Abstract

本发明提供一种微晶木地板结构,包括微晶板玻璃层、聚合层、支撑层以及粘结层;支撑层设置于粘结层与聚合成之间;微晶板玻璃层设置于聚合层上端面;其中,支撑层内设有空腔;通过采用以上技术方案,能够有效提高微晶木地板的整体结构、无污染,且拼合安装后较为稳固;同时通过采用特殊的聚合层以及支撑层材料可以降低微晶木地板的污染、强度可靠、成本较低、实用性较好;进一步地,本方案相对比较方便拆卸维修,可以满足当前人们装修需求。

一种微晶木地板结构
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种微晶木地板结构。
背景技术
当前随着建筑、装修等行业的蓬勃发展,作为主要耗材的木材也随之大量消耗;然而木材的供给量远远不足于满足当前的需求;加之木材的大量砍伐也造成环境问题;因此需要寻求木材的替代材料;现有也存在一些微晶木材料,但是其存在结构不稳定容易断裂,或是材料含化学污染物超标;有些微晶木材料在使用过程中也存在不够人性化等问题。
基于上述微晶木材料中存在的技术问题,尚未有相关的解决方案;因此迫切需要寻求有效方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提出一种微晶木地板结,旨在解决现有微晶木地板结构以及材料不稳定的问题。
本发明提供一种微晶木地板结构,包括微晶板玻璃层、聚合层、支撑层以及粘结层;支撑层设置于粘结层与聚合成之间;微晶板玻璃层设置于聚合层上端面;其中,支撑层内设有空腔。
进一步地,支撑层由多个支撑块形成,相邻两个支撑块之间形成空腔。
进一步地,微晶木地板的一端设有结合块;结合块一端镶嵌于聚合层与粘结层之间,其另一端沿支撑层凸出。
进一步地,微晶木地板的另一端设有结合腔;结合腔沿支撑层内凹。
进一步地,结合块切面上还设有凸块。
进一步地,结合腔内还设有凹腔。
进一步地,还包括防潮层;防潮层设置于粘结层底面。
进一步地,聚合层主要由高分子树脂聚乙烯、天然植物纤维、木材加工的锯末纤维、橡胶粉粒融合、挤压并加入增溶剂、复合剂以及润滑脱模剂聚合而成。
进一步地,支撑层由石英砂、煤粉、石灰石、铝土矿、高铝渣融合并挤压,再加入氯化聚乙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酷或丙烯酸酷凝结而成。
进一步地,防潮层由PVC 树脂以及重质碳酸钙凝结而成;其中还包含三聚氰胺。
通过采用以上技术方案,能够有效提高微晶木地板的整体结构、无污染,且拼合安装后较为稳固;同时通过采用特殊的聚合层以及支撑层材料可以降低微晶木地板的污染、强度可靠、成本较低,实用性较好;进一步地,本方案相对比较方便拆卸维修,可以满足当前人们装修需求。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图 1至图2所示,本发明提供一种微晶木地板结构,包括微晶板玻璃层1、聚合层2、支撑层5以及粘结层6;支撑层5设置于粘结层6与聚合成2之间,其主要可以起到支撑以及缓冲的作用,并且为提高支撑层5的强度以及方便后续破裂维修,在支撑层5内设有多个并排的空腔4,支撑层5由多个支撑块形成,各个支撑块并排构成支撑层5的支撑架结构;并且相邻两个支撑块之间形成空腔5,空腔5的宽度大概是支撑块宽度的四分之一至五分之一,本实施例中一块微晶木地板长为80CM、宽为40cm;沿微晶木地板的长度方向,支撑块的长度为25cm至30cm较为合理;空腔的长度为8cm至5cm,这样会使微晶木地板结构更加稳定,同时在安装后不损可以方便进行维修;进一步地,微晶板玻璃层1设置于聚合层2上端面,由于微晶板玻璃较质地坚硬、密实均匀,且生产过程中无污染,产品本身无放射性污染,是一种新型的环保绿色材料,这样有利于装修,避免污染室内环境。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1、图2所示,本发明提供的方案中,为方便提高微晶木地板安装以及维修,避免过多采用粘结剂;在微晶木地板的一端设有结合块3;其中,结合块3的一端通过挤压粘合镶嵌于聚合层2与粘结层6之间;其另一端沿支撑层5向外凸出;具体地结合块3与支撑块可以是相同材料,也可以是根据装修匹配其他材料,例如压缩木,这样主要方便组装以及粘合。进一步地,为方便相邻微晶木地板之间的相互组装,在微晶木地板的另一端设有结合腔8;结合腔8沿支撑层5内凹,这样即可简单快捷实现装修过程中相邻两个微晶木地板之间结合块与结合腔之间的匹配安装。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1、图2所示,本发明提供的方案中,为实现微晶木地板之间的纵向固定,避免安装后移动或匹配不合理,在结合块3的切面上还设有凸块9;并且在结合腔8内还设有凹腔10,这样相邻两个微晶木地板既可以实现横向装配固定又可以纵向进行固定。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1所示,本发明提供的方案还包括防潮层7;防潮层7设置于粘结层6底面,主要是避免微晶木地板安装后由于底部潮湿或腐蚀的原因造成损害。
优选地,结合上述方案,本发明提供的方案中,所述聚合层主要由高分子树脂聚乙烯、天然植物纤维、木材加工的锯末纤维、橡胶粉粒融合、挤压并加入增溶剂、复合剂以及润滑脱模剂等聚合而成,其中为增溶剂包括马来酸醉改性的烯类树脂、乙烯一醋酸乙烯共聚物、松香改性树脂;复合剂为电性矿粉;润滑脱模剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯蜡等;其中天然植物纤维主要包括玉米杆、稻杆、麦秆、麻杆、竹纤维以及树皮等;进一步地,还包括着色剂,着色剂一般为氧化铁红氧化铁黑、钦白粉。通过采用上述聚合材料可以有效提高微晶木地板的材质,材料大部分为现有二次材料,较为环保且成本较低,适应性较好。
优选地,结合上述方案,本发明提供的方案中,所述支撑层主要由石英砂、煤粉、石灰石、铝土矿、高铝渣融合并挤压,在加入氯化聚乙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酷或丙烯酸酷等共聚物凝结而成,这样可以提高微晶木的强度,避免空腔结构长期踩踏损坏。
优选地,结合上述方案,本发明提供的方案中,防潮层材料主要包括PVC 树脂、重质碳酸钙;其中还包括三聚氰胺添加剂,这主要是为了提高微晶木地板的防潮效果,避免腐蚀以及潮湿损坏地板。
通过采用以上技术方案,能够有效提高微晶木地板的整体结构、无污染,且拼合安装后较为稳固;同时通过采用特殊的聚合层以及支撑层材料可以降低微晶木地板的污染、强度可靠、成本较低,实用性较好;进一步地,本方案相对比较方便拆卸维修,可以满足当前人们装修需求。

Claims (10)

1.一种微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,包括微晶板玻璃层、聚合层、支撑层以及粘结层;所述支撑层设置于所述粘结层与所述聚合成之间;所述微晶板玻璃层设置于所述聚合层上端面;其中,所述支撑层内设有空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述支撑层由多个支撑块形成,相邻两个所述支撑块之间形成所述空腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述微晶木地板的一端设有结合块;所述结合块一端镶嵌于所述聚合层与所述粘结层之间,其另一端沿所述支撑层凸出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述微晶木地板的另一端设有结合腔;所述结合腔沿所述支撑层内凹。
5.根据权利要求3所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述结合块切面上还设有凸块。
6.根据权利要求4所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述结合腔内还设有凹腔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,还包括防潮层;所述防潮层设置于所述粘结层底面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述聚合层主要由高分子树脂聚乙烯、天然植物纤维、木材加工的锯末纤维、橡胶粉粒融合、挤压并加入增溶剂、复合剂以及润滑脱模剂聚合而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述支撑层由石英砂、煤粉、石灰石、铝土矿、高铝渣融合并挤压,再加入氯化聚乙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酷或丙烯酸酷凝结而成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的微晶木地板结构,其特征在于,所述防潮层由PVC 树脂以及重质碳酸钙凝结而成;其中还包含三聚氰胺。
