一种由催化剂、渗透剂组成的提高煤炭显热发热量的添加剂,其中催化剂占5‑15%,渗透剂占85‑95%。使用时用适量水予以稀释,按剂煤比1∶3000,喷洒至煤上。本发明可使煤的发热量提高,并可在氧弹仪上测出来。

一种提高煤炭热值的添加剂
技术领域
本发明属于燃煤添加剂范畴。主要用于降低煤炭燃烧所需的活化能,从而降低了煤炭燃烧的内耗,“提高”了煤炭的热值。
背景技术
节能降耗已是全世界的共识,各国都致力于这方面的研究。国内的节煤剂也是种类繁多。纵观市场,主要都是应用氧化助燃剂,使得煤炭能够充分燃烧,以达到节煤的目的。对于燃烧效率比较低的锅炉尚能有一定的效果。随着锅炉技术不断进步,燃烧效率越来越高,这些添加剂就发挥不了作用,必将被市场所淘汰。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种能够从根本上节煤的添加剂。它是提供合适的催化剂,使得煤炭燃烧的活化能降低,从而“提高”煤炭的发热量。
煤的燃烧是一个吸热和放热的过程。煤的燃烧过程包括水分的蒸发(吸热)、挥发分的析出(吸热)、挥发分燃烧所需活化能(吸热)、挥发分燃烧(放热),焦炭燃烧所需活化能(吸热)、焦炭燃烧(放热)。
煤的发热量=(挥发分燃烧放出的热量+焦炭燃烧放出的热量)-(水分的蒸发吸收的热量+挥发分的析出吸收的热量+挥发分燃烧所需活化能+焦炭燃烧所需活化能)
当由于催化剂的作用,使得煤炭燃烧所需的活化能降低时,从上式可知,煤的发热量得到了提高。本发明所提的“提高”煤炭热值实际上是指由于催化剂 的作用,使煤燃烧的活化能降低,从而体现出来的热值提高。
本发明的特点是:
本发明添加剂的节煤效果是通过降低煤炭燃烧的内耗而实现的。也就是“提高“煤炭发热量来实现的,这种“提高”可以在氧弹仪上测量出来。所以,它不受锅炉的效率和燃烧效率的影响,因此可以适应各种炉型,同时,可以适用于各种原煤。对于参杂煤泥、污泥、造纸废液、工业废水等的煤效果会受到一个定的影响。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的是通过下列方法实现的。
一种由催化剂、渗透剂组成的提高煤炭显热发热量的添加剂,其特点在于催化剂由硝酸亚氨脲、碳酸锂、叶绿素铜钠盐(各组分等量)组成,占5-15%,渗透剂为小分子水,占85-95%。
使用时用适量水予以稀释,按剂煤比1∶3000,喷洒至煤上。本发明可使煤的发热量提高4%以上。对于发热量低的煤,效果更加明显。
经国家权威机构“大连市产品质量检测研究院”检测,加剂后煤的发热量提高5%以上。结论是:燃烧特性指数增加,综合燃烧性能提高。
另经北京、上海、山东、浙江、湖北、辽宁、内蒙等众多早位检测,发热量提高都在5%以上,实际使用节煤率均在6%以上。
附:
1、关于煤燃烧活化能,目前有二种观点,一种认为煤燃烧有二个活化能,即挥发分燃烧有一个活化能,焦炭燃烧有一个活化能;另一个观点认为,只有 煤燃烧一个活化能。前者比较符合层燃的状况,后者比较符合煤粉炉的燃烧状况。但是煤燃烧活化能是共识。
2、煤燃烧活化能可以通过热分析天平测量出来,添加添加剂前后的活化能数据的差异就是活化能的变化。
3、本发明催化剂进入炉膛后,还具有催化燃烧的作用,所以实际节煤率要大于“提高”的热值。
