Abstract

本发明涉及一种医用形成清新的空气面料，它包括面料本体（1），所述面料本体的正面覆有聚氨酯膜（2），聚氨酯膜的正面覆有亚麻纤维层（3），亚麻纤维层的表面覆有一层竹炭纤维层（4），竹炭纤维层的表面覆有一层吸湿排汗纤维（5），吸湿排汗纤维（5）的表面覆有一层防水层（6），防水层的表面覆有一层聚氨酯涂料层，该聚氨酯涂料层为氟单体水性聚氨酯。所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物其内部设有电热丝，外部设有电源控制器及开关与电热丝电连接，在电源控制器内设有负氧离子发生器。本发明不易沾污，具有防水、透气效果。该负氧离子发生器可释放出负氧离子，这样在使用该电热纺织物的同时，可以在使用者周围形成清新的空气，从而有利于使用者的身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用形成清新的空气面料。
背景技术
由于医务人员在工作过程中，很容易接触到有害血液或体液以及有害的传染性病毒等，因此他们都会穿防护服。目前用于制作防护服的面料，虽然可以在一定程度上防止血液渗透，但其透气性能差，穿着不舒适。同时以往单层结构的面料的功能有限，容易脏，不易清洗，让人穿着不舒服，又不具备透气功能。
另外，以往的织物存在不可以在使用者周围形成清新的空气、不利于使用者的身体健康等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种医用形成清新的空气面料，该医用形成清新的空气面料可有效防止血液渗透，同时具有良好抗菌抑菌功能，同时面料不易沾污，具有防水、透气效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明医用形成清新的空气面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的正面覆有聚氨酯膜，所述聚氨酯膜的正面覆有亚麻纤维层，所述亚麻纤维层的表面覆有一层竹炭纤维层，所述竹炭纤维层的表面覆有一层吸湿排汗纤维，所述吸湿排汗纤维的表面覆有一层防水层，所述防水层的表面覆有一层聚氨酯涂料层，该聚氨酯涂料层为氟单体水性聚氨酯；所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物其内部设有电热丝，外部设有电源控制器及开关与电热丝电连接，在电源控制器内设有负氧离子发生器。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
这种医用形成清新的空气面料的面料本体的正面依次覆有聚氨酯膜、亚麻纤维层、竹炭纤维层、吸湿排汗纤维、防水层和聚氨酯涂料层，可以有效防止血液渗透，同时具有良好抗菌抑菌功能，同时可以提高面料的光滑度，使面料不易沾污，而且具有防水，透气效果。
该负氧离子发生器可释放出负氧离子，这样在使用该电热纺织物的同时，可以在使用者周围形成清新的空气，从而有利于使用者的身体健康。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种医用形成清新的空气面料，它包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的正面覆有聚氨酯膜2，聚氨酯膜2具有防水、透气、透明可视、抗菌的特点，所述聚氨酯膜2的正面覆有亚麻纤维层3，亚麻纤维层3具有吸湿散热、保健抑菌、防污抗静电、防紫外线、高形成清新的空气的特点，所述亚麻纤维层3的表面覆有一层竹炭纤维层4，所述竹炭纤维层4具有吸湿干燥、消臭抗菌等特点，所述竹炭纤维层4的表面覆有一层吸湿排汗纤维5，吸湿排汗纤维5具有柔软、舒适、透气、快干等特点，所述吸湿排汗纤维5的表面覆有一层防水层6用于防水，所述防水层6的表面覆有一层聚氨酯涂料层7，该聚氨酯涂料层7为氟单体水性聚氨酯，它可以提高面料的光滑度，使面料不易沾污，而且具有防水，透气效果。
所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物其内部设有电热丝，外部设有电源控制器及开关与电热丝电连接，在电源控制器内设有负氧离子发生器。

1.一种医用形成清新的空气面料，其特征在于：它包括面料本体（1），所述面料本体（1）的正面覆有聚氨酯膜（2），所述聚氨酯膜（2）的正面覆有亚麻纤维层（3），所述亚麻纤维层（3）的表面覆有一层竹炭纤维层（4），所述竹炭纤维层（4）的表面覆有一层吸湿排汗纤维（5），所述吸湿排汗纤维（5）的表面覆有一层防水层（6），所述防水层（6）的表面覆有一层聚氨酯涂料层（7），该聚氨酯涂料层（7）为氟单体水性聚氨酯；所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物其内部设有电热丝，外部设有电源控制器及开关与电热丝电连接，在电源控制器内设有负氧离子发生器。
