Abstract

本发明公开了一种无泪配方香波组合物，所述组合物包含水、PEG‑80 失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、1,3‑丙二醇、洋甘菊提取物、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱等成分。所述组合物不含阴离子表面活性剂或仅含阳离子类表面活性物、不含甲醛，特别适用于无泪婴儿香波。

一种无泪配方香波组合物
【技术领域】
本发明涉及香波(如婴儿香波)、宠物产品(例如宠物香波)，以及其它用于敏感性皮肤的个人护理产品。
【背景技术】
目前，用于婴儿香波的配方体系通常包含一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂组分，如十三烧醇聚醚硫酸钠、PEG150双硬脂酸酯、椰油甲基牛磺酸钠等，这样的组分会导致最终的配制物存在潜在眼部刺激性。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种个人护理清洁体系，其不含阴离子表面活性剂，或仅含阳离子类表面活性剂，从而具有较低的眼部刺激潜能。本发明通过如下方法实现：
一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物按重量百分比包含以下组分：
(A)PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱组合物：10.0％至25％；
(B)洋甘菊提取物：0.1％至3.0％；
(C)1，3-丙二醇：0.1％至5.0％。
所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，所述PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱组合物中PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱在组合物中的重量比例为1:3～3:1。
所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物中不含有阴离子表面活性剂。
所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物中含有阳离子类表面活性物。
所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物中不含防腐剂或甲醛。
本发明通常优选使用不含会引起刺激的非离子聚合组分(如自由癸基葡萄糖苷)。但在一些实施方案中，可以使用常规量的荷电性高、水溶性高的阳离子共聚物(例如聚季铵盐-7)，其能够赋予阴离子体系澄清度(clarity)和兼容性，这样的阳离子共聚物可被用于很多头发和皮肤护理应用中。本发明的组合物为刺激性低的个人护理配制物，虽然在所述配制物中单独使用甜菜碱可能引起刺激性，单独使用PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯也会引起刺激性，但在一起使用时，它们会以协同的方式提供降低的刺激性。本发明产品具有与本领域市售的个人清洁配制物相似的物理性质，但具有很低的眼部刺激性，并且能节省生产成本。
【具体实施方式】
本发明的一种无泪配方香波组合物包含水和至少四种其它组分，它们为1，3-丙二醇、PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、洋甘菊提取物，以及椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，其它组分可选自由月桂基两性二乙酸二钠、椰油两性二乙酸二钠、月桂基两性羟丙基磺酸盐和癸基葡萄糖苷组成中的一种或多种非离子、阳离子或两性表面活性剂。
所述组合物可以通过包含香精、染料或其他成分而被制成即可使用的状态。本发明的组合物属于不含潜在有害组分的体系，具有与基于常用的阴离子表面活性剂的体系相似的物理性质。

具体实施例2：
经检测，上述实施例中的发明产品，其pH值为6.5-7，粘度为约2000-3000cps，具有婴儿香波可接受的外观。按照由Spielmann和Liebsch改编的草案n0.47(INVITT0X1992)进行工业公认的刺激性标准测试方法HET-CAM测试，该实施例一的组合物的结果为0.10，实施例二组合物的结果为0.12，表明对眼睛无刺激。

Claims (5)

1.一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物按重量百分比包含以下组分：
(A) PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱组合物：10.0％至25％； (B)洋甘菊提取物：0.1％至3.0％；
(C) 1，3-丙二醇：0.1％至5.0％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，所述PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱组合物中PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱在组合物中的重量比例为1:3〜3:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一权利要求所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物中不含有阴离子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物中含有阳离子类表面活性物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种无泪配方香波组合物，其特征在于，该组合物中不含防腐剂或甲醛。
