Abstract

本发明公开了一种外用药酒及其制备方法，涉及制药技术领域，由下列以重量份计的原料：田七10‑25份、桑寄生10‑20份、巴豆树皮3‑10份、黄果树树皮3‑10份、僵蚕3‑10份、姜活3‑10份、防风血藤10‑25份、樟脑4‑12份、冰片2‑6份、白酒50‑70份，按如下步骤制备：A、将巴豆树皮、黄果树树皮用白酒浸泡后加热至回流，室温下侵泡3‑7天得到中间药酒一；B、将田七、桑寄生、僵蚕、姜活、防风血藤、樟脑消毒后混合装入容器罐，在室温下浸泡5‑10天得到中间药酒二；C.分别取中间药酒一、中间药酒二与冰片按照体积比配制得成品。本发明与现有技术相比，本发明具有较强的皮下组织渗透力，对促进局部血液循环、解除肌肉痉挛、改善局部组织缺氧和增强局部新陈代谢有显著疗效。

外用药酒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于制药技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于治疗跌打扭伤、风湿骨痛外伤疼痛症状的外用药酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前，对于治疗跌打扭伤、风湿骨痛、痛风、关节炎、脉管炎等外伤痛症，多是通过打针、吃药、针灸、按摩、牵引等方法，虽然有一定的治疗效果，还是存在难以根治、治愈时间长，给患者造成巨大的痛苦。外用药酒具有较强的皮下组织渗透力，有活血、温散功能，通过外用涂擦于患处部位，以达到消肿止痛的作用，现有用于治疗跌打扭伤、风湿骨痛、痛风、关节炎、脉管炎等外伤痛症的外用药酒存在治疗效果不理想、难以根治的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种外用药酒及其制备方法，它可以解决现有对治疗跌打扭伤、风湿骨痛、痛风、关节炎、脉管炎等痛症外用药酒效果不理想且难以根治的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：这种外用药酒及其制备方法包括由下列以重量份计的原料制成：田七10份-25份、桑寄生10-20份、巴豆树皮3份-10份、黄果树树皮3份-10份、僵蚕3份-10份、姜活3份-10份、防风血藤10份-25份、樟脑4份-12份、冰片2份-6份、白酒50份-70份；将上述原料按照以下步骤制备：
A、将所述巴豆树皮、所述黄果树树皮用白酒浸泡，在室温条件下，侵泡时间为3-7天，得到中间药酒一，备用；
B、将所述田七、所述桑寄生、所述僵蚕、所述姜活、所述防风血藤、所述樟脑混合并消毒，然后用纱布袋装好扎紧放进容器罐，加入冰糖、白酒，密封，在室温条件下，浸泡时间为5-10天，待色泽呈棕红色，过滤去渣，得到中间药酒二，备用；
C、分别取A步骤中制备的中间药酒一，B步骤中制备的中间药酒二和冰片，按照体积比为：中间药酒一4:中间药酒二5:冰片1配制，静置2-5天，装瓶，得到成品。
进一步的，在A步骤中，所述白酒与所述巴豆树皮、所述黄果树树皮的体积比例为：白酒5:巴豆树皮3:黄果树树皮2。
进一步的，在B步骤中，田七、桑寄、僵蚕、姜活、防风血藤、樟脑与白酒的体积比例为：白酒5:田七1:桑寄1:僵蚕1:姜活0.5:防风血藤1:樟脑0.5。
进一步的，A步骤中，所述白酒度数为50-65度，所述巴豆树皮、所述黄果树树皮与所述白酒混合浸泡后并加热至回流，回流时间为1-2小时。
采用上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
由于采用具有泻寒积、通关窍、逐痰、行水、杀虫功效的巴豆树皮及具有泻火解毒、清热利湿、凉血散瘀等功能的黄果树树皮作为制备本发明的主要组分，对治疗跌打扭伤、风湿骨痛、痛风、关节炎、脉管炎、偏头疼、颈椎痛等有明显的疗效，且安全性高、无毒副作用；本发明理化指标：乙醇量为56％ -66％，挥发油大于等于9.5，丹皮酚大于等于0.10mg/ml；本发明制作简单、环保，具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述：
实施例1
一种外用药酒及其制备方法，由下列以重量份计的原料制成：田七10份-25份、桑寄生10份-20份、巴豆树皮3份-10份、黄果树树皮3份-10份、僵蚕3份-10份、姜活3份-10份、防风血藤10份-25份、樟脑4份-12份、冰片2份-6份、白酒50份-70份；将上述原料按照以下步骤制备：
A.将巴豆树皮2kg、黄果树树皮2kg放入50度的白酒中浸泡，并加热至回流，回流时间为1小时，然后在室温条件下，侵泡时间为5天，得到中间药酒一，备用；
B.将田七5.5kg、桑寄生5.5kg、僵蚕2kg、姜活2kg、防风血藤5.5、樟脑2kg混合并消毒，然后用棉纱布袋装好并扎紧，放进容器罐内，加入冰糖、白酒，随后密封，在室温条件下，浸泡时间为5天，待色泽呈棕红色，过滤去渣，得到中间药酒二，备用；
C. 分别取步骤A 中制备的中间药酒一、步骤B中制备的中间药酒二与冰片按照体积比为：中间药酒一6:中间药酒二3:冰片1配制，静置15-25天，装瓶，得到成品。
在A步骤中，所述巴豆树皮、所述黄果树树皮与白酒的体积比例为：白酒5:巴豆树皮3:黄果树树皮2；在B步骤中，田七、桑寄生、僵蚕、姜活、防风血藤、樟脑与白酒的体积比例为：白酒5:田七1:桑寄1:僵蚕1:姜活0.5:防风血藤1:樟脑0.5
实施例2
本实施例与实施例 1相比，不同之处在于：
1、巴豆树皮为5kg、黄果树树皮为5kg与65度白酒混合浸泡，加热至回流时间为2小时，在室温条件下，侵泡时间为10天；2、田七为3kg、桑寄生3kg、僵蚕1kg、姜活1kg、防风血藤3、樟脑1kg，放入容器罐内的侵泡时间为10天。
由于采用具有泻寒积、通关窍、逐痰、行水、杀虫功效的巴豆树皮及具有泻火解毒、清热利湿、凉血散瘀等功能的黄果树树皮作为制备本发明的主要组分，对治疗跌打扭伤、风湿骨痛、痛风、关节炎、脉管炎、偏头疼、颈椎痛等有明显的疗效，且安全性高、无毒副作用；本发明理化指标：乙醇量为56％ -66％，挥发油大于等于9.5，丹皮酚大于等于0.10mg/ml；本发明制作简单、环保，具有广阔的应用前景。使用本发明每天不少于3次涂于患处，若处患处出现微红属正常现象，下表一为使用临床效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种外用药酒及其制备方法，其特征在于：包括由下列以重量份计的原料制成：田七10份-25份、桑寄生10份-20份、巴豆树皮3份-10份、黄果树树皮3份-10份、僵蚕3份-10份、姜活3份-10份、防风血藤10份-25份、樟脑4份-12份、冰片2份-6份、白酒50份-70份；将上述原料按照以下步骤制备：
A、将所述巴豆树皮、所述黄果树树皮用白酒浸泡，在室温条件下，侵泡时间为3-7天，得到中间药酒一，备用；
B、将所述田七、所述桑寄生、所述僵蚕、所述姜活、所述防风血藤、所述樟脑混合并消毒，然后用纱布袋装好扎紧放进容器罐，加入冰糖、白酒，密封，在室温条件下，浸泡时间为5-10天，待色泽呈棕红色，过滤去渣，得到中间药酒二，备用；
C、分别取A步骤中制备的所述中间药酒一，B步骤中制备的所述中间药酒二和冰片，按照体积比为：中间药酒一4:中间药酒二5:冰片1配制，静置15-25天，装瓶，得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的外用药酒及其制备方法，其特征在于：在A步骤中，所述白酒与所述巴豆树皮、所述黄果树树皮的体积比例为：白酒5:巴豆树皮3:黄果树树皮2。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的外用药酒的制备方法，其特征在于：在B步骤中，所述田七、所述桑寄、所述僵蚕、所述姜活、所述防风血藤、所述樟脑与所述白酒的体积比例为：白酒5:田七1:桑寄1:僵蚕1:姜活0.5:防风血藤1:樟脑0.5。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的外用药酒的及其制备方法，其特征在于：A步骤中，所述白酒的度数为50-65度，所述巴豆树皮、所述黄果树树皮与所述白酒混合浸泡后并加热至回流，回流时间为1-2小时。
