Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2, the embodiment of the hood device of the motorcycle of the present invention is adapted to be mounted on a motorcycle 9, wherein the motorcycle 9 includes a frame unit 91 and a lamp 92 mounted on the frame unit 91. The frame unit 91 includes a front fork 911 and two fixing brackets 912 (only one is visible in fig. 2 due to the view angle) connected to the front fork 911 and spaced apart from each other, and the lamp 92 is fixed between the fixing brackets 912. The embodiment includes a housing 3, a stand unit 4 mounted to the housing 3, and a cosmetic cover 5 mounted to the housing 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the housing 3 includes a casing 31 surrounding and defining a receiving space 300, and a through opening 32 penetrating through the casing 31 and communicating with the receiving space 300. The housing 31 has an inner side 311, an outer surface 312 opposite to the inner side 311, two connecting portions 313 extending outward from the bottom end, and two through holes 314 extending through the two connecting portions and facing each other. Wherein the decorative cover 5 is mounted on the outer surface 312 of the housing 31.
The bracket unit 4 is mounted on the housing 31, and is designed to be fitted to an existing frame unit 91 of the motorcycle 9, so as to be connected to the frame unit 91 to position the cover 3 on the frame unit 91. The support unit 4 includes a main support 41 mounted on the inner side 311 of the housing 31 and located in the accommodating space 300, two sub-supports 42 respectively mounted on opposite ends of the main support 41, and a lower support 43 mounted on the connecting portion 313.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the main bracket 41 of the bracket unit 4 is mounted on the inner side 311 of the housing 31 by screw fastening or rivet fastening, and the cover 5 is mounted on the outer side 312 of the housing 31 by screw fastening or rivet fastening. Each connecting portion 313 of the housing 31 is provided with a connecting hole 301 for fixing the lower bracket 43. Since the housing 31 is usually made of plastic material, when the connecting portion 313 is used for locking the lower bracket 43 as shown in fig. 2, a gasket 7 must be placed at the position of each connecting hole 301 to prevent the connecting portion from being damaged by the locking of the locking screw.
As shown in fig. 4, the main bracket 41 is mounted on the inner side 311 of the housing 31 and located in the accommodating space 300. In particular, when the main stand 41 and the cover 5 are mounted, the fixing operation of the fixing parts is performed from the inner side 311 of the housing 31, so that the fixing parts are not exposed to the outside and the appearance of the outer surface 312 of the housing 31 is not affected. In addition, the purpose of the decoration cover 5 is to enable the embodiment to present a more unique visual appearance when being mounted on the motorcycle 9 shown in fig. 2, so the appearance shape of the decoration cover 5 can be freely designed according to the visual appearance expected to be presented, and is not limited to the form illustrated in the drawings of the present application.
Referring to fig. 5, after the main bracket 41 of the bracket unit 4 is installed, the secondary brackets 42 (only one is visible in the drawing due to the view angle) are respectively installed at the opposite ends of the main bracket 41, when the cover 3, together with the main bracket 41 and the secondary bracket 42, are located at the predetermined installation positions, the through holes 314 of the housing 31 are respectively located at the positions corresponding to the secondary bracket 42 and the fixing frame 912, and the through holes 314 are respectively used for two locking members 8 to pass through, so that the locking members 8 are respectively locked and connected with the secondary bracket 42 and the fixing frame 912 (only one is visible in the drawing due to the view angle), so as to position the cover 3 on the frame unit 91 through the main bracket 41 and the secondary bracket 42. At this time, the lamp 92 of the motorcycle 9 is accommodated in the accommodating space 300 and extends into the through opening 32, so that the light emitted from the lamp 92 can be irradiated forward through the through opening 32.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the cover 3 is positioned simply by the main bracket 41 and the auxiliary bracket 42, as shown in fig. 5, the cover 3 is only locked by the two locking members 8 that are locked toward each other and located on the same axis, and may still pivot along the axis. Therefore, as shown in fig. 6, in order to reliably position the cover 3 on the frame unit 91, the lower bracket 43 is fixed to the cover 3 by two locking members 8 corresponding to the connecting portions 313. Then, by fixing the lower bracket 43 to the front fork 911 of the frame unit 91, it is possible to provide a fixing force in the other direction to the cover 3 so as to surely position the cover 3 on the frame unit 91.
Since the stand unit 4 is designed separately from the motorcycle 9 and is fitted to the frame unit 91 of the motorcycle 9, it can be mounted on an existing frame unit 91. The cover 3 can be securely mounted on the motorcycle 9 by the bracket unit 4, and the motorcycle 9 can have different visual appearances by the appearance of the cover 3. When the embodiment is to be disassembled from the motorcycle 9, the embodiment can be disassembled by disassembling the stand unit 4 only by removing the locking members 8 fixed to the sub-stand 42 and the lower stand 43, and the original form of the motorcycle 9 is not affected during the disassembly, in addition to the simplicity of the replacement.
In summary, the cover 3 of the embodiment is installed and positioned on the frame unit 91 of the motorcycle 9 by the bracket unit 4, the cover 3 can be easily removed and replaced by detaching the bracket unit 4, when the embodiment is installed on the motorcycle 9, the motorcycle 9 can present different external visual feelings, and the original form of the motorcycle 9 is not affected after the detachment, so the object of the invention can be achieved.
However, the above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and all the simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the patent specification should be included in the scope of the present invention.
