本发明公开一种防爆管接头,它安装在水管上,使普通水管成为防爆管。所述防爆管接头的一端通过底座与水管连接,而其另一端则借助螺母与水源例如水龙头相接。所述防爆管接头位于防爆管入水口螺母内,由一个内芯、一个弹簧和一个外壳构成。所述内芯的作用是当水管爆裂时内芯堵住出水口,截断水流;所述弹簧的作用是撑起内芯,防止水管在无爆裂情况下内芯堵塞入水口;所述外壳的作用是调节入水压力,并支撑内芯,固定弹簧和内芯。它能有效地防止爆裂水管喷射水,可广泛应用于家庭、学校、工厂、仓库和办公楼等室内外场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及水管接头,特别是一种可有效防止爆裂水管喷射水的管道连接头。
背景技术
现在市场上水管的功能一般仅仅在于引导水流,通常不具防止水管爆裂功能,其产品质量也参差不齐,即使水管质量足够好,因使用环境及使用时间等外在因素具有不确定性,水管存在爆裂的可能性,导致出现水流向四周喷射的情形发生,容易造成水患、人身及财产损失。目前,市场上虽然有类似防止爆裂水管的防爆器产品,但是,其结构复杂,耗材较多,防止水管爆裂的效果不太理想,安装使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种防爆管接头,以克服现有水管产品不具防止水管爆裂功能和现有防止爆裂水管的防爆器产品防止水管爆裂的效果不好的缺陷,从而可有效防止爆裂水管喷射水,以避免造成水患、人身及财产损失。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明一种防爆管接头,由一个内芯、一个弹簧和一个外壳构成。所述内芯的作用是当水管爆裂时内芯堵住出水口,截断水流;所述弹簧的作用是撑起内芯,防止水管在无爆裂情况下内芯堵塞入水口;所述外壳的作用是调节入水压力,并支撑内芯,固定弹簧和内芯。
进一步,本发明在所述外壳与底座之间最好加设密封圈。
本发明设计合理,结构紧凑,容易安装,使用方便,安全可靠,能有效地防止爆裂水管喷射水,可广泛应用于家庭、学校、工厂、仓库和办公楼等室内外场所。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的结构作进一步描述:
在图中,本发明一种防爆管接头安装在水管上,使普通水管成为防爆管。所述防爆管接头的一端通过底座5与普通水管连接,而其另一端则借助螺母与水源例如水龙头相接。
所述防爆管接头位于防爆管入水口螺母内,它由一个内芯2、一个弹簧3和一个外壳1构成。所述内芯2的作用是当水管爆裂时内芯2堵住出水口,截断水流;所述弹簧3的作用是撑起内芯2,防止水管在无爆裂情况下内芯2堵塞入水口;所述外壳1的作用是调节入水压力,并支撑内芯2,固定弹簧3和内芯2。
此外,在所述外壳1与底座5之间最好加设密封圈4。
所述防爆管接头的工作原理是利用水管爆裂前、后连接管上、下接头压强差的变化设计而成。在水管爆裂前,水流经过所述防爆管接头的压强较小,所述弹簧3处于放松状态,因而所述内芯2不动,水流经过所述外壳1的孔进入到水管内,流向出水口;当水管爆裂后,水流经过所述防爆管接头的压强增大,致使水压压住内芯2向出水方向移动,堵住出水口,封闭水流,从而避免水管爆裂喷射水,达到防止水患发生的目的。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干变型和改进,这也视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防爆管接头,其特征在于:它由一个内芯(2)、一个弹簧(3)和一个外壳(1)构成;所述内芯(2)的作用是当水管爆裂时内芯(2)堵住出水口,截断水流;所述弹簧(3)的作用是撑起内芯(2),防止水管在无爆裂情况下内芯(2)堵塞入水口;所述外壳(1)的作用是调节入水压力,并支撑内芯(2),固定弹簧(3)和内芯(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆管接头,其特征在于:在所述外壳(1)与底座(5)之间加设密封圈(4)。
