Abstract

本发明提供一种新型的旁装式无线相切调光装置,与零线、火线及灯具连接,所述火线上设有单火线开关,其特征在于:包括上壳、底座及设有取电单元的调光电路板,所述调光电路板容纳于所述上壳及底座内,还包括输入端及输出端,所述取电单元与所述输入端连接并用于向所述调光电路板供电。本发明解决了调光器的取电问题,可外接结构避免了更换已有开关造成的浪费,同时可遥控功能方便了用户的使用。

旁装式无线相切调光装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及智能家居系统领域,尤其涉及旁装式无线相切调光装置。
【背景技术】
LED光源具有节能、环保、寿命长等特点,随着LED的飞速发展,LED灯具得到普及,但是传统灯具在家庭中仍旧被大量使用。传统灯具的调光器局限在单火线墙壁开关面板,单火线取电问题很大程度上限制了调光器的应用,同时由于传统调光器无法在开关和灯具之间外接,所以必须更换已有开关。
【发明内容】
为解决前述问题,本发明提供一种新型的旁装式无线相切调光装置,解决了调光器的取电问题而不改变传统单火线布线方式,可外接结构避免了更换已有开关造成的浪费。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:旁装式无线相切调光装置,与零线、火线及灯具连接,所述火线上设有单火线开关,其特征在于:包括上壳、底座及设有取电单元的调光电路板,所述上壳与所述底座连接并形成容纳腔,所述调光电路板设于所述容纳腔内;还包括与所述火线及零线连接的输入端及与所述灯具连接的输出端,所述取电单元与所述输入端连接并用于向所述调光电路板供电。
进一步的,所述调光电路板上还设有过零检测单元、相切控制单元、微处理单元以及无线通信单元,所述过零检测单元连接于所述相切控制单元,所述相切控制单元连接于所述微处理单元,所述无线通信单元连接于所述微处理单元。
所述过零检测单元检测交流过零点位置并以低压电平信号输出,所述相切控制单元通过高压功率开关器件并与所述过零检测单元配合实现,相切发生在过零点后或过零点前,通过所述高压功率开关器件将交流电正弦波的半波就行断电处理,所述微处理控制单元用于过零信号的处理及所述相切控制单元的控制,所述无线通信单元用于无线控制信号的接收或状态信息反馈,所述取电单元为过零检测单元、相切控制单元、无线通信单元及微处理控制单元供电。
进一步的,还包括紧固柱,所述调光电路板设有安装孔,所述底座设有内设空腔的安装柱,所述紧固柱穿过所述安装孔后伸入所述空腔内。
进一步的,所述上壳设有卡扣,所述底座包括与所述上壳连接的连接面,所述连接面上设有外沿,所述外沿设有匹配所述卡扣的卡槽。
进一步的,所述外沿上设有供安装螺钉穿过的安装环。
进一步的,所述输入端及所述输出端设于所述容纳腔内,所述底座设有穿线孔,外部电线穿过所述穿线孔连接于所述输入端和输出端。
进一步的,所述底座设有散热口
采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下优点:避免了调光器局限在开关面板上,可外接式结构避免了更换已有开关造成的浪费,既不影响墙壁式开关面板的使用,同时能够实现灯具的调光。

下面结合本发明实施例的附图对本发明实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明,但下述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种旁装式无线相切调光装置。
本实施例中,旁装式无线相切调光装置,与零线4、火线5及灯具7连接,火线5上设有单火线开关6,包括上壳1、底座3及设有取电单元的调光电路板2,上壳1的底面呈矩形,上壳1与底座3连接并形成容纳腔,调光电路板2设于容纳腔内;还包括与火线5及零线4连接的输入端及与灯具7连接的输出端,取电单元与输入端连接并用于向调光电路板2供电。
调光电路板2上还设有过零检测单元、相切控制单元、微处理单元以及无线通信单元,过零检测单元连接于相切控制单元,相切控制单元连接于微处理单元,无线通信单元连接于微处理单元。
还包括紧固柱,调光电路板2设有安装孔,底座3设有内设空腔的安装柱31,本实施例中安装柱31设有两根,分别靠近于底座3中相对的一组侧面,并位于所靠近的侧面的中线位置,紧固柱穿过安装孔后伸入空腔内。
上壳1设有卡扣,底座3包括与上壳1连接的连接面,连接面上设有外沿,外沿设有匹配卡扣的卡槽32,本实施例中卡槽32设有4个,均分成两组,分别设于靠近安装柱31的外沿上。
外沿上设有供安装螺钉穿过的安装环33,本实施例中,安装环33设有两个,分别位于未带卡槽32的外沿上,并位于所在外沿的中点位置。
底座设有十一条散热口35,本实施例中散热口35选用长条形且两边呈圆弧状,十一条散热口均布于底座3的底面。
输入端及输出端设于容纳腔内,底座3的底面设有穿线孔34,本实施例中,穿线孔34设有4个,分别位于散热口35的两侧,外部电线穿过穿线孔34连接于输入端和输出端。

1.旁装式无线相切调光装置,与零线、火线及灯具连接,所述火线上设有单火线开关,其特征在于:
包括上壳、底座及设有取电单元的调光电路板,所述上壳与所述底座连接并形成容纳腔,所述调光电路板设于所述容纳腔内;
还包括与所述火线及零线连接的输入端及与所述灯具连接的输出端,所述取电单元与所述输入端连接并用于向所述调光电路板供电;
还包括紧固柱,所述调光电路板设有安装孔,所述底座设有内设空腔的安装柱,所述紧固柱穿过所述安装孔后伸入所述空腔内;所述底座设有散热口。
2.根据权利要求1所述旁装式无线相切调光装置,其特征在于:所述调光电路板上还设有过零检测单元、相切控制单元、微处理单元以及无线通信单元,所述过零检测单元连接于所述相切控制单元,所述相切控制单元连接于所述微处理单元,所述无线通信单元连接于所述微处理单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述旁装式无线相切调光装置,其特征在于:所述上壳设有卡扣,所述底座包括与所述上壳连接的连接面,所述连接面上设有外沿,所述外沿设有匹配所述卡扣的卡槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述旁装式无线相切调光装置,其特征在于:所述外沿上设有供安装螺钉穿过的安装环。
5.根据权利要求1所述旁装式无线相切调光装置,其特征在于:所述输入端及所述输出端设于所述容纳腔内,所述底座设有穿线孔,外部电线穿过所述穿线孔连接于所述输入端和输出端。
