The fixed valve plate is embedded in the whole body of the water inlet and outlet valve, and the fixed valve plate is provided with a movable valve plate. Because the filter element is arranged on the outer side of the water inlet channel or the upper part of the water outlet channel, the surface area of the filter element is small, and because no pressure discharge device is arranged, the maintenance is difficult; and the limiting device is unreasonable.

The ball 18 is arranged at the joint of the filtering cup body 5 and the connecting screw cap 8, and the switch handle 3 is rotated to rotate the filtering cup body, so that the convenience and the labor saving are realized.
The filter element of the invention adopts a columnar filter element, and the surface area of the filter element is 10.2 times of that of the filter element in the patent of 'multifunctional double-closed water filtering valve convenient to install' of the applicant. The surface area of the filter element is large, and the effect of blocking scale, impurities and the like is good. Because water enters from the side surface of the filter element, the water can roll and rotate in the filter cup body, and water scale and impurities are not easy to stick on the filter element, so that the service life is long, and the filter precision is high. The filter element is clamped on the inner water outlet channel 6, and the filter element is very convenient to take down and clean even if scale and sundries are adhered.
The lengths of the water outlet pipe 12 and the water inlet pipe 13 are equal to the length of the tap water meter pipe joint, when the water meter is installed, the pipe does not need to be broken again, only one end pipe joint of the water meter needs to be replaced, the installation is convenient, and the water meter can be used as a main valve for a tap water user to enter a home.
