本发明涉及太阳能电池组件模板辅助生产领域,具体为一种模板归正装置,其能够方便的实现精确归正和定位,使用成本低,其包括安装板,所述安装板两侧对称分别设置有四个螺纹孔,每侧的四个所述螺纹孔呈等腰梯形布置,每个所述螺纹孔内螺纹安装有偏心定位轴,所述偏心定位轴上端的定位柱中心与所述螺纹孔中心呈偏心布置,所述定位柱上端面为导向锥面,所述偏心定位轴下端设置有转动把手。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池组件模板辅助生产领域,具体为一种模板归正装置。
背景技术
目前太阳能组件在生产过程中需要用到模板辅助生产,模板在摆放到太阳能电池组件上之前要先进行归正定位,传统的模板归正采用气缸等机构对模板进行归正定位,但是此归正装置机构复杂,使用成本高,且归正定位精度不够高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种模板归正装置,其能够方便的实现精确归正和定位,使用成本低。
其技术方案是这样的:一种模板归正装置,其特征在于,其包括安装板,所述安装板两侧对称分别设置有四个螺纹孔,每侧的四个所述螺纹孔呈等腰梯形布置,每个所述螺纹孔内螺纹安装有偏心定位轴,所述偏心定位轴上端的定位柱中心与所述螺纹孔中心呈偏心布置,所述定位柱上端面为导向锥面,所述偏心定位轴下端设置有转动把手。
采用本发明的结构后,由于偏心定位轴与安装板之间为螺纹连接,偏心定位轴上端的定位柱中心与螺纹孔中心呈偏心布置,通过转动偏心定位轴即可改变定位柱的位置,使定位柱转至模板放置位置,并且导向锥面的设置可以保证模板方便的准确的套入定位柱,方便的实现了模板的归正和定位,无需额外动力,节省能源,使用成本低。

见图,图2所示,一种模板归正装置,其包括安装板1,安装板1两侧对称分别设置有四个螺纹孔2,每侧的四个螺纹孔2呈等腰梯形布置,每个螺纹孔2内螺纹安装有偏心定位轴3,偏心定位轴3上端的定位柱4中心与螺纹孔2中心呈偏心布置,定位柱4上端面为导向锥面,偏心定位轴3下端设置有转动把手5。
