Abstract

本发明公开了新型木板材料，包括上层板、防火材料层、矩形凹槽、活性炭、压缩艾草、通孔、底板，所述上层板下方设有防火材料层，所述防火材料层通过铆钉与底板连接，所述底板上表面开有若干矩形凹槽，与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是该新型木板材料，解决了现有木材中存在的沉重，和房屋中具有异味，夏天经常出现蚊虫等问题，本产品通过活性炭将空气中的异味可以吸附到木板中，且底层板内设有方形凹槽可以减轻木板整体的重量，凹槽内的艾草层，又可以起到驱除蚊虫到效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及家居材料技术领域，具体为新型木板材料。
背景技术
木板就是采用完整的木材制成的木板材。这些板材坚固耐用、纹路自然，是装修中优中之选。此类板材造价高，木板一般按照板材实质名称分类，没有统一的标准规格。
现有的木板一般都十分的沉重，且功能单一，在夏季天气闷热潮湿，蚊虫经常会进入底层居住的用户家中，对用户叮咬，且家中长期没人住的情况下，空气不流通，加之天气的潮湿，难免会出现异味，生活中空气清新器，虽然能掩盖味道，但有毒物质仍在房屋中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供新型木板材料，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：新型木板材料，包括上层板、防火材料层、矩形凹槽、活性炭、压缩艾草、通孔、底板，所述上层板下方设有防火材料层，所述防火材料层通过铆钉与底板连接，所述底板上表面开有若干矩形凹槽，所述矩形凹槽依次内置活性炭和压缩艾草，所述上层板和防火材料层上开有若干通孔，所述通孔在矩形凹槽上方。
进一步的，所述上层板和底层板都由柳桉木制成。
进一步的，所述矩形凹槽在一块板材中数量为6-8个。
进一步的，所述通孔在一块板材中的数量与矩形凹槽的数量相对应。
进一步的，所述防火材料具体为过氯乙烯树脂。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是该新型木板材料，解决了现有木材中存在的沉重，和房屋中具有异味，夏天经常出现蚊虫等问题，本产品通过活性炭将空气中的异味可以吸附到木板中，且底层板内设有方形凹槽可以减轻木板整体的重量，凹槽内的艾草层，又可以起到驱除蚊虫到效果。

如图1所示，新型木板材料，包括包括上层板1、防火材料层2、矩形凹槽3、活性炭4、压缩艾草5、通孔6、底板7，所述上层板1下方设有防火材料层2，即使大火将上层板1烧毁，防火材料层也可起到阻燃的作用，所述防火材料层2通过铆钉与底板7连接，所述底板7上表面开有若干矩形凹槽3，所述矩形凹槽3依次内置活性炭4和压缩艾草5，所述上层板1和防火材料层2上开有若干通孔6，空气中的异味和有毒物质可通过通孔吸附到活性炭4中，而压缩艾草5的气味也可通过通孔传出，所述通孔6在矩形凹槽3上方，所述上层板1和底层板7都由柳桉木制成，在大火中不易想其他木材被烧毁，所述矩形凹槽3在一块板材中数量为6到8个，所述通孔6在一块板材中的数量与矩形凹槽3的数量相对应，所述防火材料具体为过氯乙烯树脂。

1.一种新型木板材料，包括上层板(1)、防火材料层(2)、矩形凹槽(3)、活性炭(4)、压缩艾草(5)、通孔(6)、底板(7)，其特征在于：所述上层板(1)下方设有防火材料层(2)，所述防火材料层(2)通过铆钉与底板(7)连接，所述底板(7)上表面开有若干矩形凹槽(3)，所述矩形凹槽(3)依次内置活性炭(4)和压缩艾草(5)，所述上层板(1)和防火材料层(2)上开有若干通孔(6)，所述通孔(6)在矩形凹槽(3)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型木板材料，其特征在于：所述上层板(1)和底层板(7)都由柳桉木制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型木板材料，其特征在于：所述矩形凹槽(3)在一块板材中数量为6-8个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型木板材料，其特征在于：所述通孔(6)在一块板材中的数量与矩形凹槽(3)的数量相对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型木板材料，其特征在于：所述防火材料具体为过氯乙烯树脂。
