Abstract
本发明涉及一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板,包括钢制基板、合金电镀层及抗菌耐指纹膜,其中合金电镀层包覆在钢制基板外表面,抗菌耐指纹膜包覆在合金电镀层外表面,钢制基板与合金电镀层接触面及合金电镀层与抗菌耐指纹膜的接触面上均布强化槽,强化槽呈网状分布,强化槽面积为其所在的钢制基板和合金电镀层表面面积的1/3—1/2。本发明结构简单,镀膜结构稳定可靠,一方面有效的提高了耐指纹钢品的质量和使用性能,另一方面有效的降低了生产及维护成本,从而达到提高耐指纹钢品适用范围及实用性的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板。
背景技术
在当前的日常生活及工业生产中,为了家电板材的使用性能,克服传统钢制品所存在的易腐蚀、易氧化等众多不足,同时也为了有效的饿改善家电板材在使用中的美观性,当前耐指纹家电板材得到了广泛的使用,但在使用过程中发现,由于当前耐指纹钢制品的镀膜结构往往采用的传统结构,因此导致耐指纹钢制品在使用过程中,其镀膜结构稳定性相对不足,易因较大外力或腐蚀性环境等原因导致镀层或贴膜发生脱落或损坏,从而严重影响了耐指纹家电板材的使用性能,并限制了其应用范围。
发明内容
本发明目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板,包括钢制基板、合金电镀层及抗菌耐指纹膜,其中合金电镀层包覆在钢制基板外表面,抗菌耐指纹膜包覆在合金电镀层外表面,钢制基板与合金电镀层接触面及合金电镀层与抗菌耐指纹膜的接触面上均布强化槽,强化槽呈网状分布,强化槽面积为其所在的钢制基板和合金电镀层表面面积的1/3—1/2。
进一步的,所述的强化槽槽底截面为三角形或圆弧状。
进一步的,所述的强化槽构成网状结构的网眼为菱形或矩形。
进一步的,所述的强化槽深度不大与钢制基板厚度的1/5。
本发明结构简单,镀膜结构稳定可靠,一方面有效的提高了耐指纹钢品的质量和使用性能,另一方面有效的降低了生产及维护成本,从而达到提高耐指纹钢品适用范围及实用性的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板,包括钢制基板1、合金电镀层2及抗菌耐指纹膜3,其中合金电镀层2包覆在钢制基板1外表面,抗菌耐指纹膜3包覆在合金电镀层2外表面,钢制基板1与合金电镀层2接触面及合金电镀层2与抗菌耐指纹膜3的接触面上均布强化槽4,强化槽4呈网状分布,强化槽4面积为其所在的钢制基板1和合金电镀层2表面面积的1/3—1/2。
本实施例中,所述的强化槽4槽底截面为三角形或圆弧状。
本实施例中,所述的强化槽4构成网状结构的网眼为菱形或矩形。
本实施例中,所述的强化槽4深度不大与钢制基板厚度的1/5。
本发明结构简单,镀膜结构稳定可靠,一方面有效的提高了耐指纹钢品的质量和使用性能,另一方面有效的降低了生产及维护成本,从而达到提高耐指纹钢品适用范围及实用性的目的。

1.一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板,其特征在于:钢制基板、合金电镀层及抗菌耐指纹膜,其中所述的合金电镀层包覆在钢制基板外表面,所述的抗菌耐指纹膜包覆在合金电镀层外表面,所述的钢制基板与合金电镀层接触面及合金电镀层与抗菌耐指纹膜的接触面上均布强化槽,所述的强化槽呈网状分布,强化槽面积为其所在的钢制基板和合金电镀层表面面积的1/3—1/2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板,其特征在于:所述的强化槽槽底截面为三角形或圆弧状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板,其特征在于:所述的强化槽构成网状结构的网眼为菱形或矩形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电抗菌耐指纹复合板,其特征在于:所述的强化槽深度不大与钢制基板厚度的1/5。
