技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,尤其涉及一种环保型塑料编织袋的原料配方。
背景技术
塑料编织袋的原料,一般是PP、PET添加母料组成,由于大量生产势必塑料材料的滥用,造成回收困难和环境污染,而且制成的塑料编织袋容易撕裂和破损,为此我们新设计了一种环保型塑料编织袋的原料配方。
发明内容
本发明提供一种环保型塑料编织袋的原料配方,重量组分是:
PP:30-40%;
PET:5-10%;
纤维素:10-15%;
木质素:10-15%;
膨润土:10-15%;
母料:5-35%。
进一步,所述的母料为纳米碳酸钙。
进一步,所述的PP为PP 045。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种环保型塑料编织袋的原料配方,增加天然原料,绿色环保。

PP:30-40%;

纤维素:10-15%;

膨润土:10-15%;
母料:5-35%。

一种环保型塑料编织袋的原料配方,每100g的组成是:
PP:30g;
PET:5g;
纤维素:10g;
木质素:10g;
膨润土:10g;
母料:35g。

一种环保型塑料编织袋的原料配方,每100g的组成是:
PP:40g;
PET:10g;
纤维素:15g;
木质素:15g;
膨润土:15g;
母料:5g。
进一步,所述的母料为纳米碳酸钙。
进一步,所述的PP为PP 045。
原理:
添加纤维素、木质素和膨润土这些天然可再生的材料,减少了PP、PET等这些塑料的使用,起到了环保的作用。
