本发明公开了一种秸杆改性复合材料,为多层复合结构,包括至上而下的耐磨层、彩膜层、底片、基材;耐磨层是外表面含有UV涂层的透明膜;基材中添加秸杆纤维;进一步改进在于:基材为秸杆木塑聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板;秸杆纤维利用农作物秸秆蒸汽爆破法制备;秸杆纤维经过表面复合处理工艺(乙二醇/偶联)进行预处理;基材中加入无机纳米粒子、SiC纳米粉末。本发明能克服秸秆纤维的缺陷,规模化利用秸秆,强度高,韧性好,耐磨性好。

秸杆改性复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC复合材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种秸杆复合材料。
背景技术
农作物秸秆作为农业生产的副产物,产量大、分布广,国内外对农作物秸秆的综合利用获得了一些可利用的途径,其中利用之一是利用秸秆制备秸秆木塑复合板,但所制备的秸秆木塑复合板存在下列不足:一是农作物秸秆存在纤维短小、不均匀性突出等自身原料缺陷;二是天然纤维与塑料之间的界面相容性差和在塑料基体中的分散性差;三是秸秆木塑复合板的强度和韧性较差;四是秸秆添加量少,大量农作物秸秆被废弃,不但造成资源浪费,也造成严重的环境污染。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能克服秸秆纤维的缺陷,规模化利用秸秆制备高强度、高韧性、高耐磨性的秸杆改性复合材料。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
一种秸杆改性复合材料,为多层复合结构,包括至上而下的耐磨层、彩膜层、底片、基材;所述耐磨层是外表面含有UV涂层的透明膜;其改进之处在于:所述基材中添加秸杆纤维。
作为进一步的改进方案:所述基材为秸杆木塑聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板。
作为更进一步的改进方案:所述秸杆纤维利用农作物秸秆蒸汽爆破法制备。
作为更进一步的改进方案:所述秸杆纤维经过表面复合处理工艺(乙二醇/偶联)进行预处理。
作为更进一步的改进方案:所述基材中加入无机纳米粒子、SiC纳米粉末。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、基材中添加秸杆纤维,可以实现农作物秸秆作的规模化利用,减少环境污染;另一方面可降低成本。
2、基材为秸杆木塑聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板,显著提高结皮发泡板表面硬度和强度,从而提高复合墙面板结构强度。
3、秸杆纤维利用农作物秸秆蒸汽爆破法制备优质、长的植物纤维,解决农作物秸秆纤维短小、不均匀性突出;纤维含量少,杂细胞多;灰分含量高,硅含量大的自身原料缺陷问题。
4、秸杆纤维经过表面复合处理工艺(乙二醇/偶联)进行预处理,显著降低了其表面的极性,提高了与塑料基体间的界面相容性。
5、基材中加入无机纳米粒子,使得复合材料的强度和韧性都较高,扩大了复合材料的应用范围。
6、基材中加入SiC纳米粉末,增加复合材料的强度和耐磨性。

1.一种秸杆改性复合材料,为多层复合结构,包括至上而下的耐磨层、彩膜层、底片、基材;所述耐磨层是外表面含有UV涂层的透明膜;其特征在于:所述基材中添加秸杆纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的秸杆改性复合材料,其特征在于:所述基材为秸杆木塑聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的秸杆改性复合材料,其特征在于:所述秸杆纤维利用农作物秸秆蒸汽爆破法制备。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的秸杆改性复合材料,其特征在于:所述秸杆纤维经过表面复合处理工艺(乙二醇/偶联)进行预处理。
5.根据权利要求3所述的秸杆改性复合材料,其特征在于:所述秸杆纤维经过表面复合处理工艺(乙二醇/偶联)进行预处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的秸杆改性复合材料,其特征在于:所述基材中加入无机纳米粒子、SiC纳米粉末。
