随着绿色低碳生活的提出,资源、能源和环境的压力迫切要求各行业各领域的节能降耗,目前,我国社会总能耗的30%为建筑能耗,随着经济的发展,这一比例还可能不断增长。在建筑围护结构中,墙体在采暖能耗中所占的比例最大,约占总能耗的32.1%~36.2%,因此,进一步提高外墙的保温性能将是实现建筑节能的有效手段。复合保温板材的问世及发展解决了有机保温材料易燃、防火等级低而无机保温材料保温性能差的矛盾,新型的高性能有机-无机复合保温材料将是墙体保温材料未来的发展方向。
目前的保温材料存在种种弊端,如:材料成本较高,为了减轻重量,由纤维混凝土、石膏板等叶板通常比较薄,与芯材连接强度有限,其承载能力相对较低。或者与之相反,为了具备较高承载能力,而不得不采用以传统钢筋混凝土等形式板为基础的复合墙板,导致墙体质量过大,结构自重增加,施工不便。因此有必要发明一种轻质高强、防水防火、保温隔热与结构承载能力一体化,而且具有绿色环保、无毒无害、施工便捷的复合保温板。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种复合保温板,可实现墙体厚度减小,从而降低外墙自重,增加使用面积,同时具有较高承载能力,可提高建筑物的热性能,改善室内热环境和节省消耗的目的。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种复合保温板,包括通过粘结材料依次粘结为一体的第一保护层、三维增强纤维层和第二保护层,第一保护层和第二保护层均包括铝板层和聚氨酯泡沫层,三维增强纤维层内填充有保温材料,三维增强纤维层的表面包裹有一层阻燃层。
所述的粘结材料为水泥和粉煤灰的混合物。
所述的三维增强纤维层中采用的增强纤维为石棉、玻璃纤维、聚氨酯纤维、陶瓷纤维、中空纤维中的任意一种或多种。
所述的保温材料为玻化微珠、聚苯颗粒、石蜡相变微胶囊中的任意一种或多种。
所述的阻燃层的化学组分由下列重量份原料组成:聚氨酯胶10~15份、硫酸钡10~15份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物25~30份和氯化聚乙烯阻燃剂15~20份。
本发明具有如下的积极效果:可使墙体厚度减小,从而降低外墙自重,增加使用面积,可提高建筑物的热性能,改善室内热环境和节省消耗,三维增强纤维层具有质量轻,强度高,导热系数低,耐热性好,阻燃好,耐老化,容易与钢材、水泥等其他材料粘结;同时为了降低保温板成本,可以用粉煤灰代替部分水泥,达到废物利用,保护环境的目的;将保温材料填充在三维增强纤维层中不但可以有效固定保温材料,也可以增加保温装料的强度,可以有效缓和保温板轻质与低强度的矛盾;该发明结构密实、牢固,保温效果稳定,加工工艺简单,造价低廉,还具有防高温、防潮和隔音效果好的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括通过粘结材料依次粘结为一体的第一保护层、三维增强纤维层1和第二保护层,第一保护层和第二保护层均包括铝板层2和聚氨酯泡沫层3,三维增强纤维层1内填充有保温材料,三维增强纤维层1的表面包裹有一层阻燃层4。三维增强纤维层1位于两个聚氨酯泡沫层3的中间,两个聚氨酯泡沫层3的外表面均为铝板层2。该发明可使墙体厚度减小,从而降低外墙自重,增加使用面积,可提高建筑物的热性能,改善室内热环境和节省消耗,三维增强纤维层1具有质量轻,强度高,导热系数低,耐热性好,阻燃好,耐老化,容易与钢材、水泥等其他材料粘结。
粘结材料为水泥和粉煤灰的混合物。三维增强纤维层1中采用的增强纤维为石棉、玻璃纤维、聚氨酯纤维、陶瓷纤维、中空纤维中的任意一种或多种。保温材料为玻化微珠、聚苯颗粒、石蜡相变微胶囊中的任意一种或多种。阻燃层4的化学组分由下列重量份原料组成:聚氨酯胶10~15份、硫酸钡10~15份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物25~30份和氯化聚乙烯阻燃剂15~20份。同时为了降低保温板成本,可以用粉煤灰代替部分水泥,达到废物利用,保护环境的目的;将保温材料填充在三维增强纤维层1中不但可以有效固定保温材料,也可以增加保温装料的强度,可以有效缓和保温板轻质与低强度的矛盾;该发明结构密实、牢固,保温效果稳定,加工工艺简单,造价低廉,还具有防高温、防潮和隔音效果好的特点。
实施例一中的三维增强纤维层1中采用的增强纤维为石棉和玻璃纤维混合交错形成的,保温材料为石蜡相变微胶囊,阻燃层4的化学组分由下列重量份原料组成:聚氨酯胶10份、硫酸钡10份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物25份和氯化聚乙烯阻燃剂15份。
实施例二中的三维增强纤维层1中采用的增强纤维为聚氨酯纤维和陶瓷纤维混合交错形成的,保温材料为玻化微珠和聚苯颗粒的混合,阻燃层4的化学组分由下列重量份原料组成:聚氨酯胶12份、硫酸钡13份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物26份和氯化聚乙烯阻燃剂17份。
实施例三中的三维增强纤维层1中采用的增强纤维为石棉和中空纤维混合交错形成的,保温材料为聚苯颗粒,阻燃层4的化学组分由下列重量份原料组成:聚氨酯胶15份、硫酸钡15份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物30份和氯化聚乙烯阻燃剂20份。
实施例四中的三维增强纤维层1中采用的增强纤维为玻璃纤维和中空纤维混合交错形成的,保温材料为石蜡相变微胶囊,阻燃层4的化学组分由下列重量份原料组成:聚氨酯胶14份、硫酸钡12份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物28份和氯化聚乙烯阻燃剂16份。
Claims (5)
1.一种复合保温板,其特征在于:包括通过粘结材料依次粘结为一体的第一保护层、三维增强纤维层(1)和第二保护层,第一保护层和第二保护层均包括铝板层(2)和聚氨酯泡沫层(3),三维增强纤维层(1)内填充有保温材料,三维增强纤维层(1)的表面包裹有一层阻燃层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合保温板,其特征在于:所述的粘结材料为水泥和粉煤灰的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合保温板,其特征在于:所述的三维增强纤维层(1)中采用的增强纤维为石棉、玻璃纤维、聚氨酯纤维、陶瓷纤维、中空纤维中的任意一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合保温板,其特征在于:所述的保温材料为玻化微珠、聚苯颗粒、石蜡相变微胶囊中的任意一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合保温板,其特征在于:所述的阻燃层(4)的化学组分由下列重量份原料组成:聚氨酯胶10~15份、硫酸钡10~15份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物25~30份和氯化聚乙烯阻燃剂15~20份。
