Abstract

本发明公开了一种集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，属于集成灶，现有集成灶的排烟效率及噪音难以满足使用要求，本发明包括由蜗壳、离心叶轮、电机构成的风机，风机装配在一箱体内，箱体上安装顶盖而将风机封闭在箱体内，箱体上具有外接排风口，顶盖上具有朝上的连通箱体内腔的外接吸烟口，离心叶轮位于蜗壳内，蜗壳具有两个吸风口和一个内接排风口，两个吸风口分别位于离心叶轮的轴向两侧且敞露在箱体的内腔，内接排风口正对连接外接吸烟口。本发明通过将风机置于封闭的箱体内而在工作时隔离噪音，从而使得厨房的噪音更小；此外，由于风机可以从两侧的吸风口吸风排烟，因此可以增大排烟效率。

技术领域
本发明属于集成灶，具体是一种集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置。
背景技术
现有包括柜体、烟机、灶具的集成灶，如CN204554905U公开的“全自动智能集成灶”，其柜体具有一平台及位于平台后侧并高于平台的竖立部，烟机包括设于竖立部上的风门、位于柜体内的风机，灶具安装在平台上。排烟时启动风机产生吸力，将烹饪产生的油烟经竖立部的风门吸入风机后再排出。这种类型的集成灶由于将风机置于柜体内，风机工作时产生的噪音被隔离，相对于以往的挂壁式油烟机，其整体噪音得以降低。但随着人们生活水平的提高，用户对家用电器的要求越来越苛刻，因此，如何进一步提高集成灶的排烟效率并降低其工作噪音成为该类产品的设计方向。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有集成灶不能满足人们对排烟效率、工作噪音的要求，提供一种排烟效率相对于现有产品更为高效、工作噪音更低的集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明的集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，包括由蜗壳、离心叶轮、电机构成的风机，其特征是：所述的风机装配在一箱体内，所述的箱体上安装顶盖而将所述的风机封闭在所述的箱体内，所述的箱体上具有外接排风口，所述的顶盖上具有朝上的连通所述箱体内腔的外接吸烟口，所述的离心叶轮位于所述的蜗壳内，所述蜗壳具有两个吸风口和一个内接排风口，所述的两个吸风口分别位于所述离心叶轮的轴向两侧且敞露在所述箱体的内腔，所述的内接排风口正对连接所述的外接排风口。
本发明的有益效果是：所述的外接吸烟口呈漏斗状，所述外接吸烟口的上端口设为扁平状的方形口且其左右方向的尺寸大于其前后方向的尺寸。
本发明的有益效果是：所述的外接吸烟口位于所述顶盖的后侧。
本发明的有益效果是：所述的外接排风口位于所述箱体底部的左侧或右侧。
本发明通过将风机置于封闭的箱体内而在工作时隔离噪音，从而使得厨房的噪音更小；此外，由于风机可以从两侧的吸风口吸风排烟，因此可以增大排烟效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1-2所示，本发明的集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，包括由蜗壳11、离心叶轮12、电机13构成的风机01，风机01装配在一箱体02内，箱体02上安装顶盖03而将风机封闭在箱体内，箱体02上具有外接排风口21，顶盖03上具有朝上的连通箱体内腔的外接吸烟口31，离心叶轮12位于蜗壳11内，蜗壳11具有两个吸风口14和一个内接排风口15，两个吸风口14分别位于离心叶轮12的轴向两侧且敞露在箱体02的内腔，内接排风口15正对连接外接排风口21。
该集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，装配成集成灶时将其装配在集成灶的柜体内，在外接吸烟口上连接集成灶的竖立部，外接吸烟口连接排烟管道。
工作时，启动风机产生吸力，室内空气携带着烹饪产生的油烟经竖立部、外接吸烟口、箱体的内腔、两个吸风口被吸入风机，之后经内接排风口、外接吸烟口、排烟管道排出。由于将风机置于封闭的箱体内而在工作时隔离噪音，从而使得厨房的噪音更小。此外，由于风机可以从两侧的吸风口吸风排烟，因此可以增大排烟效率。
从另外的角度讲：蜗壳的内接排风口即为系统的出风口，降低了气流阻断；气流进入顶盖的外接吸烟口后，从蜗壳的前后侧进入蜗壳，并从内接排风口、外接吸烟口排出；达到双进风吸烟效果，提升了进风量、降低了噪音干扰，使油烟快速排出室外，保证厨房洁净、清净。
为了适于与集成灶的竖立部匹配，外接吸烟口31呈漏斗状，外接吸烟口31的上端口设为扁平状的方形口且其左右方向的尺寸大于其前后方向的尺寸。外接吸烟口31位于顶盖的后侧。
为了便于排烟，外接排风口21位于箱体底部的左侧或右侧。

1.集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，包括由蜗壳（11）、离心叶轮（12）、电机（13）构成的风机（01），其特征是：所述的风机（01）装配在一箱体（02）内，所述的箱体（02）上安装顶盖（03）而将所述的风机（01）封闭在所述的箱体（02）内，所述的箱体（02）上具有外接排风口（21），所述的顶盖（03）上具有朝上的连通所述箱体内腔的外接吸烟口（03），所述的离心叶轮（12）位于所述的蜗壳（11）内，所述蜗壳（11）具有两个吸风口（14）和一个内接排风口（15），所述的两个吸风口（14）分别位于所述离心叶轮（12）的轴向两侧且敞露在所述箱体的内腔，所述的内接排风口（15）正对连接所述的外接排风口（21）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，其特征是：所述的外接吸烟口（31）呈漏斗状，所述外接吸烟口（31）的上端口设为扁平状的方形口且其左右方向的尺寸大于其前后方向的尺寸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，其特征是：所述的外接吸烟口（31）位于所述顶盖的后侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成灶的双侧进风静音排烟装置，其特征是：所述的外接排风口（21）位于所述箱体底部的左侧或右侧。
