本发明涉及无钥匙孔的暗锁门装置,具体为一种红外暗锁门装置。其特点是:在所述的门体内侧上设置有红外感应接收模块。在所述的门体外侧设置有内部电源,信号处理器,一个正常锁执行电子元件,暗锁电子执行元件。在门体外侧上附盖有一个背板,背板与门体经连接铰接构成一体结构。信号处理器两路输出分别控制正常锁执行元件和暗锁执行元件。本发明的优点是:结构简单,成本低廉,操作使用方便,携带方便,一个锁只有红外密码构成红外控制暗锁门。技术开锁是不能打开门,除非是将门破坏,才能打开的门;真正的实现了没有钥匙是打不开门,实现了真正的防盗。

技术领域:本发明涉及无钥匙孔的暗锁门装置,具体为一种红外暗锁门装置。
背景技术:目前我国楼房建得越来越高,每一单元的户数超过以往,每天开启单元的数量越来越大,因此门锁的使用寿命越来越低,门的生产厂家在售后维护上的费用越来越大,特别是我国北方的寒冷环境,零下二、三十度的低温天气长达5-6个月,此时人们开锁非常的费时,遇有手中拿东西时,再带有一个手套,需要摘下才能开锁。特别是老年人行动不方便,这时开锁更需要有一个快捷、简便的手段更快的开锁。在者,特别是最外面的大门,都是用的防盗门。这种防盗门都有供钥匙开启的锁孔,而盗窃分子,正是利用了锁孔的这个漏洞,用技术开锁实施盗窃,给一些单位、居民家庭造成不小的损失。经国家专利局网站的查询检索,没有发现门上没有不带钥匙孔的防盗门技术方案。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,成本低廉,操作使用方便,携带方便,操作使用快捷、准确,安全可靠,不用钥匙就能打开门的红外暗锁门装置。本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种红外暗锁门装置,它包含门框体,门体,转动铰链,其特征在于:在门框体上设置有一个锁孔,同时在门框体四周设置有多个暗锁孔;所述的门体与所述的门框体之间经所述的转动铰链连接,实现门体相对于固定的门框体转动,在所述的门体内侧上设置有红外感应接收模块。在门体2外侧上附盖有一个背板11,背板11与门体2经连接铰接构成一体结构。在所述的门体外侧设置有内部电源,信号处理器,一个正常锁执行电子元件,暗锁电子执行元件。内部电源与红外感应接收模块、正常锁执行元件、暗锁执行元件并联连接,对它们实现供电,内部电源与红外感应接收模块串联连接,内部电源经红外感应接收模块与信号处理器串联连接;信号处理器两路输出分别控制正常锁执行元件和暗锁执行元件。本发明的优点是:结构简单、成本低廉、操作使用快捷、准确,安全可靠。一个锁只有红外密码构成红外控制暗锁门。技术开锁是不能打开门,除非是将门破坏,才能打开的门;真正的实现了没有钥匙是打不开门,实现了真正的防盗。

具体实施方式:一种红外暗锁门装置,它包含门框体1,门体2,转动铰链12,其特征在于:在门框体1上设置有一个锁孔5,同时在门框体1四周设置有多个暗锁孔6,所述的门框体1经固定件固定连接于墙体之上;所述的门体2与所述的门框体1之间经所述的转动铰链12连接,实现门体2相对于固定的门框体1转动,在所述的门体2内侧上设置有红外感应接收模块3。在门体2外侧上附盖有一个背板11,背板11与门体2经连接铰接构成一体结构。在所述的门体2外侧设置有内部电源7,信号处理器8,一个正常锁执行电子元件9,暗锁电子执行元件10。内部电源7与红外感应接收模块3、正常锁执行元件9、暗锁执行元件10并联连接,对它们实现供电,内部电源7与红外感应接收模块3串联连接,内部电源7经红外感应接收模块3与信号处理器8串联连接;信号处理器8两路输出分别控制正常锁执行元件9和暗锁执行元件10。下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:门体内侧2上设置的正常锁执行元件9位置与门框体1上设置的锁孔5相对应。门体2上设置的暗锁执行元件10位置与门框体1上设置的暗锁孔6相对应。门体2与门框体1之间通过转动铰链12连接,通过门体2可以相对于固定的门框体1转动,在门体2内侧上设置有门把手4,可以通过门把手4实现开关门动作。在门体2外侧安装有红外感应接收模块3,在门体2上设置有内部电源7,在门体2设置有信号处8,在门体2外设置有背板11,背板11与门体2构成一体结构,背板与门体通过铰接等方式固定为一体,内部电源7为蓄电池,可由220伏交流电源对它进行充电。内部电源7为红外感应接收模块3,信号处理器8,正常锁执行元件9,暗锁执行元件10供电,同时也可以使用外接电源对它们进行供电。控制遥控器13与红外感应接收模块3是在事先由红外编码器,编制出维一的一组编码,这一组编码,就是打开这一把锁的钥匙。控制遥控器13上发射出红外信号,被红外感应接收模块3接受后,对控制遥控器13上发射出的红外编码信号进行解码,也就是开锁;再将解码后的信号输入到信号处理器8中,进行整形处理、放大,达到能驱动正常锁执行元件9、暗锁执行元件10电流,完成控制。
当使用遥控器13进行控制普通开锁门时,通过控制遥控器13上的正常锁遥控开关14对门体2上设置的正常锁执行元件9实行控制,控制遥控器13上发射红外信号,红外感应接收模块3接收红外信号,信号处理器8对信号进行处理,正常锁执行元件9执行动作与锁孔5接合及断开完成普通开锁门设置。
当使用遥控器13进行控制暗锁门时,通过控制遥控器13上的暗锁遥控开关15对门体2上设置的多个暗锁执行元件10实行控制,控制遥控器13上的暗锁遥控开关15发射红外信号,红外感应接收模块3接收红外信号,信号处理器8对信号进行处理,多个暗锁执行元件10同时执行动作与暗锁孔6接合及断开完成暗锁设置。红外感应接收模块3型号:rxc11,信号处理器8型号:rxb8,正常锁执行元件9:SSR-DC12V,多个暗锁执行元件10型号SSR-DC12V。

1.一种红外暗锁门装置,它包含门框体,门体,转动铰链,其特征在于:在门框体上设置有一个锁孔,同时在门框体四周设置有多个暗锁孔;所述的门体与所述的门框体之间经所述的转动铰链连接,实现门体相对于固定的门框体转动,在所述的门体内侧上设置有红外感应接收模块,在门体外侧上附盖有一个背板,背板与门体经连接铰接构成一体结构。。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外暗锁门装置,其特征在于:在所述的门体外侧设置有内部电源,信号处理器,一个正常锁执行电子元件,暗锁电子执行元件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外暗锁门装置,其特征在于:内部电源与红外感应接收模块、正常锁执行元件、暗锁执行元件并联连接,对它们实现供电,内部电源与红外感应接收模块串联连接,内部电源经红外感应接收模块与信号处理器串联连接;信号处理器两路输出分别控制正常锁执行元件和暗锁执行元件。
