Abstract

本发明专利提供了一种励磁源输入自动切换发电机,它通过切换器检测发电机主机输出端的电压实现电压调节器励磁源输入的自动切换,当工作中的电压调节器故障使发电机输出端电压降低时,切换器会自动将励磁源输入切换至备用的电压调节器,使发电机继续正常工作。该发电机具备自动切换电压调节器励磁源输入的功能,同时具有电压调节器损坏警示及持续低电压停机信号输出功能,特别适用于需要发电机持续作业的行业使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电机,尤其涉及一种励磁源输入自动切换发电机。
背景技术
伴随着时代的发展,越来越多的行业以发电机作为主用亦或者是备用电源来使用,电机的持续作业能力为生产力的保障起到了至关重要的作用,而电压调节器作为发电机的易损件,在发电机运行过程中发生故障的概率是比较大的,故障就意味着要停机维修,这将直接影响生产力。为了解决这种问题,设计一种励磁源输入自动切换发电机,这种发电机配备两个电压调节器,一旦工作中的电压调节器发生故障,切换系统的会自动将励磁源输入切换到备用的电压调节器上,发电机即可继续正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种励磁源输入自动切换发电机,它能通过检测发电机主机输出端电压变化实现电压调节器励磁源输入的自动切换,提高发电机持续作业能力,并具备电压调节器损坏警示及持续低电压停机功能。
本发明是这样来实现的,一种励磁源输入自动切换发电机,它包括发电机主机,发电机主机内置有辅助绕组、切换器、主用电压调节器、备用电压调节器、主用电压调节器损坏报警灯、备用电压调节器损坏报警灯;其特征是:发电机主机输出端和辅助绕组连接切换器,切换器设有三个输出口,分别为第一输出口、第二输出口、STOP口;所述第一输出口连接主用电压调节器,所述第二输出口连接备用电压调节器;所述切换器还连接有主用电压调节器损坏报警灯和备用电压调节器损坏报警灯。
本发明所述辅助绕组产生励磁源传输到切换器中,切换器通过检测发电机主机输出端的电压确定励磁源的输出口,输出口连接有电压调节器,其中第一输出口导通主用电压调节器,第二输出口导通备用电压调节器,当一个电压调节器处于导通时,另一个电压调节器不导通;切换器默认导通主用电压调节器,当发电机主机输出端电压持续低于设定值超过6S时,切换器会自动导通备用电压调节器,同时主用电压调节器损坏报警灯点亮,反之由导通备用电压调节器切换至导通主用电压调节器,且点亮备用电压调节器损坏报警灯;当发电机主机输出端电压持续低于设定值超过10S时,切换器STOP口将输出停机信号,使发电机驱动源停止工作。
本发明的技术效果是:一个电压调节器处于导通时,另一个电压调节器不导通,当工作中的电压调节器故障使发电机输出端电压降低时,切换系统会自动将励磁源输入切换至备用的电压调节器,使发电机继续正常工作,反之由导通备用电压调节器切换至导通主用电压调节器。同时该发电机具备电压调节器损坏警示及持续低电压停机功能。

具体实施方式
本发明是这样来实现的,它包括1、发电机主机、2、辅助绕组3、切换器、7、主用电压调节器损坏报警灯、8、备用电压调节器损坏报警灯、9、主用电压调节器、10、备用电压调节器;辅助绕组2产生励磁源传输至切换器3,切换器3通过检测发电机主机输出端11的电压确定励磁源的输出口,其中第一输出口5导通主用电压调节器,第二输出口6导通备用电压调节器,并且当一个电压调节器处于导通时,另一个电压调节器不导通。切换器3默认导通主用电压调节器9,当发电机主机1输出端电压持续低于设定值超过6S时,切换器3会自动导通备用电压调节器10,同时主用电压调节器损坏报警灯7点亮,反之由导通备用电压调节器10切换至导通主用电压调节器9,且点亮备用电压调节器损坏报警灯8。当发电机主机1输出端电压持续低于设定值超过10S时,切换器STOP口4将输出停机信号,使发电机驱动源停止工作。

Claims (1)

1.一种励磁源输入自动切换发电机,它包括发电机主机,发电机主机内置有辅助绕组、切换器、主用电压调节器、备用电压调节器、主用电压调节器损坏报警灯、备用电压调节器损坏报警灯;其特征是:发电机主机输出端和辅助绕组连接切换器,切换器设有三个输出口,分别为第一输出口、第二输出口、STOP口;所述第一输出口连接主用电压调节器,所述第二输出口连接备用电压调节器;所述切换器还连接有主用电压调节器损坏报警灯和备用电压调节器损坏报警灯; 所述辅助绕组产生励磁源传输到切换器中,切换器通过检测发电机主机输出端的电压确定励磁源的输出口,输出口连接有电压调节器,其中第一输出口导通主用电压调节器,第二输出口导通备用电压调节器,当一个电压调节器处于导通时,另一个电压调节器不导通;切换器默认导通主用电压调节器,当发电机主机输出端电压持续低于设定值超过6S时,切换器会自动导通备用电压调节器,同时主用电压调节器损坏报警灯点亮,反之由导通备用电压调节器切换至导通主用电压调节器,且点亮备用电压调节器损坏报警灯;当发电机主机输出端电压持续低于设定值超过10S时,切换器STOP口将输出停机信号,使发电机驱动源停止工作。
