技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且存在织物弹力不轻松、不舒适、不长久等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的绒条弹性面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种绒条弹性面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有绒毛层、下表面设有提花层，所述绒毛层上设有绒毛条，所述绒毛条与绒毛层连接为一整体，并用线固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形。织物下设置透气面料层，所述透气面料层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的绒条、绒毛层和提花层增强了绒条弹性面料的层次感，同时手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明制成的织物弹力轻松、舒适、长久。织物柔软、挺括、悬垂性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种绒条弹性面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有绒毛层2、下表面设有提花层4。所述绒毛层2上设有绒毛条3，所述绒毛条3与绒毛层2连接为一整体，并用线5固定在面料本体1上。图2实施例中的绒毛条3等距、平行排列。所述提花层4固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形。
织物下设置透气面料层，所述透气面料层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。

1.一种绒条弹性面料，包括面料本体（1），其特征在于：所述面料本体（1）的上表面设有绒毛层（2）、下表面设有提花层（4），所述绒毛层（2）上设有绒毛条（3），所述绒毛条（3）与绒毛层（2）连接为一整体，并用线（5）固定在面料本体（1）上，所述提花层（4）固定在面料本体（1）的下表面，所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形，织物下设置透气面料层，所述透气面料层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
