Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型净颜皮膜及其制备方法，该皮膜采用以下重量百分比的成膜剂和成模助剂：聚乙烯醇5.0％‑15.0％，聚乙二醇1.0％‑5.0％，SUNPMMA‑S0.2％‑1.0％，再复配其他水相组分，β‑葡聚糖，北美金缕梅，茶叶提取物，人参提取物，朝鲜当归提取物，甘草提取物和功效组分及防腐剂。本发明净颜皮膜具有足够的强度和韧性，同时降低撕拉感，促进成膜效果的同时，降低撕拉韧性，使产品具备传统撒拉面膜所不具有的优点。本发明产品做到方便易揭，犹如人体皮膜，深层贴合肌肤，由里而外平滑细嫩肌肤，改善皮肤暗黄粗糙，抵抗肌肤衰老，修复各种皮肤问题。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种新型净颜皮膜及其制备方法，属于化妆品技术领域。
【背景技术】
撕拉式面膜是面膜的一种，撕拉式面膜是利用面膜和皮肤的充分接触和黏合，这样在面膜被撕拉离开皮肤的时候，一般依靠其吸附能力可以将皮肤上的黑头，老化角质以及油脂等通通剥离下来。撕拉式面膜与普通面膜相比有它独特的优点，它可以深层次的作用于肌肤，使功效成分得到更加高效的利用。撕拉式面膜还具有很强的清洁作用。由于这样的撕拉容易使毛孔变粗，消除方式也比较粗暴，所以只用在鼻子部位比较多。目前市场上的撕拉式面膜会对皮肤带来一定的伤害，都普遍存在副作用，使用次数受到很大的限制，比如如果使用不当的话可以很容易造成皮肤松弛、毛孔粗大以及一些皮肤过敏的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是为了克服现有面膜对皮肤的伤害，克服传统的撕拉式面膜撕拉力大的缺陷，提供一种方便易揭的新型净颜皮膜。
本发明的另一目的是为了提供一种新型净颜皮膜的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种新型净颜皮膜，其特征在于采用以下重量百分比的成膜剂和成模助剂：
聚乙烯醇 5.0％-15.0％
聚乙二醇 1.0％-5.0％
SUNPMMA-S 0.2％-1.0％，
以上百分含量是针对原料总重的百分比。
优选地，本发明净颜皮膜，采用以下重量百分比的成膜剂和成模助剂：
聚乙烯醇 10.0％
聚乙二醇 3.0％
SUNPMMA-S 0.5％，
以上百分含量是针对原料总重的百分比。
具体的，本发明一种新型净颜皮膜，其特征在于由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相
B相
β-葡聚糖 0.5％-1.5％
北美金缕梅 5％-10％
C相
D相
甲基异噻唑啉酮 0.1％-0.15％
焦糖色素 1.0％-3.0％。
优选地，本发明一种新型净颜皮膜，其特征在于由如下重量比的组分组成：
A相
B相
β-葡聚糖 1.0％
北美金缕梅 8.0％
C相
D相
甲基异噻唑啉酮 0.12％
焦糖色素 2.0％。
本发明中的SUNPMMA-S为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯球体是一种表面凸凹状的超细球形粉体，具有较高的吸油吸水性，较强的铺展性和吸收性。本产品添加SUNPMMA-S可以改进流变性和柔软的使用感，可以减少粘腻感、增强铺展性，即可克服普通撕拉面膜的撕拉力的过大的缺陷。聚乙二醇具有优良的分散性、粘接剂、抗静电剂及柔软剂，它可以作为成膜助剂使用，增加成膜韧性，使形成的膜具有一定的强度，在涂料行业得到广泛的应用。
本发明中的茶叶提取物优选自CAMELLIA SINENSIS提取物，人参根提取物优选自PANAX GINSENG，朝鲜当归提取物优选自ANGELICA GIGAS，甘草根提取物优选自GLYCYRRHIZA URALENSIS。
本发明一种新型净颜皮膜的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
a、将A相加热到90℃并均质15min，搅拌溶解完全然后真空保温30min开始降温；
b、搅拌降温至55℃时，加入B相，搅拌均匀；
c、搅拌降温至40℃时，加入C、D相，搅拌均匀，出料即可。
本发明产品的pH值为5.5～7.5。
本发明在步骤a中真空保温时的真空度为-0.04～-0.1Mpa。
本发明相对于现有技术，有以下优点：
1、本发明利用SUNPMMA-S大分子聚合物的特性，以及聚乙二醇等作为成膜助剂，制作出的净颜皮膜具有足够的强度和韧性，同时降低撕拉感，促进成膜效果的同时，降低撕拉韧性，使产品具备传统撒拉面膜所不具有的优点。
2、本发明产品采用新型的制作配方工艺，克服传统的撕拉式面膜撕拉力大，做到方便易揭，犹如人体皮膜，深层贴合肌肤，由里而外平滑细嫩肌肤，改善皮肤暗黄粗糙，抵抗肌肤衰老，修复各种皮肤问题。
【具体实施方式】
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述：
实施例1-3的各组分质量百分比配比如表1所示：

以上实施例的制备工艺方法如下：
a、将A相加热到90℃并均质15min，搅拌溶解完全然后真空保温30min开始降温；
b、搅拌降温至55℃时，加入B相，搅拌均匀；
c、搅拌降温至40℃时，加入C、D相，搅拌均匀，出料即可。
一、对实施例1-3产品做一些性能指标测试，其测试如下：
1.外观：棕色有粘度液体
2.pH值：5.5－7.5
3.耐热稳定性考察(48℃×24h)：合格
4.耐寒稳定性考察(-15℃×24h)：合格
二、实施例产品性能评估试验如下：
1、皮肤刺激性试验：
选2.5～3kg健康家兔40只，每只兔子背部左右对称选20处剃毛2.5cm2,以自身对照试验法进行，每次涂0.5g本发明产品或空白基质，每天两次，左侧或右侧随机给药，观察并记录24h、72h后皮肤的反应现象。
结果表明：涂本发明实施例1-3的产品24h、72h后未见皮肤发红、发疹、水疙等局部刺激反应。
2、功效评价
选90个志愿者，分为3个试验对照组，每组30个人，小组1至3，分别对应使用实施例1-3的产品，产品作用于脸部，每周3次，连续使用一个月，效果记录于表2。
效果描述：
效果明显：美白效果优良，皮肤紧致有弹性；
有改善：美白效果一般。
效果较差：皮肤基本变化很小。
表2：产品临床试验结果如下:
从临床试验结果来看，实施例2产品美白功效显著，同时无过敏现象，成膜后温和易揭。
本发明产品使用独到新配方工艺，制作出温和式撒拉式面膜，克服了传统撕拉式面膜的缺点，使产品适用于各种肤质。此配方工艺可以在各种护肤品中进行推广，比如在祛痘、祛斑、洁面、美白，它可以促进功效成分更加有效的发挥作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种新型净颜皮膜，其特征在于采用以下重量百分比的成膜剂和成模助剂：
聚乙烯醇 5.0％-15.0％
聚乙二醇 1.0％-5.0％
SUNPMMA-S 0.2％-1.0％，
以上百分含量是针对原料总重的百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型净颜皮膜，其特征在于由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相
B相
β-葡聚糖 0.5％-1.5％
北美金缕梅 5％-10％
C相
D相
甲基异噻唑啉酮 0.1％-0.15％
焦糖色素 1.0％-3.0％，
其中A相、B相、C相和D相的总和为 100％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型净颜皮膜，其特征在于由如下重量比的组分组成：
A相
B相
β-葡聚糖 1.0％
北美金缕梅 8.0％
C相
D相
甲基异噻唑啉酮 0.12％
焦糖色素 2.0％。
4.权利要求2或3所述的一种新型净颜皮膜的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
a、将A相加热到90℃并均质15min，搅拌溶解完全然后真空保温30min开始降温；
b、搅拌降温至55℃时，加入B相，搅拌均匀；
c、搅拌降温至40℃时，加入C、D相，搅拌均匀，出料即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型净颜皮膜的制备方法，其特征在于所得产品的pH值为5.5～7.5。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型净颜皮膜的制备方法，其特征在于步骤a中真空保温时的真空度为-0.04～-0.1Mpa。
