技术领域
本发明涉及谷物干燥技术领域,具体涉及一种在线检测谷物水分的干燥机智能控制系统。
背景技术
谷物从收割到存储的过程是需要对谷物进行干燥处理,以便于谷物的后续加工或者长期储存,所以一般在进行谷物储存前都会使用谷物干燥机进行干燥。而谷物干燥机的保温效果,不但影响着干燥机的干燥效果,也对能耗有着一定的影响,而当前的干燥机,保温效果很差,不但干燥效果差,而且能耗大,浪费能源。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种在线检测谷物水分的干燥机智能控制系统。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种在线检测谷物水分的干燥机智能控制系统,它包括控制器、电子湿度计、热风风机,所述电子湿度计与控制器连接,控制器还与热风风机相连接,所述电子湿度计安装在分流层。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明可根据谷物水分自动调整风机,干燥效率高,效果好,且能够节约能源,降低能耗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例的一种在线检测谷物水分的干燥机智能控制系统,它包括控制器、电子湿度计、热风风机,所述电子湿度计与控制器连接,控制器还与热风风机相连接,所述电子湿度计安装在分流层。
本发明工作时,是将谷物依次经过烘干塔缓苏层、分流层、干燥层、循环层,当谷物在缓苏层缓苏后进入分流层,这时通过电子湿度计测量分流层的空气湿度,控制器通过电子湿度计的数据自动控制热风风机的功率,从而调整干燥层的温度和热风流量,以合适的参数来进行干燥,如此干燥效果更高,更节能。
