Abstract

本发明涉及一种肉桂精油三合一湿巾及其制备方法,属于消毒除垢制品技术领域,由基材和负载于该基材上的药液组成,其特征在于:所述的药液由下述组分组成:肉桂精油、有机酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、山梨醇、丙二醇丁醚和水。用药液将基材加湿,并控制湿巾含液量是基材重量的3‑6倍。与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点如下:有效除锈、除垢;有效清洁、消毒;节约时间和成本;气味愉悦,对器械上的残胶也有一定的去除效果,真正实现一物多用。

肉桂精油三合一湿巾及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肉桂精油三合一湿巾及其制备方法,属于消毒除垢制品技术领域。
背景技术
近几年来湿巾的产量和消耗量正在快速发展,相应的品类也日渐丰富,主要应用于旅游、住宿、展会、婴儿护理等商务、休闲和家庭场所。但对于医院场所,湿巾的应用很少,尤其针对复用器械的除垢、除锈和清洁、消毒方面。
医院感染的发生与医疗器械灭菌合格程度有直接关联。有效的清洗是保证灭菌成功的关键,然而医疗器械经多次使用或处理不当,都会引起镀铬层的破坏而产生锈蚀现象。在临床实践中,锈渍的去除是一个棘手问题,锈渍若去除不彻底,会影响灭菌效果。
目前常用的除锈方法是将锈蚀的器械浸泡在酸性除锈液中,而酸性除锈液本身对器械的镀铬层有不同程度的氧化腐蚀作用,这样原来没有锈蚀的部位也因浸泡在除锈液中而导致镀铬层的破坏,久而久之,器械会出现越除越锈的现象。另外医院消毒供应中心在接收到器械时,表面的污物大量存在,如果没有提前清洗、消毒而直接进行除锈,一方面污物在酸性除锈剂中得不到有效的清洗,一方面给操作人员带来一定的安全隐患。
肉桂(CinnamomumcassiaPresD,属樟科樟属,是我国南方特有的经济树种,肉桂精油是从肉桂干燥树皮提取的挥发油,具有浓郁的芳香及辛辣气味,可广泛应用于医药、食品及化学工业。肉桂精油具有非常强的抗细菌(B群和D群链球菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色表皮葡萄球菌)、抗真菌(白色念珠菌)能力,有报道称肉桂精油对枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和霉菌的杀菌作用显著。
目前还未有一种将肉桂精油添加入清洁、消毒和除垢三合一湿巾中的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提出一种提高消毒杀菌性能和除锈性能的肉桂精油三合一湿巾及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种肉桂精油三合一湿巾,由基材和负载于该基材上的药液组成,所述的药液由下述组分组成:肉桂精油、有机酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、山梨醇、丙二醇丁醚和水。
一种肉桂精油三合一湿巾,由基材和负载于该基材上的药液组成,所述的药液由下述重量百分比组分组成:肉桂精油 0.02%-2.0%,有机酸 1.0%-10.0%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1% -5.0%,烷基糖苷0. 1%-5.0%,山梨醇 0.1%-10.0%,丙二醇丁醚0.2-10%,水 余量。
所述的有机酸为磷酸、乙醇酸、柠檬酸、草酸、乳酸、水杨酸、醋酸中的一种或多种,优选柠檬酸、乳酸和醋酸中的一种或多种。
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为C9-12直链聚氧乙烯醚,EO数为3、6和8中一种或两种。
所述的药液pH值≤6。
所述的基材为无纺布,优选为水刺无纺布或竹纤维无纺布。
本发明的肉桂精油三合一湿巾可以采用本行业通用方法制备而成,先配置药液,再将基材用药液润湿,后进行密封无菌包装。
本发明还提供了一种肉桂精油三合一湿巾的制备方法,由下述步骤组成:
(1)将有机酸、丙二醇丁醚、山梨醇、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷溶解于水中,搅拌至完全溶解后加入肉桂精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得药液。
(2)用(1)步骤的药液将基材加湿,并控制湿巾含液量是基材重量的3-6倍。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点如下:
(1)有效除锈、除垢,减少器械大面积接触除锈剂的机会,很大程度上延长了器械的寿命,增加了器械的再使用率;
(2)有效清洁、消毒,即使污染的器械直接经过肉桂精油三合一湿巾除锈处理,也能有效的去除器械表面的污物并杀灭器械上的微生物,保障操作人员的临床安全;
(3)节约时间和成本,代替常规的除锈液,无需加温、浸泡及废液处理,使用更安全、快速;
(4)气味愉悦,不含人工合成香精,操作者接受度更强;
(5)除胶效果佳,对器械上的残胶具有较好的去除效果,真正实现一物多用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行说明。
在本发明中,如无特别说明,各原料均以有效物含量为100%计,以下百分数均为重量分数。
实施例1:
将3%柠檬酸、1%乳酸、2%乙醇酸、1%C9-11聚氧乙烯醚-6、0.2%烷基糖苷、2%山梨醇和5%丙二醇丁醚溶于85.6%水中,搅拌至完全溶解后加入0.2%肉桂精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得药液。用药液将基材(竹纤维无纺布)加湿,并控制湿巾含液量是基材重量的3倍。
实施例2:
将3%磷酸、2%柠檬酸、1%C9-11聚氧乙烯醚-8、1%烷基糖苷、3%山梨醇和3%丙二醇丁醚溶于86.5%水中,搅拌至完全溶解后加入0.5%肉桂精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得药液。用药液将基材(竹纤维无纺布)加湿,并控制湿巾含液量是基材重量的4倍。
实施例3:
将4%柠檬酸、2%水杨酸、0.5%乳酸、0.5%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、0.5%烷基糖苷、1%山梨醇和5%丙二醇丁醚溶于86.2%水中,搅拌至完全溶解后加入0.3%肉桂精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得药液。用药液将基材(竹纤维无纺布)加湿,并控制湿巾含液量是基材重量的5倍。
上述实施例中的药液pH值≤6。参照GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》要求对肉桂精油三合一湿巾进行杀菌效果测试,结果实施例1-3制得的三合一湿巾对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,平均杀灭率均大于99%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种肉桂精油三合一湿巾,由基材和负载于该基材上的药液组成,其特征在于:所述的药液由下述组分组成:肉桂精油、有机酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、山梨醇、丙二醇丁醚和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的药液由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
肉桂精油 0.02%-2.0%
有机酸 1.0%-10.0%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.1% -5.0%
烷基糖苷 0. 1%-5.0%
山梨醇 0.1%-10.0%
丙二醇丁醚 0.2-10%
水 余量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的有机酸为磷酸、乙醇酸、柠檬酸、草酸、乳酸、水杨酸、醋酸中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的有机酸为柠檬酸、乳酸和醋酸中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为C9-12直链聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求5所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的EO数为3、6和8中一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的药液pH值≤6。
8.根据权利要求1所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的基材为无纺布。
9.根据权利要求8所述的肉桂精油三合一湿巾,其特征在于:所述的基材为无纺布中的水刺无纺布或竹纤维无纺布。
10.权利要求书1-9中任一项所述肉桂精油三合一湿巾的制备方法,由下述步骤组成:
(1)将有机酸、丙二醇丁醚、山梨醇、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷溶解于水中,搅拌至完全溶解后加入肉桂精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得药液;
(2)用(1)步骤的药液将基材加湿,并控制湿巾含液量是基材重量的3-6倍。
