罩4内采用螺旋或卡口连接到LED灯泡5,LED灯泡5的开关采用拉线开关设计,拉线开关上绑定有拉绳6,拉绳6向下延长至灯罩4外,纵杆1与墙壁的连接端设置有圆形或方形固定盘7,便于固定到墙壁上,固定盘7边缘均匀设置有定位孔8,采用螺丝通过定位孔8连接到墙体内,使得该双头LED壁灯与墙体的连接更加牢固,采用不锈钢材料制成的圆形或方形纵杆1、横杆2和连接杆3具有经久耐用的优点,可延长壁灯的使用寿命,且不易损坏造成对床上用户的伤害,纵杆1的一端连接到墙壁上另一端连接到横杆2中部,横杆2的两端连接到连接杆3,采用这样的设计,结构简单,牢固性强,连接杆3的底部连接到灯罩4用来安装LED灯泡5,LED灯泡5的开关采用拉线开关设计,拉线开关上绑定有拉绳6,拉绳6向下延长至灯罩4外,便于躺在床上的用户不用起身就能开关壁灯。
如图2所示,LED灯泡5包括灯头501、基座502、灯源504组件和灯泡壳,灯头501设于基座502底部,灯源504组件设于基座502上,灯泡壳设于灯源504组件外围,基座502和灯头501之间设有散热器503,灯源504组件包括灯源504和灯源基板505,灯源504设于灯源基板505上,灯源504照射方向对准灯泡壳方向,灯泡壳包括灯泡内壳506和灯泡外壳507,灯泡外壳507设于灯泡内壳506外围,灯泡内壳506上设有灯泡内壳散热孔508,灯泡外壳507上设有灯泡外壳散热孔509,灯泡内壳散热孔508和灯泡外壳散热孔509不位于同一直径,灯泡外壳散热孔509的数量是灯泡内壳散热孔508数量的2-3倍。
在本实施例中,纵杆1、横杆2和连接杆3采用可伸缩设计。

1.一种双头LED壁灯,其特征在于,包括不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形纵杆,所述纵杆的一端连接到墙壁上,所述纵杆的另一端连接到不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形的横杆中部,所述横杆的两端连接到不锈钢材料制成圆形或方形的连接杆,所述连接杆的底部连接到灯罩,所述纵杆、横杆和连接杆采用中空设计,所述灯罩通过设置在所述纵杆、横杆和连接杆内部的电线连接到墙体内部的家用电路上,所述灯罩内采用螺旋或卡口连接到LED灯泡,所述LED灯泡的开关采用拉线开关设计,所述拉线开关上绑定有拉绳,所述拉绳向下延长至所述灯罩外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双头LED壁灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯泡包括灯头、基座、灯源组件和灯泡壳,所述灯头设于所述基座底部,所述灯源组件设于所述基座上,所述灯泡壳设于所述灯源组件外围,所述基座和所述灯头之间设有散热器,所述灯源组件包括灯源和灯源基板,所述灯源设于灯源基板上,所述灯源照射方向对准所述灯泡壳方向,所述灯泡壳包括灯泡内壳和灯泡外壳,所述灯泡外壳设于灯泡内壳外围,所述灯泡内壳上设有灯泡内壳散热孔,所述灯泡外壳上设有灯泡外壳散热孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双头LED壁灯,其特征在于,所述灯泡内壳散热孔和灯泡外壳散热孔不位于同一直径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双头LED壁灯,其特征在于,所述灯泡外壳散热孔的数量是所述灯泡内壳散热孔数量的2-3倍。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的双头LED壁灯,其特征在于,所述纵杆与墙壁的连接端设置有圆形或方形固定盘。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双头LED壁灯,其特征在于,所述固定盘边缘均匀设置有定位孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双头LED壁灯,其特征在于,所述纵杆、横杆和连接杆采用可伸缩设计。
