本发明公开了一种茄子营养型发酵基肥,其由下列重量份的原料制成:硫酸锰1.4‑1.5、碳酸一铵6‑8、柠檬酸2‑3、枫糖浆5‑6、羟基四氢嘧啶4‑5、甘草次酸小分子6‑7、牛乳粉8‑10、山茶油渣6‑7、小麦麸14‑15、花生粕粉58‑62、海带渣2‑3、透闪石18‑20、砂质土16‑17。本发明肥料保证了葡萄生长中养分的跟进,对产量的提高起到积极作用葡萄的高品质高效栽培。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料技术领域,尤其涉及一种茄子营养型发酵基肥及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着农业的现代化水平越来越高对肥料的品质需求也是越来越大,存在肥料体积大,运输和贮存不便;是对于特殊土壤环境如酸碱、旱湿、部分元素缺乏的土壤以及具体作物的养分需求无有效针对。针对以上问题,高效、多功能和环境友好型肥料的研发成为国内外肥料研制和生产应用的重点发展方向。
植物需要营养物以行使正常功能和生长。植物营养物分为两类:大量营养物,其以较大的量来消耗,且可占植物组织以干物质重量计从约0.2%至约4.0%;和微量营养物,其以较小的量来消耗,且范围可从约每百万(ppm)5份至约200ppm或小于约0.2%干重。植物吸收营养物存在三个基本途径:(1)简单扩散,沿浓度梯度可被动地移动通过脂质双层膜;(2)协助扩散,其中沿浓度梯度的溶质或铁由转运蛋白协助而快速移动;(3)主动转运,其中逆浓度梯度的铁或分子的主动转运需要能量来源将铁或分子泵送通过膜,所述能量来源通常为ATP。提高植物营养的吸收一直是植物动力学、植物营养学研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种茄子营养型发酵基肥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种茄子营养型发酵基肥,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:硫酸锰1.4-1.5、碳酸一铵6-8、柠檬酸2-3、枫糖浆5-6、羟基四氢嘧啶4-5、甘草次酸小分子6-7、牛乳粉8-10、山茶油渣6-7、小麦麸14-15、花生粕粉58-62、海带渣2-3、透闪石18-20、砂质土16-17、稻壳粉11-13、辣椒废弃叶10-11、油菜花蜂蜜8-9、红糖渣微粉9-10、活性酵母菌3-4、适量的小分子多元醇、适量的水。
所述的茄子营养型发酵基肥,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将柠檬酸、枫糖浆、甘草次酸小分子、羟基四氢嘧啶以及总重量2-3倍的小分子多元醇,混合搅拌均匀,用纳米化机器纳米处理0.3-0.4h,得小分子化复合液备用;将小分子化复合液、牛乳粉、山茶油渣、小麦麸混合,高压均质机均质搅拌处理25-30min,得富含功能小分子的复合物物料备用;
(2)将花生粕粉、海带渣、透闪石、砂质土、稻壳粉洗净后置于高温炉中,在1150-1250℃下不断通入空气煅烧2-3小时,得肥料灰,再加入8-10倍质量的65%的硝酸溶液中,并加热至105-115℃,氧化反应2小时后停止加热研磨得粉料;
(3)将辣椒废弃叶、油菜花蜂蜜、红糖渣微粉混合粉碎,过20目,得粉碎物,将粉碎物、活性酵母菌以及总重量0.3-0.4倍的水混合搅拌均匀,并堆成锥形进行堆肥得肥料;
(4)将硫酸锰、碳酸一铵以及总重量6-7倍的水混合搅拌搅拌均匀,与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料混合置于搅拌机中,得混合均匀的湿物料备用;
(5)将步骤4所得湿物料经离心脱水后与步骤3所得物料以及其余剩余物料混合造粒,即得本发明肥料。
有益效果,本发明含有丰富有机种类并提高肥料中活性功能基团的数量,能快速作用于植物根部,对葡萄根系的生长起到诱导作用,促进根部的横纵向伸展,进而扩大根部有效吸收面积,提高对土壤养分的吸收能力,从而保证了葡萄生长中养分的跟进,对产量的提高起到积极作用,且采用小分子多元醇和甘草次酸小分子、羟基四氢嘧啶经纳米化得到的功能性小分子复合液参与甜菜栽培肥料,具有营养丰富、可被快速吸收利用,提高新陈代谢,增加功能性物质含量,同时将小分子复合液和其他添加物进行复合,得到富含功能小分子的复合物,达到控制小分子复合液自由活动目的,同时给植物提供了营养物质,且添加功能性复合物可以辅助实现丰富甜菜的功能,同时配合营养液、堆肥制备的主料制备成的肥料,具有双重释放、营养丰富、改善葡萄止咳润肺功能,实现葡萄的高品质高效栽培。

一种茄子营养型发酵基肥,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:硫酸锰1.4-1.5、碳酸一铵6-8、柠檬酸2-3、枫糖浆5-6、羟基四氢嘧啶4-5、甘草次酸小分子6-7、牛乳粉8-10、山茶油渣6-7、小麦麸14-15、花生粕粉58-62、海带渣2-3、透闪石18-20、砂质土16-17、稻壳粉11-13、辣椒废弃叶10-11、油菜花蜂蜜8-9、红糖渣微粉9-10、活性酵母菌3-4、适量的小分子多元醇、适量的水。
所述的茄子营养型发酵基肥,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将柠檬酸、枫糖浆、甘草次酸小分子、羟基四氢嘧啶以及总重量2-3倍的小分子多元醇,混合搅拌均匀,用纳米化机器纳米处理0.3-0.4h,得小分子化复合液备用;将小分子化复合液、牛乳粉、山茶油渣、小麦麸混合,高压均质机均质搅拌处理25-30min,得富含功能小分子的复合物物料备用;
(2)将花生粕粉、海带渣、透闪石、砂质土、稻壳粉洗净后置于高温炉中,在1150-1250℃下不断通入空气煅烧2-3小时,得肥料灰,再加入8-10倍质量的65%的硝酸溶液中,并加热至105-115℃,氧化反应2小时后停止加热研磨得粉料;
(3)将辣椒废弃叶、油菜花蜂蜜、红糖渣微粉混合粉碎,过20目,得粉碎物,将粉碎物、活性酵母菌以及总重量0.3-0.4倍的水混合搅拌均匀,并堆成锥形进行堆肥得肥料;
(4)将硫酸锰、碳酸一铵以及总重量6-7倍的水混合搅拌搅拌均匀,与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料混合置于搅拌机中,得混合均匀的湿物料备用;
(5)将步骤4所得湿物料经离心脱水后与步骤3所得物料以及其余剩余物料混合造粒,即得本发明肥料。

1.一种茄子营养型发酵基肥,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:硫酸锰1.4-1.5、碳酸一铵6-8、柠檬酸2-3、枫糖浆5-6、羟基四氢嘧啶4-5、甘草次酸小分子6-7、牛乳粉8-10、山茶油渣6-7、小麦麸14-15、花生粕粉58-62、海带渣2-3、透闪石18-20、砂质土16-17、稻壳粉11-13、辣椒废弃叶10-11、油菜花蜂蜜8-9、红糖渣微粉9-10、活性酵母菌3-4、适量的小分子多元醇、适量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茄子营养型发酵基肥,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将柠檬酸、枫糖浆、甘草次酸小分子、羟基四氢嘧啶以及总重量2-3倍的小分子多元醇,混合搅拌均匀,用纳米化机器纳米处理0.3-0.4h,得小分子化复合液备用;将小分子化复合液、牛乳粉、山茶油渣、小麦麸混合,高压均质机均质搅拌处理25-30min,得富含功能小分子的复合物物料备用;
