本发明提供一种含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,其有效成分为:草甘膦类化合物和矮壮素。上述草甘膦类除草组合物中,草甘膦类化合物为草甘膦酸或其除草活性衍生物。草甘膦与矮壮素的质量比为100:0.1~100:100。本发明通过将矮壮素与草甘膦产品的复配,利用草甘膦茎叶内吸传导作用,和矮壮素生长调控作用结合,使得该除草剂有明显的增效作用,而且缩短起效时间1~5天,减低除草剂使用量20%~50%,对一些恶性杂草防效更好。具有广谱、高效、低毒、低污染、见效快、低成本、使用方便的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种具有增效活性的含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物。
背景技术
一般草甘膦以其广谱、对环境友好和低毒而成为世界最重要的除草剂,由于其具有特殊作用机制,导致杂草对其产生抗性十分缓慢,从1974年广泛应用至1993年的20年间,一直没有关于草甘膦抗性杂草的报道。然而1996年后,随着一系列转基因抗草甘膦作物的扩大种植,彻底改变了草甘膦以往的使用模式,开始单一的并在作物萌发前和萌发后等不同生长发育期重复多次使用,草甘膦使用日益普遍,用量显著增加,每年多次使用草甘膦,导致免耕面积扩大。对于同一作用机制除草剂的过度依赖及长期使用,势必会导致杂草群落变迁及产生抗性,在选择性压力作用下,杂草对其产生抗性或耐性将显著增强。近年来草甘膦面临着巨大挑战和压力。
首先,杂草对草甘膦产生了抗性。在长期大量的使用草甘膦的高强度选择性压力下,在多个国家和地区的农田中发现了28种抗草甘膦杂草,特别是常见的藜和苋等杂草迅速抗性增长迅速。我国也出现了不少对草甘膦表现有抗性的杂草,如华北麦田中的打碗花、田旋花、泽漆等优势杂草,浙江宁波的小蓬草等,果园中的刺儿菜、问荆、苣荚菜等多年生杂草,对草甘膦均不再敏感。
其次,杂草群落发生显著变化。杂草在草甘膦的选择性压力下,虽然杂草对草甘膦抗性不断发展,但由于不同杂草对草甘膦耐性存在着差异,故杂草种群变迁比抗性生物型更频繁更明显。如连续应用草甘膦3年以上,在番薯田,小白酒草、刺莴苣、地肤、苍耳苋、藜、猪毛菜等增多,在棉田大豆田,苋、鸭跖草、蓼、番薯、狗尾草、苘麻与莎草等一年生杂草成为主要杂草。
第三,防治杂草单位用量增加。草甘膦生物活性高,用量低,售价及单位面积使用成本低,是其推广销售和使用的优点之一。正常情况下用药量,果园、胶园喷施有效成分50~100克/亩,农田喷施有效成分20~80克/亩,林业、道路、庭院或荒地喷施有效成分75~200克/亩,加水15~40升,稀释200~300倍喷雾。但近年来,随着草甘膦的频繁使用,造成杂草对草甘膦的耐性增大,现在用药量达到原来的3~8倍,甚至超过正常用量的8倍以上,稀释倍数降低到100倍以下。以41%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂为例,原来每亩用量150~300毫升,现在每亩用量200~900毫升。
另外,在实际生产应用中,由于草甘膦在常规施药量下除草效果降低,为了提高草甘膦的除草效果,使用者任意与其它除草剂或非农药成分混配、随意加大用量、改变使用方法等,导致作物出现药害、人畜中毒、污染环境、效果差等问题时常发生。
矮壮素(分子式C5H13NCl2,CAS登记号50-29-3,分子量158.07)是一种高效、低毒、广谱的植物生长调节剂,可通过叶、芽、茎、根系和种子吸收进入植物体内,抑制植物体内赤霉素的生物合成。矮壮素其主要生理功能是控制植物徒长,促进生殖生长,使植株节间缩短、根系发达、抗倒伏,叶色深绿、光合作用增强,提高植株的坐果率、产量,改善品质,同时还能提高植物的抗寒、抗旱、抗盐碱、抗病虫等抗逆能力。矮壮素可广泛用于多种植物。科学合理的使用矮壮素,能充分发挥药效、解决植物体内营养生长与生殖生长的矛盾,获得高产高效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种同时含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,在提高草甘膦除草效果的同时,减少草甘膦的用量,减缓抗性杂草的出现,从而减少草甘膦对周围作物危害和环境污染。
所述矮壮素为一种植物生长调节剂,化学分子式C5H13NCl2。
所述草甘膦类为草甘膦酸或其除草活性衍生物。
所述草甘膦酸的除草活性衍生物为草甘膦铵盐、草甘膦异丙胺盐、草甘膦钾盐、草甘膦钠盐、草甘膦二甲铵盐、草甘膦三甲基硫盐及其他盐类中的任选一种或几种。
上述含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物中,草甘膦(按C3H8NO5P,CAS号1071-83-6,分子量为169计)与矮壮素(按C5H13NCl2,CAS登记号50-29-3,分子量158.07计)质量比为100:0.1~100:100,具体可为100:0.4~100:50、100:0.4、100:2、100:10、100:50、100:100等。
所述草甘膦类除草组合物除上述有效成分之外,还可以加入表面活性剂、载体、辅料等制成水剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、可溶粒剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、片剂或泡腾颗粒剂。
优选地,制成水剂。制备时,按照常规工艺制备成所需的剂型即可。
剂型中除草组合物的草甘膦类、矮壮素的含量,按纯原药质量计为30%~90%。
所述表面活性剂选自烷基糖苷、牛脂胺类助剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、三丁基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、单双萘磺酸盐、双萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐或木质素磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸缩聚物、脂肪醇硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚缩合物硫酸钠盐或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丁二酸单酯磺酸钠中的一种或任几种。
所述载体、辅料选自陶土、凹凸棒粉、高岭土、活性白土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、聚丙烯酸钠、气态二氧化硅、硅酸镁铝或有机膨润土、消泡剂、植物油、油酸甲酯中的一种或任几种。
矮壮素在增强草甘膦类除草剂的除草性能中的应用也属于本发明的保护范围。
为了克服草甘膦在生产应用中除草效果降低的问题,我们依据矮壮素作为一种植物生长调节剂在植物体内的生理生化作用和草甘膦除草的作用机理,将矮壮素引入草甘膦除草的作用环节,以求提高草甘膦对杀灭杂草的生物活性,增加草甘膦除草效果的同时,能减少草甘膦的单位用量,减缓杂草对草甘膦的抗性的产生,从而降低草甘膦对环境污染。
与已公开的技术相比,本发明存在以下优点:
(1)通过一种生长调节剂(矮壮素)与草甘膦产品的复配,利用草甘膦茎叶内吸传导作用,和生长调节剂不同机理结合,使得该除草剂有明显的增效作用,而且缩短起效时间,药剂除草见效期提前1~5天,减低除草剂使用量,较现有草甘膦除草剂在单位面积上的用量减少20%~50%,对葎草、稗草、牛筋草、空心莲子草、莎草、芦苇、苘麻、苋、鳢肠等一些恶性杂草防效更好;
(2)通过合理的复配,比传统单剂提高了防效,降低有效成分用量,且不含有机溶剂,降低生产成本。具有广谱、高效、低毒、低污染、见效快、低成本、使用操作简单的优点。农民使用方便,有较高的性价比。
(3)本发明主要采用国家认可的安全环保剂型-水剂,对环境友好,不含污染较大的有机溶剂;且杀草谱广,持效时间长,减少了用药量和用药次数,对环境污染很小。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行说明,但本发明并不局限于此。
本发明的目的,是采用如下方案实现的:所述的含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,含有草甘膦(草甘膦酸)或其除草活性衍生物如草甘膦异丙胺盐、草甘膦铵盐、草甘膦钾盐、草甘膦钠盐、草甘膦二甲铵盐、草甘膦三甲基硫盐及其他盐类中的任选一种或几种,还同时含有矮壮素,其有效成分质量比为草甘膦(按C3H8NO5P,CAS号1071-83-6,分子量为169计):矮壮素(按C5H13NCl2,CAS登记号50-29-3,分子量158.07计)为100:0.1~100:100。
本发明所述的含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,可根据不同的用途与使用环境,通过添加助剂,经过特殊加工技术而制成不同的剂型,如水剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、可溶粒剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、片剂或泡腾颗粒剂等商品制剂。
剂型中除草组合物的草甘膦类、矮壮素的含量,按纯原药质量计为30%~90%。
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;下述实施例中所用的试剂、生物材料等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
将草甘膦异丙胺盐与矮壮素(C5H13Cl2N)按一定的比例混配,制成有效成分比(草甘膦(按C3H8NO5P,CAS号1071-83-6,分子量为169计):矮壮素)为100:0、100:0.4、100:2、100:10、100:50等5种草甘磷有效成分含量30%的除草组合物(41%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂),按制剂用量200ml/亩、喷液量30L/亩防治荒地杂草,设4次重复,小区面积30㎡,以清水处理为对照。

药后30天,草甘膦加入矮壮素的各处理,对杂草的防除效果,无论是株防效还是鲜重防效,均较单用草甘膦处理的防治效果增加(如表1)。这表明,草甘膦与矮壮素按有效成分100:0.4~100:50比例混配,可显著提高对杂草的防除效果,从而减少了草甘膦的使用量。
实施例2
将草甘膦铵盐与矮壮素按一定的比例混配,制成有效成分比(草甘膦(按C3H8NO5P,CAS号1071-83-6,分子量为169计):矮壮素)为100:0、100:0.4、100:2、100:10、100:50等5种草甘磷有效成分含量50%的除草组合物(55%草甘膦铵盐可溶粉剂),按制剂用量150g/亩、喷液量30L/亩防治柑橘园杂草,设4次重复,小区面积30㎡,以清水处理为对照。

药后30天,草甘膦加入矮壮素的各处理,对稗草、空心莲子草、狗尾草等杂草的防除效果,无论是株防效还是鲜重防效,均较单用草甘膦处理的防治效果增加(如表2)。这表明,草甘膦与矮壮素按有效成分100:0.4~100:50比例混配,可显著提高对稗草、空心莲子草、狗尾草等杂草的防除效果,在相同使用条件下,可以适当减少草甘膦药剂的单位用量。
实施例3
将草甘膦酸与矮壮素按一定的比例混配,制成有效成分比(草甘膦(按C3H8NO5P,CAS号1071-83-6,分子量为169计):矮壮素)为100:0、100:0.4、100:2、100:10、100:50等5种草甘磷有效成分含量30%的除草组合物(30%草甘膦水剂),防治苹果园杂草,按制剂用量100:0设100、125、150、175、200g/亩5个处理,其它各设100g/亩1个处理,喷液量30L/亩,以清水处理为对照,共10个处理,设4次重复,小区面积30㎡。

药后30天,草甘膦:矮壮素100:0.4~50制剂用量100ml/亩各处理:与草甘膦:矮壮素100:0制剂用量100ml/亩处理比较,除草见效期提前1~5天,对杂草的防除效果提高15~45个百分点;与草甘膦:矮壮素100:0制剂用量125ml/亩处理比较,除草见效期提前0~4天,对杂草的防除效果,100:0.04、100:0.2、100:1.0、100:5.0处理则提高10~35个百分点;与草甘膦:矮壮素100:0制剂用量150ml/亩处理比较,除草见效期提前0~3天,对杂草的防除效果,100:2处理与之相当,100:10、100:50处理则提高10~20个百分点;与草甘膦:矮壮素100:0制剂用量175ml/亩处理比较,除草见效期提前0~2天,对杂草的防除效果,100:10处理与之相当,100:50处理则提高15~20个百分点;与草甘膦:矮壮素100:0制剂用量200ml/亩处理比较,除草见效期提前0~1天,对杂草的防除效果,100:50处理与之相当(如表3)。这表明,草甘膦与矮壮素类化合物,按有效成分100:0.4~100:50比例混配,可缩短药剂起效时间,除草见效期提前1~5天;在达到相同的防除效果时,药剂有效成分的单位用量可减少20%~50%。
Claims (5)
1.一种含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,其有效成分为:草甘膦类化合物和矮壮素;
其中,草甘膦类化合物与矮壮素的质量比为100:0.4、100:2、100:10或100:50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,其特征在于:所述草甘膦类为草甘膦酸或其除草活性衍生物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,其特征在于:所述草甘膦酸的除草活性衍生物为草甘膦铵盐、草甘膦异丙胺盐、草甘膦钾盐、草甘膦钠盐、草甘膦二甲铵盐、草甘膦三甲基硫盐及其他盐类中的任选一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物除草甘膦类化合物和矮壮素之外,还通过添加表面活性剂、载体、辅料、助剂,经过加工制成各种剂型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含有矮壮素的草甘膦类除草组合物,其特征在于:所述剂型为水剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、可溶粒剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、片剂或泡腾颗粒剂,所述剂型中除草组合物的草甘膦类化合物、矮壮素的含量,按纯原药质量计为30%~90%。
