技术领域
本发明涉及一种连续可变气门正时(CVVT)系统。
背景技术
本部分中的陈述仅提供与本发明相关的背景信息并且不构成现有技术。
通常,CVVT系统根据发动机的每分钟转数(RPM)和车辆的载荷通过改变凸轮轴的相位而连续地改变开启/闭合正时。通常,CVVT系统主要地包括:感应曲轴的旋转角度的曲柄角度传感器、感应凸轮轴的旋转角度的凸轮角度传感器、通过正时带连接至凸轮轴的侧部并且使凸轮轴提前或滞后的可变气门正时单元,以及ECU(电子控制单元),该ECU控制油控制阀(OCV),从而使油响应来自曲柄角度传感器和凸轮角度传感器的信号而供给至可变气门正时单元的提前腔或滞后腔。
可变气门正时单元包括定子和叶片形的转子,其中,该定子通过正时带连接以接收来自曲轴的转矩,叶片形的转子整体地与凸轮轴相结合并且相对于定子旋转。由转子分隔为提前腔和滞后腔的腔体形成于定子内,从而当油通过OCV供给至提前腔时,转子与定子之间产生相位差,并且凸轮轴进行旋转,由此气门的正时变化。相反地,当油通过OCV供给至滞后腔时,该转子与定子之间在相反于当油供给提前腔时的方向产生相位差,由此气门的正时延迟。
进一步地,锁销形成在转子上以当发动机停止时将转子固定至定子上,而用于锁定锁销的锁孔形成于定子内。ECU根据曲柄的位置并响应来自曲柄角度传感器和凸轮角度传感器的信号来调整凸轮的气门正时。当OCV响应来自ECU的控制信号而允许凸轮旋转时,凸轮角度传感器检测凸轮轴的位置并且将其反馈回ECU。ECU在反馈回的凸轮轴的位置信息的基础上估计凸轮的旋转量,并且在估计的凸轮的旋转量的基础上将用于控制凸轮轴的位置的信号传回至OCV。CVVT系统由这种控制逻辑控制。
另一方面,为了顺利地执行反馈功能,根据曲柄的位置和凸轮的位置的用于OCV的控制逻辑被映射在ECU中,并且当凸轮轴的映射位置与由凸轮角度传感器检测到的凸轮的位置不同时,ECU控制油控制阀,由此使凸轮轴的旋转增加/减少。
在CVVT的中间相位,当发动机的RPM减少时,转子上的锁销锁入提前腔与滞后腔之间的锁销孔,从而为稍后的发动机起动作准备。当发动机的RPM减少时,锁销自动地锁入锁销孔的动作被称为“自锁”。
自锁是一种使得CVVT能够机械地返回至精确的位置而不用特定调整的功能,从而能够保持发动机在除CVVT的工作期间之外的其他期间(即,当发动机怠速或者启动时)的运行稳定性。
然而,当气门正时达到延迟最多的位置而没有返回至中间相位并且车辆的发动机怠速时,稳压罐为非真空的并且稳压罐的内部压力增大至大气压力,所以利用稳压罐的真空制动的性能变差。
进一步地,当气门正时达到延迟最多的位置而没有返回至中间相位时,在进气门与排气门之间会产生气门正时的过多重叠,所以发动机的运行稳定性下降并且发动机的振动增加,在某些情况下,发动机会停止。
特别地,当阿特金森循环施加到车辆时,为了使阿特金森循环的效果最大化,期望利用CVVT来延迟进气门的闭合正时,但是相关技术的进气CVVT被固定至用于起动和怠速的延迟最多的位置,从而使压缩的压力不足,发动机不能正常地起动。因此,当这种发动机起动或者怠速时,有可能把进气门的正时设置为普通MPI(多点点火)级别,发动机可以具有在某些能够提高燃油效率的期间用于延迟进气门正时的系统。
也就是说,中间相位CVVT系统具有在中间位置处的初始位置并且当车辆行驶时延迟进气门正时,因此相关技术的中间相位CVVT以利用凸轮转矩来控制中间相位的方式仅能够应用于V型6缸发动机或者卧式发动机。
发明内容
本发明提供一种CVVT系统,其通过利用中间相位CVVT(其采用了改进的液压CVVT系统)来提高直列4缸发动机的燃油效率而不会停止发动机或在怠速时产生问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种连续可变气门正时系统,包括:油控制阀,其将从气缸体接收到的油供给至连续可变气门正时系统;供油单元,其将油从油控制阀供给至锁销;以及执行器,其选择性地打开或者关闭所述供油单元,从而当供油单元打开时,使油被供给至锁销,并且使锁销与锁销孔分离。
所述供油单元可以是油通道,其允许供给至凸轮轴颈的油从所述油控制阀流向锁销。

根据本发明的实施方案的连续可变气门正时(CVVT)系统包括:OCV 200,其将从气缸体接收到的油供给至CVVT 100;供油单元400,其用于将油从OCV 200供给至锁销300;以及执行器500,其选择性地打开或者关闭供油单元400,从而当供油单元400打开时,使油被供给至锁销300并使锁销300与锁销孔分离。

如图4和图5所示,在本发明中,在锁销300上可以形成不同的间隙以使锁销300的锁定速度不同。固定锁销300的力可以根据间隙的不同而不同。任何类型的间隙都可以适用于锁销300,但是在本文中该间隙被定义并描述为锁销300与锁销孔310之间的距离。

进一步地,由于设置在CVVT内的油通道430内特别地设置了供油单元400,并且供油单元400通过执行器500选择性地打开或关闭,因此供给至锁销300的油由执行器500来控制。也就是说,供油单元400为允许供给至凸轮轴颈600的油流向锁销300的油通道430。特别地,供油单元400可以是其内具有阀柱410的柱阀,并且当阀柱410工作时,柱阀在供油单元400与凸轮轴颈600之间形成油通道430。
当执行器500工作时,供油单元400的阀柱410被执行器500挤压并且形成油通道430,油通过油通道430能够流向锁销300。参照图1至图3描述油的流动过程。图1和图2表示了当执行器500工作以控制CVVT 100时供给的油的过程,其中通过气缸体从油泵供给至OCV200的油被OCV 200供给至凸轮轴颈600。供给至凸轮轴颈600的油通过执行器500挤压供油单元400的阀柱410,所以在供油单元400与凸轮轴颈600之间形成了油通道430。因此,油通过油通道430供给至锁销300,锁销300被油的压力挤压,从而使锁销300与锁销孔310分离,并且CVVT 100能够被控制。
如图3所示,当执行器500不工作时,即使油通过OCV 200供给,阀柱410也不工作,因此油不能供给至锁销300并排出,而锁销300插入并锁入锁销孔310。
上面的描述显示在图7的整个系统中。控制单元发送打开/关闭信号至执行器500并且发送PWM(脉冲宽度调制)信号到OCV 200。通过油泵压缩的油供给至气缸盖、执行器500、以及OCV 200并且响应来自控制单元的信号而移动,从而使CVVT工作。

供油单元,其配置为将油从所述油控制阀供给至至少一个锁销;以及
执行器,其配置为选择性地打开或者关闭所述供油单元,从而当供油单元打开时,使油被供给至所述至少一个锁销,并且使所述至少一个锁销与至少一个锁销孔分离,
其中,所述供油单元是其内包括阀柱的柱阀,并且当所述阀柱工作时所述柱阀在供油单元与凸轮轴颈之间形成油通道。

执行器,其直接与阀柱相接合以选择性地打开或者关闭所述供油单元,从而当供油单元打开时,使油被供给至所述至少两个锁销,并且使所述至少两个锁销与所述至少两个锁销孔分离,
其中,所述供油单元是其内包括所述阀柱的柱阀,并且当所述阀柱工作时所述柱阀在供油单元与凸轮轴颈之间形成所述油通道。
