本发明公开了一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,包括墙板本体,墙板本体包括薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋,薄壁肋板包括4层,薄壁肋板与薄壁肋板之间通过薄壁横肋连接,薄壁肋板与薄壁横肋之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料,墙板本体的六面边角上设置有榫口防水线,靠外侧的两块薄壁肋板之间的距离小于靠内侧的两层薄壁肋板之间的距离。本发明的有益效果为:本发明是在创新形势下对原有墙体材料特点的基础上进行了总结、完善、改进、节能和增效,提高了强度等级,扩大使用范围与功能,满足绿色环保及现行装配式建筑需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑墙板,特别是涉及一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,大家对于建筑的要求也越来越高。特别是对于建筑墙板的选择,从最初的牢固到现在不仅要求建筑墙板牢固,还要求建筑墙板能够轻便、绿色环保、保温以及便于安装。因此现在在建筑领域里急需一种新型的建筑墙板来满足以上需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,解决上述存在的问题。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,包括墙板本体,其特征在于,所述墙板本体包括薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋,所述薄壁肋板包括4层,所述4层薄壁肋板与薄壁肋板之间通过薄壁横肋分别错开连接,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁横肋之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料,所述墙板本体的六面边角上均设置有榫口防水线,所述靠外侧的两层薄壁肋板之间的距离小于靠内侧的两层薄壁肋板之间的距离。
上述的一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括钢纤维网和设置于钢纤维网内的混凝土层。
上述的一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层。
上述的一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,其特征在于,所述墙板本体上还设置有用于穿过缆线的穿线孔
本发明的有益效果为:本发明是在创新形势下对原有墙体材料特点的基础上进行了总结、完善、改进、节能和增效,提高了混凝土强度等级,扩大使用范围与功能,满足绿色环保、节能、防火、防渗及现行装配式建筑需求。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。
参看图1和图2,一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,包括墙板本体100,墙板本体100包括4层薄壁肋板200和薄壁横肋300,薄壁肋板200与薄壁肋板200之间通过薄壁横肋300分别错开连接,薄壁肋板200与薄壁横肋300之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料400,墙板本体100的六面边角上均设置有榫口防水线500,靠外侧的两层薄壁肋板200之间的距离小于靠内侧的两层薄壁肋板200之间的距离。
在本发明中,薄壁肋板200和薄壁横肋300的实施方式包括两种:1、薄壁肋板200和薄壁横肋300均包括钢纤维网和设置于钢纤维网内的混凝土层;2、薄壁肋板200和薄壁横肋300均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层。
在墙板本体100上还设置有用于穿过缆线的穿线孔
而在本实施例中,可用作工业与民用建筑的填充墙(非承重墙板)。空心体空心率高,填芯保温传热系数低。建筑装配式三排孔自保温自保温墙板采用蒸汽养护式高压釜蒸养混凝土,强度高、收缩率小、吸水率低、隔音保温效果好、重量轻,是砖砌体重量的52%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明是在创新形势下对原有墙体材料特点的基础上进行了总结、完善、改进、节能和增效,提高了混凝土强度等级,扩大使用范围与功能,满足绿色环保、节能、防火、防渗及现行装配式建筑需求。

1.一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,包括墙板本体,其特征在于,所述墙板本体包括薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋,所述薄壁肋板包括4层,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁肋板之间通过薄壁横肋连接,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁横肋之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料,所述墙板本体的六面边角上均设置有榫口防水线,所述靠外侧的两层薄壁肋板之间的距离小于靠内侧的两层薄壁肋板之间的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括钢纤维网和设置于钢纤维网内的混凝土层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑装配式三排孔自保温非承重墙板,其特征在于,所述墙板本体上还设置有用于穿过缆线的穿线孔。
