Description

Low water tank squatting pan face wash water controlling means
Technical Field
The invention relates to a low-water-tank toilet, in particular to a low-water-tank toilet pan surface flushing water control device.
Background
The traditional toilet is characterized in that the water tank is arranged above the toilet body, and under the action of the gravity of water, the water in the water tank easily enters the water channel of the toilet for flushing the pan surface of the toilet. However, the toilet has the defects of large occupied space, inconvenient package and transportation and higher cost. Therefore, a low water tank toilet is commercially available, and the water tank is arranged in the rear side of the toilet body, so that the occupied space is greatly reduced. However, such low tank toilets suffer from the following disadvantages: the water level in the water tank and the toilet lip (namely the ring washing part) have small drop, and even are lower than the toilet lip, so that the water tank can not provide enough water to meet the pan surface flushing requirement of the toilet when flushing.
The patent application with the Chinese publication number of CN103104014A discloses a lip water supply conversion device of a low-water tank toilet, which leads flushing water from a water inlet valve to the lip of the toilet to flush the pan surface of the toilet when the water tank is drained by arranging a cleaning water supply pipe, a water supply conversion part, a water level adjusting part, a floating ball, a float, a pipe body and other parts, thereby solving the defect that the low-water tank toilet in the prior art cannot meet the flushing requirement of the pan surface of the toilet. However, the technical solution disclosed in this patent application has the following drawbacks: when the water inlet valve is used for feeding water, suction force can be provided for the water in the pipe body, and the water in the pipe body is directly pumped to the closestool. Namely, when the water level inside the pipe body is influenced little by the water level of the water tank and is influenced much by the suction force of the water inlet valve. The float in the pipe body senses the height of the water level in the pipe body to realize up-and-down floating, and does not directly sense the height of the water level of the water tank. Therefore, the change of the inlet pressure of the inlet valve and the fluctuation of the suction capacity directly influence the height of the water level in the pipe body, and further influence the switching of the opening and closing of the water supply switching component. When the water supply conversion device is used together with the same group of water inlet valve and water outlet valve in different working pressures, the water supply conversion quantity is different, the flushing effect is poor due to insufficient water supply quantity when the water supply is performed by the brush ring, the water quantity is wasted due to the fact that the water supply quantity is large, and the influence of the water inlet pressure is large. In addition, the technical scheme has the defects of more parts, complex structure and the like.

The invention relates to a low-water tank toilet bowl surface flushing water control device, which comprises the following working processes:
before flushing the toilet, both the floating barrel 3 and the floater 5 are in an upward floating state, the water baffle 2 is in an open state, and the hook 31 of the floating barrel 3 is hung on the convex part 41 of the guide rod 4, as shown in fig. 4 and 5;
when flushing the toilet, the drain valve works to drain water in the water tank to the jet water channel of the toilet, the water level in the water tank is reduced, and the water inlet valve is driven to start water inlet; when the water is supplied from the water inlet valve, flushing water is supplied to the water supply pipe 1, and water stored in the water tank is sucked into the water supply pipe 1 through the opening of the working chamber 11 of the water supply pipe 1, and is discharged to the toilet bowl water channel together with the flushing water from the water inlet valve, so that the pan surface of the toilet bowl is flushed, and after the water discharge valve is closed, the water supply pipe 1 continues to supply water to the toilet bowl. Before the water level in the water tank is reduced to the working water level of the floating barrel 3, the floating barrel 3 is kept in a floating state, the hooks 31 of the floating barrel hang the convex parts 41 of the guide rods 4, the guide rods 4 do not fall down, and the water baffle plate 2 is still in an open state. As the water level in the water tank continues to decrease (lower than the working water level of the float 3), the float 3 rotates clockwise, unhooking the guide rod 4, and in the process, the float 5 also descends along with the decrease of the water level in the water tank, and drives the water baffle 2 to rotate clockwise under the gravity action of the guide rod 4 until the internal waterway of the water supply pipe 1 is closed, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. At this time, the water inlet valve continues to feed water, most of the flushing water is stored in the toilet water tank through the water guide groove 22 of the water baffle plate 2, and a small amount of the flushing water flows to the toilet bowl washing water channel through the water supplementing hole 21 and the water supply pipe 1 provided in the water baffle plate 2 to supplement water to the toilet bowl.
In the water storage process, the water level in the water tank gradually rises, and when the water level in the water tank is higher than the lowest working water level of the floating barrel 3, the floating barrel 3 rotates anticlockwise until the water tank floats completely. At this time, since the water inlet valve still feeds water, a clockwise rotating pulling force is provided for the water baffle plate 2, a downward pulling force is indirectly provided for the guide rod 4, and when the water level in the water tank floods the float 5, the pulling force is still greater than the buoyancy of the float 5, so that the water supply pipe 1 still remains in a closed state, and the water tank continues to store water.
After the water storage is finished, the impact force of the inlet water of the water inlet valve on the water baffle plate 2 disappears, the buoyancy force borne by the floater 5 is larger than the gravity of the floater 5 and the guide rod 4, the floater 5 drives the guide rod 4 to float upwards, and the water baffle plate 2 is pulled to rotate anticlockwise to a fully opened state, so that preparation is made for next water drainage. In the process of floating up the guide bar 4, the guide inclined surface of the protruding part 41 touches the hook 31 of the floating barrel 3, and along with the continuous floating up of the guide bar 4, the guide inclined surface of the protruding part 41 pushes the hook 31 of the floating barrel 3 to swing at a small angle, so that the protruding part 41 smoothly upwards passes over the hook 31 of the floating barrel 3 and finally is hung on the hook 31 of the floating barrel 3, and the state before flushing is restored as shown in fig. 4.
According to the low-tank toilet pan surface flushing water control device, in the flushing process, the working state of the floating barrel 3 is completely influenced by the water level in the water tank and is irrelevant to the water inlet pressure of the water inlet valve; the float 5 only provides the buoyancy of the upward floating of the guide rod 4, but the time of the upward floating of the guide rod 4, namely the time of the opening of the water baffle 2, is not determined, and in the water inlet process, the water inlet impacts the water baffle 2 to provide tension, so that the float 5 is prevented from floating in advance, and the switching point of the opening of the water supply pipe 1 is ensured to be the time of water stop of the water inlet valve in different pressure sections. Therefore, the invention is slightly influenced by the change of the water inlet pressure, and when the same type of water inlet valve and the same type of water outlet valve are matched, the water discharge amount is stable on the premise of meeting the flushing effect, and the invention is not limited by regions and working pressure and has wide application.
Example two
Referring to fig. 8 to 12, the present invention provides a low tank toilet bowl surface flushing water control device, which is different from the first embodiment in that:
the first control part (i.e. the float 3) is installed on the bracket 6 in a manner of moving up and down, and can move down when the water level in the toilet tank is lower than the working water level; and the device also comprises a transmission mechanism 7, and the floating barrel 3 is in linkage fit with the guide rod 4 through the transmission mechanism 7.
In this embodiment, the transmission mechanism 7 includes a slider 71 slidably mounted on the bracket 6 horizontally, a driving lever 73 rotatably mounted on the bracket 6, and an elastic member; the side surface of the guide rod 4 is provided with a convex part 41 which is the same as that of the first embodiment, the sliding block 71 is provided with a hanging part 74 which can hang the convex part 41, and the outer side surface of the hanging part 74 is provided with a downward guide inclined surface; one end of the driving rod 73 is movably connected with the floating barrel 3, and the other end of the driving rod 73 is abutted with the sliding block 71 so as to push the sliding block 71 to move when the floating barrel 3 moves downwards, so that the hanging part 74 of the sliding block 71 is separated from the convex part 41; the slider 71 is reset by an elastic member. Specifically, the elastic member is a torsion spring 72, which is mounted on the rotating shaft of the driving rod 73, and two ends of the elastic member respectively abut against the driving rod 73 and the slider 71. In addition, the elastic member may be a spring, and when a spring is used, the spring may be connected between the slider 71 and the inner side wall of the bracket 6.
The invention relates to a low-water tank toilet bowl surface flushing water control device, which comprises the following working processes:
before flushing the toilet, the floating barrel 3 and the floater 5 are both in an upward floating state, the water baffle 2 is in an open state, and the hanging part 74 of the sliding block 71 is hung on the convex part 41 of the guide rod 4, as shown in fig. 9 and 10;
when flushing the toilet, the drain valve works to drain water in the water tank to the jet water channel of the toilet, the water level in the water tank is reduced, and the water inlet valve is driven to start water inlet; when the water is supplied from the water inlet valve, flushing water is supplied to the water supply pipe 1, and water stored in the water tank is sucked into the water supply pipe 1 through the opening of the working chamber 11 of the water supply pipe 1, and is discharged to the toilet bowl water channel together with the flushing water from the water inlet valve, so that the pan surface of the toilet bowl is flushed, and after the water discharge valve is closed, the water supply pipe 1 continues to supply water to the toilet bowl. Before the water level in the water tank is reduced to the working water level of the floating barrel 3, the floating barrel 3 is kept in a floating state, the hanging part 74 of the sliding block 71 still hangs the convex part 41 of the guide rod 4, the guide rod 4 does not fall, and the water baffle 2 is still in an open state. As the water level in the tank continues to decrease (below the working water level of the float 3), the float 3 starts to move downwards, so that the driving rod 73 rotates clockwise to push the sliding block 71 to move horizontally to the right, and the guide rod 4 is separated from the limit of the sliding block 71, and the torsion spring 72 stores energy. In this process, the float 5 also descends with the lowering of the water level in the tank and, together with the gravity action of the guide rod 4, drives the water baffle 2 to rotate clockwise until the internal waterway of the water supply pipe 1 is closed, as shown in fig. 11 and 12.
In the water storage process, the water level in the water tank gradually rises, and when the water level in the water tank is higher than the lowest working water level of the floating barrel 3, the floating barrel 3 starts to float upwards until the water tank completely floats; with the floating barrel 3 floating upwards, the driving rod 73 gradually rotates anticlockwise, and the torsion spring 72 can enable the sliding block 71 to horizontally move leftwards to reset. At this time, since the water inlet valve still feeds water, a clockwise rotating pulling force is provided for the water baffle plate 2, a downward pulling force is indirectly provided for the guide rod 4, and when the water level in the water tank floods the guide float 5, the pulling force is still greater than the buoyancy of the float 5, so that the water supply pipe 1 still remains in a closed state, and the water tank continues to store water.
In the process of floating up the guide rod 4, the guiding inclined surface of the protruding part 41 touches the guiding inclined surface of the hanging part 74 of the sliding block 71, and as the guide rod 4 continues to float up, the guiding inclined surface of the protruding part 41 pushes the sliding block 71 to slide rightwards to form a yielding position, so that the protruding part 41 smoothly passes upwards over the hanging part 74 of the sliding block 71 and finally is hung on the hanging part 74 of the sliding block 71, and the state before flushing is restored as shown in fig. 7 and 8.
Example III
Referring to fig. 13 to 15, the present invention provides a low tank toilet bowl surface flushing water control device, which is different from the first embodiment in that:
the second control part is a pull rod 8 linked with a water discharge control mechanism of the toilet, and the pull rod 8 is connected with the guide rod 4. Specifically, the pull rod 8 is rotatably connected to the top of the bracket 6, and the pull rod 8 is radially provided with a second connecting portion along the rotation axis thereof, the second connecting portion is provided with an arc-shaped second long strip hole 81, the top side surface of the guide rod 4 is provided with a connecting shaft 45, and the connecting shaft 45 is movably inserted into the second long strip hole 81.
When the water level in the water tank is lower than the working water level of the float 3, the float 3 rotates clockwise to make the hook 31 separate from the convex part 41 of the guide rod 4, the guide rod 4 moves downwards under the action of gravity to drive the water baffle 2 to rotate clockwise to close the internal waterway of the water supply pipe 1, as shown in fig. 14.
When the water level in the water tank gradually rises until the water level is higher than the working water level of the floating barrel 3, the floating barrel 3 floats upwards, and the guide rod 4 is still at the lowest position because the guide rod 4 and the water baffle 2 are made of materials with a larger specific gravity than water, and the water baffle 2 keeps a state of closing the water path in the water supply pipe 1, as shown in fig. 15.
When the water discharge is driven, the pull rod 8 is driven in a linkage way, so that the guide rod 4 moves upwards and drives the water baffle 2 to rotate anticlockwise to open the internal waterway of the water supply pipe 1, and the convex part 41 on the side surface of the guide rod 4 breaks through the hook 31 of the floating barrel 3. In this process, the buoyancy of the float 3 is not lost, and the guide rod 4 and the water deflector 2 do not operate. When the water level in the water tank is lower than the working water level of the float 3, the float 3 rotates clockwise to make the hook 31 separate from the convex part 41 of the guide rod 4, the guide rod 4 moves downwards under the action of gravity, the water baffle plate 2 is driven to rotate clockwise to close the internal waterway of the water supply pipe 1, and the state shown in fig. 14 is restored.
Example IV
