本发明涉及一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚乙烯40-70%,聚乙烯再生料10-20%,低收缩添加剂5-8%,固化剂0.2-0.5%,脱模剂0.8-1.5%,增稠剂0.2-0.5%,抗氧化剂0.2-0.4%,有机纤维3-5%。本发明的组合物用于制作耐磨性能优异、耐候性极佳的塑料包装桶,且在原料中包括部分再生料,有利于提高资源利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,尤其涉及一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物。
技术背景
塑料桶多用于各种液体的存储和运输,对特殊的危险品包装具有良好的特性,它具有不易碎、不生锈、质轻、耐油、耐腐蚀的优点,多用于需要保温、防潮、耐压、抗腐蚀的危险品包装。塑料包装桶的材料多采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯等塑料吹塑、注塑、吸塑、滚塑而成,多用于盛装化工、农药、医药、食品、五金电子、机电等行业液体、固体物品。规格从0.25L--220L开闭口塑料桶及1000L集装塑料桶。可用于物品盛放或者运输周转。
聚乙烯是世界上公认的接触食品最佳材料,无毒无味无臭,是塑料包装中用量最多、最重要的材料,其废弃量非常可观,资源利用率低下。而且传统的塑料包装桶大多使用单一塑料原料制作,其耐候性、耐磨性以及物理化学性能都比较一般,无法适应特殊环境下的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,设计一种能生产出高性能塑料桶的原料组合物。本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚乙烯40-70%,聚乙烯再生料10-20%,低收缩添加剂5-8%,固化剂0.2-0.5%,脱模剂0.8-1.5%,增稠剂0.2-0.5%,抗氧化剂0.2-0.4%,有机纤维3-5%。
进一步的,所述固化剂采用乙烯基三胺。潮湿条件下进行低温下固化;良好的薄膜性能(如表面光泽优异);能够防止胺的喷霜及水斑现象;良好的颜色稳定性;具有很好的粘接性能和耐化学腐蚀性能;固化时间及贮放时间可选范围较宽;用于热固化时,具有良好的高温表现;具有很好的耐化学腐蚀性并具有良好的电性能和机械性能。
进一步的,一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚乙烯60-70%,聚乙烯再生料15-20%,低收缩添加剂6-8%,固化剂0.2-0.5%,脱模剂0.9-1.2%,增稠剂0.2-0.5%,抗氧化剂0.2-0.4%,有机纤维4-5%。
进一步的,一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚乙烯66%,聚乙烯再生料20%,低收缩添加剂7%,固化剂0.2%,脱模剂1%,增稠剂0.5%,抗氧化剂0.3%,有机纤维5%。
本发明的组合物用于制作耐磨性能优异、耐候性极佳的塑料包装桶,且在原料中包括部分再生料,有利于提高资源利用率。

一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚乙烯66%,聚乙烯再生料20%,低收缩添加剂7%,固化剂0.2%,脱模剂1%,增稠剂0.5%,抗氧化剂0.3%,有机纤维5%。

1.一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚乙烯40-70%,聚乙烯再生料10-20%,低收缩添加剂5-8%,固化剂0.2-0.5%,脱模剂0.8-1.5%,增稠剂0.2-0.5%,抗氧化剂0.2-0.4%,有机纤维3-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于制备塑料桶的组合物,其特征在于:所述固化剂采用乙烯基三胺。
