Abstract

本发明提出了一种电商用条码自动识别装置,包括箱体、传送带、条码识别机构、驱动电机和触摸屏,箱体上设有传送带,传送带通过固定安装在箱体上的驱动电机传动,传送带中间位置设有条码识别机构,条码识别机构一侧设有辅助机构,辅助机构一侧设有货物进口端,条码识别机构另一侧设有触摸屏,触摸屏固定安装在箱体上,触摸屏与条码识别机构和辅助机构相配合。本装置有效地提升了物流信息化水平,可实现复杂背景、以及模糊等条件下的条码的读取,识别准确率高,同时,通过辅助机构,进一步地提高了条码的读取,并满足不同形状投影的需求,增强了灵活性,其适用范围更广。

技术领域
本发明涉及物流管理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种电商用条码自动识别装置。
背景技术
众所周知,目前通常在产品上设置条码作为产品的防伪标示,用户在进行条码识别时,通常将条码记录下来,并在该产品对应的公司网站上查询该条码对应的信息,从而识别该产品是否为假冒产品。条形码识别装置在我们日常生活的使用越来越广泛,其不仅可以使用于超市、零售店以及仓库等,还可以通过手机等通信工具扫描获取商户信息,优惠券及登录网站等。不管是对大型超市、仓库的管理提供了便利,也方便、丰富了我们的日常生活。
在物流业应用中,物品从揽件到分拔中心、从分拔中心到派件过程中的多个环节均需要对单据上的条码进行扫描。我们提供的读码器无须人工操作,通过在自动化流水线上安装固定式读码器,实现对条码的自动定位和解码。目前,条码的扫描基本都是通过人工来进行,这样工作效率低,成本高,而且容易产生差错。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自动化高,有效地提高了工作效率,降低了成本以及出错率的电商用条码自动识别装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种电商用条码自动识别装置,包括箱体、传送带、条码识别机构、驱动电机和触摸屏,所述箱体上设有传送带,所述传送带通过固定安装在箱体上的驱动电机传动,所述传送带中间位置设有条码识别机构,所述条码识别机构一侧设有辅助机构,所述辅助机构一侧设有货物进口端,所述条码识别机构另一侧设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏固定安装在箱体上,所述触摸屏与条码识别机构和辅助机构相配合。
进一步地,所述条码识别机构包括图像采集模块、条形码识别模块和通信模块,所述图像采集模块包括CCD镜头和光源,所述知形码识别模块包括TPGA逻辑管理和DSP处理器。
进一步地,所述辅助机构包括支撑架,所述支撑架上安装有外观提取像机和距离传感器。
进一步地,所述距离传感器与条码识别机构相配合。
进一步地,所述通信模块与触摸屏相配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置有效地提升了物流信息化水平,可实现复杂背景、以及模糊等条件下的条码的读取,识别准确率高,同时,通过辅助机构,进一步地提高了条码的读取,并满足不同形状投影的需求,增强了灵活性,其适用范围更广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明对本发明做进一步地说明。
如图1所示,一种电商用条码自动识别装置,包括箱体1、传送带3、条码识别机构4、驱动电机2和触摸屏5,箱体1上设有传送带3,传送带3通过固定安装在箱体1上的驱动电机2传动,传送带3中间位置设有条码识别机构4,条码识别机构4一侧设有辅助机构,辅助机构一侧设有货物进口端9,条码识别机构4另一侧设有触摸屏5,触摸屏5固定安装在箱体1上,触摸屏5与条码识别机构4和辅助机构相配合。
如图2所示,条码识别机构4包括图像采集模块、条形码识别模块和通信模块,图像采集模块包括CCD镜头和光源,知形码识别模块包括TPGA逻辑管理和DSP处理器。
在本实施例中,辅助机构包括支撑架6,支撑架6上安装有外观提取像机7和距离传感器8。
在本实施例中,距离传感器8与条码识别机构4相配合。
在本实施例中,通信模块与触摸屏5相配合。
本装置有效地提升了物流信息化水平,可实现复杂背景、以及模糊等条件下的条码的读取,识别准确率高,同时,通过辅助机构,进一步地提高了条码的读取,并满足不同形状投影的需求,增强了灵活性,其适用范围更广。

1.一种电商用条码自动识别装置,包括箱体、传送带、条码识别机构、驱动电机和触摸屏,其特征在于:所述箱体上设有传送带,所述传送带通过固定安装在箱体上的驱动电机传动,所述传送带中间位置设有条码识别机构,所述条码识别机构一侧设有辅助机构,所述辅助机构一侧设有货物进口端,所述条码识别机构另一侧设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏固定安装在箱体上,所述触摸屏与条码识别机构和辅助机构相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电商用条码自动识别装置,其特征在于:所述条码识别机构包括图像采集模块、条形码识别模块和通信模块,所述图像采集模块包括CCD镜头和光源,所述知形码识别模块包括TPGA逻辑管理和DSP处理器。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种电商用条码自动识别装置,其特征在于:所述辅助机构包括支撑架,所述支撑架上安装有外观提取像机和距离传感器。
