本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种制作服装、玩具的面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们消费观念的不断改变以及生活品味的不断提高,对面料的质量和档次的要求也在不断提高。绒布作为最近几年出现的面料,因其手感柔软舒适,深受人们的喜爱。但由于其直立的绒毛长短一致、分布均匀,立体感较差。且不具吸湿排汗的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种立体感强的立体易洗快干绒布。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种立体易洗快干绒布,包括基布,所述基布的表面设有若干绒毛块和通道,所述通道交错分布于绒毛块的周围,所述通道的宽度为0.1~1厘米,所述基布由织物制成,所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成,所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱,所述涤纶长丝的横载面呈五角星形。基布下设置复合面料层,复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、色彩缤纷的绒毛块和通道组成的立体易洗快干绒布,立体感强,手感柔软舒适。
2、长丝上有了凹槽,气体和水份能从凹槽中迅速排出,起到吸湿排汗的功能,还具有易洗快干的效果。

所述基布1由织物制成,所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成,所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱,所述涤纶长丝的横载面呈五角星形。
基布下设置复合面料层,复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
