技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，涉及一种治疗糖尿病的中成药。
背景技术
糖尿病通常是由于内分泌紊乱使胰岛素的调节失常进而导致血液及尿液中含糖量增高的一种疾病。它是一种慢性、多发性常见病，以多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦等为主要临床表现，多伴有并发症，且发病率曾逐年升高趋势，与癌症、心脑血管疾病被视为世界三大疾病。
目前，治疗糖尿病方案主要采用西药和胰岛素，但西药和胰岛素副作用很大，疗效单一，大多是解决临时血糖升高的问题，治标不治本。近年，对糖尿病的临床和理论研究取得了较大的进展，但是由于西药对代谢及器官损害的影响仍旧较大，而且大多存在着一定的副作用，一定程度上也限制了临床应用，使糖尿病的控制不尽人愿。
传统的中医治疗糖尿病特别强调整体观念、辨证论治、平衡阴阳。这与现代医学对糖尿病的治疗观点有相似之处，显示出中医在治疗糖尿病的优势之处，且中药价廉、副作用小，对器官影响不大，值得大力推广和应用。但近年来市场上出现了很多治疗糖尿病的中成药，防治效果并不突出，临床效果并不显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效快、费用低、无毒副作用治疗糖尿病的中成药。
为实现本发明的目的，现依据如下的技术方案，该中药由以下重量份配比的原料制成：
党参10-20份、丹参15-22份、三七5-16份、乌药9—17份、香附子5—10份、川芎10-20份、枳壳9—17份、川楝子9—17份、瓜蒌10-20份、血竭7—14份、海马9—15份、昆布6—11份、连翘12—15份、三棱11—17份、天门冬11—15份、玳瑁5-9份、威灵仙15-22份、穿心莲6—11份、甘草12-25份。
本发明的制取方法为：按组方称取上述各中药，然后用粉碎机粉碎过150目筛，泛水为丸如绿豆大，即为本发明产品。
方解：
党参：味甘，性平。有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺，养血生津。用于脾肺气虚，食少倦怠，咳嗽虚喘，气血不足，面色萎黄，心悸气短，津伤口渴，内热消渴。
丹参：具有活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈之功效。用于胸痹心痛，脘腹胁痛，瘕瘕积聚，热痹疼痛，心烦不眠，月经不调，痛经经闭，疮疡肿痛。
三七：其性温，味辛，具有显著的活血化瘀、消肿定痛功效，有“金不换”、“南国神草”之美誉。
乌药：:顺气止痛,散寒温肾。主治胸闷腹胀,胃痛,寒疝腹痛,以及小便频数、遗尿等病症。
香附子：用于肝郁气滞，胸胁胀痛，疝气疼痛，乳房胀痛，脾胃气滞，脘腹痞闷，胀满疼痛，月经不调，经闭痛经。
川芎：辛温香燥，走而不守，既能行散，上行可达巅顶；又入血分，下行可达血海。活血祛瘀作用广泛，适宜瘀血阻滞各种病症；祛风止痛，效用甚佳，可治头风头痛、风湿痹痛等症。
枳壳：用于胸胁气滞，胀满疼痛，食积不化，痰饮内停，脏器下垂。
川楝子：有舒肝行气止痛，驱虫的药效。用于胸胁、脘腹胀痛，疝痛，虫积腹痛。
瓜蒌：有解热止渴、利尿、镇咳祛痰等作用。
血竭：具有活血定痛，化瘀止血，生肌敛疮的功效。用于跌打损伤，心腹瘀痛，外伤出血，疮疡不敛。
海马：具有强身健体、补肾壮阳、舒筋活络、消炎止痛、镇静安神、止咳平喘等药用功能。
昆布：具有消痰软坚散结，利水消肿的功效。用于瘿瘤，瘰疬，睾丸肿痛，痰饮水肿。
连翘：清热，解毒，散结，消肿。治温热，丹毒，斑疹，痈疡肿毒，瘰疬，小便淋闭。
三棱：具有破血行气，消积止痛的功效。用于症瘕痞块，痛经，瘀血经闭，胸痹心痛，食积胀痛。
天门冬：养阴生津，润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳，虚劳咳嗽，津伤口渴，心烦失眠，内热消渴，肠燥便秘，白喉。
玳瑁：清热，解毒，镇惊。治热病惊狂，中风，谵语，痉厥，小儿惊痫，痈肿疮毒。
威灵仙：有祛风湿，通经络的作用，性猛急，盖走而不守，宣通十二经络。
穿心莲：有清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛作用。
甘草：主五脏六府寒热邪气，坚筋骨，长肌肉，倍力，金创，解毒。

按下列比例称取原料：
党参10-20份、丹参15-22份、三七5-16份、乌药9—17份、香附子5—10份、川芎10-20份、枳壳9—17份、川楝子9—17份、瓜蒌10-20份、血竭7—14份、海马9—15份、昆布6—11份、连翘12—15份、三棱11—17份、天门冬11—15份、玳瑁5-9份、威灵仙15-22份、穿心莲6—11份、甘草12-25份。

本发明的使用方法为：本发明的药物服用方法是：口服，每日三次，每次6克，饭后30分钟温服，一个月为一个疗程。口服药物期间忌食生冷、辛辣、油腻食物，一般1—3疗程方能见效。
本发明在降血糖方面的实验结果
（一）一般资料 选取2011年9月～2013年12月来我院就诊的其中200例2型糖尿病患者，发病年龄在20～55岁之间，病史最短者为初诊，病史最长者为8年。选择就诊前未经任何药物治疗的患者160例，服用过其它降糖药治疗的患者40例。随机分两组，治疗组（本发明中药）100例，男性60例，女性40例；对照组（糖尿乐胶囊）100例，男性60例，女性40例。
（二）临床表现 所有病例均有不同程度的口干、口渴、疲劳乏力、下肢酸软、腰痛、夜间小便次数增多、手心烦热、舌质嫩红、苔薄、脉细数等症状。
（三）实验方法
药方组成：
桑白皮5—15份，荔枝核5—15份，苦瓜5—15份，鬼箭羽5—15份，熊胆10—20份,女贞子5—15份，蒲公英10—20份，旱莲草10—20份，郁金10—20份，七叶一枝花20—30份，黄连20—30份，萹蓄20—30份，虎杖20—30份，玳瑁5—15份，鹿茸5—15份，韭菜子5—15份，垂盆草5—15份。
制成降糖中药。
服用方法是：口服，每日三次，每次6克，饭后30分钟温服。
糖尿乐胶囊，每次5粒，饭后30分钟温服。一日3次。
（四）疗效标准
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制定标准。临床治愈：治疗后症状基本消失，空腹血糖<7.26mmol／L，餐后2 h血糖<8.3 mmol／L或血糖定量较治疗前下降≥30％。有效：治疗前后症状明显改善，空腹血糖<8.3 mmol／L，餐后2 h血糖<10.0 mmol／L或血糖定量较治疗前下降≤10％~30％。无效：治疗前后症状无明显改善，血糖下降未达上述标准。
（五）治疗结果
两组患者临床症状明显好转，各项生化指标显著改善，尿糖均为阴性，空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.01）。治疗组临床治愈率70%、有效率98%、无效率2%；对照组临床治愈率40%、有效率85%、无效率15%。治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.01）。两组糖尿病患者治疗前后疗效比较见表5.1，主要生化指标比较见表5.2，所有实验数据均使用SPSS12.0统计软件进行统计学处理。

糖尿病属于祖国医学消渴范畴，祖国医学认为，消渴病（糖尿病）是由先天禀赋不足、体质柔弱和后天因素共同作用的结果，中医治疗糖尿病以整体观念、辨证论治为主。本病始于阴虚，起于燥热，阴虚重点在肾，是其本，燥热表现在肺胃，是其标，两者互为因果，阴愈虚燥热愈盛，燥热愈盛阴愈虚。本病迁延日久不愈，常可累及五脏，致精血枯竭，阴阳俱衰，燥热内蕴而并发多种兼症。故治疗上应标本兼治，以滋阴固肾为主，采用清热养阴、滋肝补肾、活血行气的原则，调整人体内环境，改善患者代谢状况。本发明药物可使变性、水肿、纤维化的胰岛组织得以修复，提高可分泌胰岛素的β细胞的数量和功能。本发明药物治疗期间未出现任何不良反应，方法安全，疗效显著。

1.一种治疗糖尿病的中成药，其特征在于它是由以下重量份配比的原料制成：党参10-20份、丹参15-22份、三七5-16份、乌药9—17份、香附子5—10份、川芎10-20份、枳壳9—17份、川楝子9—17份、瓜蒌10-20份、血竭7—14份、海马9—15份、昆布6—11份、连翘12—15份、三棱11—17份、天门冬11—15份、玳瑁5-9份、威灵仙15-22份、穿心莲6—11份、甘草12-25份。
