Abstract

本发明揭露一种影像播放系统及影像信号撷取器。影像信号撷取器包括连接器、控制器以及储存装置。连接器用以连接至显示器的影像信息传输路径上，并直接接收影像数据传输路径上所传输的影像信息。控制器针对影像信息执行编译码操作，并产生处理后影像信息。储存装置用以储存处理后影像信息。

影像播放系统及影像信号撷取器
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种影像信号撷取器，且特别是有关于一种影像播放系统中，撷取显示器的原始影像信息的影像信号撷取器。
背景技术
近年来，随着电子科技不断的发展，电子装置成为人们日常生活中的重要工具。在显示器相关的技术领域中，为了因应人们对于显示信息的需求，提供高质量且便捷的影像显示系统，为本领域技术人员的重要课题。
在先前技术领域中，当使用者要针对显示器上所显示的影像进行撷取操作时，常见通过执行应用程序来进行影像信息的抓取操作。这样的作法通常仅能获取分辨率较差的影像信息，并且，在关于应用程序的操作上，也需要较为繁琐的操作细节而造成使用上的不方便。另外，应用程序的执行则必需通过显示器所属的主机上的微处理器来完成，也造成使用上的不便利。
发明内容
本发明提供一种影像信号撷取器，可直接撷取并获得显示器所接收的原始的影像信息。
本发明提供一种影像播放系统，其中通过影像信号撷取器可撷取其中的显示器所接收的原始的影像信息。
本发明的影像信号撷取器包括连接器、控制器以及储存装置。连接器用以连接至显示器的影像信息传输路径上，并直接接收影像数据传输路径上所传输的影像信息。控制器耦接连接器，控制器针对影像信息执行编译码操作，并产生处理后影像信息。储存装置耦接控制器，用以储存处理后影像信息。
基于上述，本发明提供影像信号撷取器以直接撷取并获得显示器所接收的原始的影像信息。使显示器做为播放依据的原始的影像信息可以储存在影像信号撷取器中，并可在任意的显示器中提供多次的重新拨放操作，亦可上传至因特网与其他人分享。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂，下文特举实施例，并配合所附图式作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
请参照图1，图1所示为本发明一实施例的影像信号撷取器的示意图。影像信号撷取器100包括连接器110、控制器120以及储存装置130。连接器110用以连接至显示器10的影像信息传输路径上，并直接接收影像数据传输路径ITP上所传输的影像信息IMD。控制器120则耦接连接器110，并通过连接器110来接收影像信息IMD。控制器120可针对影像信息IMD执行编译码操作，并产生处理后影像信息PIMD。控制器120可以是编译码(codec)芯片。其中，控制器120可针对影像信息IMD执行编码操作，并将编码后的处理后影像信息PIMD传送至储存装置130。
储存装置130耦接至控制器120，并用以储存处理后影像信息PIMD。在本实施例中，储存装置130可以是任意形式的内存，当然，在本发明其它实施例中，储存装置130也可以其它形式的数据储存媒介，例如光盘或硬式磁盘等。
影像信号撷取器100所接收的影像信息IMD可以是显示器10所接收的原始的影像信息。换句话说，影像信号撷取器100可在显示器10中的影像缩放器前进行影像信息IMD的撷取操作，影像信息IMD是为未经影像缩放处理的影像信息。此外，影像信息IMD可以是三原色(红色R、蓝色G、绿色B)格式，并具有高带宽数字内容保护(High-Bandwidth Digital ContentProtection,HDCP)的影像信息。
在本实施例中，连接器110的形式并没有特定的限制，其中，本领域技术人员所熟悉的可用来传输影像信息的连接器都可以应用以实施本发明。
此外，影像信号撷取器100所连接的显示器10也没有特定的限制。其中，显示器10可以是电视、各类型计算机的监视器，或也可以是移动电话的显示器。
影像信号撷取器100还包括一开关单元BUT。开关单元BUT可配置在影像信号撷取器100的外壳上。用户可通过按压开关单元BUT来启动或关闭影像撷取操作。
在整体的操作细节上，用户可以将影像信号撷取器100通过连接器110连接至显示器10对应的连接器上。在显示器10接收影像信息IMD并进行影像播放操作时，用户可以通过按压开关单元BUT启动影像信号撷取器100的影像信息的撷取操作。在当影像信息的撷取操作被启动的期间，控制器120持续针对所接收的影像信息IMD进行编码操作，并将其所产生的处理后影像信息PIMD储存在储存装置130中。在此时间区间中，显示器10上所显示的所有的画面对应的影像信息都会被撷取，并储存在储存装置130中。在当用户要结束影像撷取操作时，可再通过开关单元BUT关闭影像信号撷取器100的影像信息的撷取操作。
在另一方面，影像信号撷取器100在完成影像撷取操作后，可以与显示器10分离。在要分享所其储存的影音信息时，影像信号撷取器100可以通过连接器110连接至外接显示器(未示于图中)。控制器120则可读出储存装置130中所储存的处理后影像信息，并对读出的处理后影像信息进行译码操作。完成译码操作的影像信息则可通过连接器110传送至外接显示器，使外接显示器进行影像播放操作，在其它实施例中，亦可藉由无线模块上传至因特网与其他人分享。
在本发明实施例中，影像信号撷取器100可提供支持720p或1080p，MPEG2或MPEG3(Moving Picture Experts Group，动态图像专家组)或MPEG4等多种显示格式内容至外接显示器以进行显示操作。
由上述的说明可得知，影像信号撷取器100提供简单的影像撷取接口，并可撷取高质量的影像信息。此外，通过本发明实施例的影像信号撷取器100，所撷取的影像信息的分享操作可以更为简单，提升使用上的便利性。
以下请参照图2，图2所示为本发明一实施例的影像播放系统的示意图。影像播放系统200包括影像信号撷取器210以及显示器220。影像信号撷取器210包括连接器211、控制器212以及储存装置230。显示器220则包括信号源连接器221、信号接收器222、影像缩放器223以及显示面板224。信号源连接器221接收影像信息IMD，并将影像信息IMD传送至信号接收器222。信号接收器222另耦接至影像缩放器223。信号接收器222传送影像信息IMD至影像缩放器223，影像缩放器223则可针对影像信息IMD进行影像尺寸的缩放操作。影像缩放器223所进行的影像尺寸的缩放操作可对应显示面板224的影像分辨率来进行，完成影像尺寸缩放后的影像信息可传送至显示面板224，并通过显示面板224上的驱动电路来驱动并进行影像画面的显示。
影像信号撷取器210连接在信号源连接器221与信号接收器222连接的路径间。如此一来，影像信号撷取器210可以直接接收未经缩放处理的原始的影像信息IMD。通过控制器212的编码操作，原始的影像信息IMD可有效的被撷取并存放至储存装置213中。
以下另请参照图3，图3所示为本发明另一实施例的影像播放系统的示意图。影像播放系统300包括影像信号撷取器310以及显示器320。显示器320则包括信号源连接器321、多工器322、信号接收器323、影像缩放器324以及显示面板325。其中，在本实施例中，影像信号撷取器310连接至多工器322。而多工器322接收影像信息IMD，并将影像信息IMD同时传送至影像信号撷取器310以及信号接收器323。
在本实施例中，通过多工器322的设置，显示器320还可将影像信息IMD同时传送至影像信号撷取器310以及信号接收器323，并完成在不干扰显示面板325的影像播放的流畅度的前提下，实时的提供影像信息IMD至影像信号撷取器310，使影像信号撷取器310的影像撷取操作可以顺利的完成。
接着请参照图4，图4所示为本发明的影像信号撷取器的一实施方式的示意图。在图4中，影像信号撷取器310在完成一次或多次的影像撷取操作后，可以通过与外接显示器400相连接来分享影像信号撷取器310所撷取的影像信息。如此一来，影像信息的分享的便利度可大幅的提升。
综上所述，本发明通过影像信号撷取器与显示器相连接，使影像信号撷取器撷取显示器中未经缩放的原始的影像信息。如此一来，影像信号撷取器可以获取显示器中最高质量的影像信息，维持所撷取的影像画面的质量。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭露如上，然其并非用以限定本发明，任何本领域技术人员，在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内，当可作些许的更动与润饰，故本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种影像信号撷取器，其特征在于，包括：
连接器，用以连接至显示器的影像信息传输路径上，并直接接收所述影像数据传输路径上所传输的影像信息；
控制器，耦接所述连接器，针对所述影像信息执行编译码操作，并产生处理后影像信息；以及
储存装置，耦接所述控制器，用以储存所述处理后影像信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的影像信号撷取器，其特征在于，其中所述影像信息为未经影像缩放处理的影像信息。
3.根据权利要求1所述的影像信号撷取器，其特征在于，其中所述影像信息为具有高带宽数字内容保护的影像信息。
4.根据权利要求1所述的影像信号撷取器，其特征在于，其中所述影像信号撷取器还通过所述连接器连接至外接显示器，所述影像信号撷取器提供储存在所述储存装置中的所述处理后影像信息至所述外接显示器，以使所述外接显示器依据所述处理后影像信息进行影像显示操作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的影像信号撷取器，其特征在于，其中所述影像信号撷取器提供720p或1080p显示格式内容至所述外接显示器以进行显示操作。
6.一种影像播放系统，其特征在于，包括：
显示器，具有信号源连接器以接收影像信息；以及
影像信号撷取器，包括：
连接器，用以连接至所述信号源连接器，并用以直接接收所述影像信息；
控制器，耦接所述连接器，针对所述影像信息执行编译码操作，并产生处理后影像信息；以及
储存装置，耦接所述控制器，用以储存所述处理后影像信息。
7.根据权利要求6所述的影像播放系统，其特征在于，其中所述显示器还包括：
信号接收器，耦接所述信号源连接器，用以接收所述影像信息；
影像缩放器，耦接所述信号接收器，针对所述影像信息进行影像尺寸缩放操作以产生缩放后影像信息；以及
显示面板，耦接所述影像缩放器，接收所述缩放后影像信息并据以进行影像显示操作。
8.根据权利要求6所述的影像播放系统，其特征在于，其中所述显示器还包括：
多工器，串接在所述信号接收器以及所述信号源连接器相耦接的路径间，
其中，当所述影像信号撷取器的所述连接器与所述信号源连接器相连接时，所述多工器将所述影像信息传送至所述信号接收器及所述连接器。
9.根据权利要求6所述的影像播放系统，其特征在于，其中所述影像信号撷取器还通过所述连接器连接至外接显示器，所述影像信号撷取器提供储存在所述储存装置中的所述处理后影像信息至所述外接显示器，以进行影像显示操作。
10.根据权利要求6所述的影像播放系统，其特征在于，其中所述影像信息为具有高带宽数字内容保护的影像信息。
