技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
传统的面料多为单层，尤其是网面面料，纹理单一，没有层次感，满足不了人们的多层次的需要。且存在织物弹力不轻松、不舒适、不长久等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有层次感的带有真丝面料层的复合网层弹性面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有真丝面料层的复合网层弹性面料，它包括若干个网面层，所述网面层为网面面料，所述网面层上设有若干非网面面料，所述非网面面料与网面面料连接为一整体，所述网面层相邻两层依次错位排列，再通过亮丝线上下连接，所述网面面料由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形。织物下设置真丝面料层，真丝面料层包括再生纤维和合成纤维混合而成，所述再生纤维占面料总量的40%-50%，所述再生纤维包括铜铵纤维、粘胶纤维和皂化醋酯纤维，所述合成纤维占面料总量的50%-60%，所述合成纤维包括聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、带有真丝面料层的复合网层弹性面料通过多个网面层的错位叠加、虚实交替，塑造出丰富的层次感，而连接多个网面层的亮丝线给带有真丝面料层的复合网层弹性面料增添了亮丽的色彩。
2、本发明制成的织物弹力轻松、舒适、长久。织物柔软、挺括、悬垂性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1～图3，本发明涉及一种带有真丝面料层的复合网层弹性面料，它包括若干个网面层1，所述网面层1为网面面料。所述网面层1上设有若干非网面面料11，所述非网面面料11与网面面料连接为一整体。所述网面层1相邻两层依次错位排列，形成错落有致的图层。所述网面层1再通过亮丝线2上下连接。
所述网面面料由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形。织物下设置真丝面料层，真丝面料层包括再生纤维和合成纤维混合而成，所述再生纤维占面料总量的40%-50%，所述再生纤维包括铜铵纤维、粘胶纤维和皂化醋酯纤维，所述合成纤维占面料总量的50%-60%，所述合成纤维包括聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维。

1.一种带有真丝面料层的复合网层弹性面料，其特征在于：所述面料包括若干个网面层（1），所述网面层（1）为网面面料，所述网面层（1）上设有若干非网面面料（11），所述非网面面料（11）与网面面料连接为一整体，所述网面层（1）相邻两层依次错位排列，再通过亮丝线（2）上下连接，所述网面面料由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形，织物下设置真丝面料层，真丝面料层包括再生纤维和合成纤维混合而成，所述再生纤维占面料总量的40%-50%，所述再生纤维包括铜铵纤维、粘胶纤维和皂化醋酯纤维，所述合成纤维占面料总量的50%-60%，所述合成纤维包括聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维。
