本发明公开了一种纺织用抗静电整理剂,包括二氧化硅、纳米硅酸盐、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、异丙醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物油、增稠剂和防腐剂。本发明的有益效果是:该种整理剂具有优越的防静电功能,可与阳离子或非离子纺织整理助剂混合使用或作为碱减量促进剂使用,各组分含量较少,对皮肤无刺激过敏反应,无潜在致癌性,具有优越的抗菌整理功能,抗静电的耐久性好,耐洗性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织用抗静电整理剂,尤其涉及一种纺织用抗静电整理剂。
背景技术
任何物体都带有本身的电荷,这种电荷可以是正电荷,也可以是负电荷。静电荷的聚集使生活或者工业生产受到影响甚至危害,将聚集的有害电荷消除使其不对生产生活造成不便或危害的化学品成为抗静电剂。对于纺织品产业而言,静电的产生也是无处不在的,机器零件之间的摩擦、压轧拉幅等操作均可能引起静电。静电容易吸附灰尘和油污,混纺衣服上常见而又不易拍掉的灰尘,就是静电惹的祸;静电还可能因其产生的火花点燃某些易燃物而发生爆炸。漆黑的夜晚,我们脱尼龙、毛料衣服时,会发出火花和“叭叭”的响声,这对人体基本无害。但在手术台上,静电火花会引起麻醉剂的爆炸,伤害医生和病人,后果不堪设想。由此可见,纺织品的抗静电的功能也不容忽视。
在我国,随着人们环保意识的不断增强,绿色化工已成为今后发展的主要方向。各类低毒、无毒的抗静电剂将越来越受到纺织业、包装业、电子产业的青睐,比如非离子型抗静电剂、复合型抗静电剂、高分子型抗静电剂以及多功能浓缩抗静电母粒等都是当今防静电剂的发展方向。本发明旨在研究一种纺织品专用复合型抗静电整理剂,既可以使纺织品在出厂之前就具有防静电功能,改善织物的柔软度和手感,还能够消除穿戴用度之后的纺织品静电,使其达到无静电化状态。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种纺织用抗静电整理剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种纺织用抗静电整理剂,包括二氧化硅、纳米硅酸盐、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、异丙醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物油、增稠剂和防腐剂。
优选地,其组分,按重量份计,分别为:
二氧化硅 10-15份;
纳米硅酸盐 0.5-1.2份;
聚乙二醇 1-3份;
壳聚糖 2-6份;
异丙醇 3-8份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5-10份;
植物油 10-15份;
增稠剂 1-3份;
防腐剂 0.2-0.5份。
优选地,所述增稠剂为羟基纤维素。
优选地,所述防腐剂为凯松。
本发明的有益效果是:该种整理剂具有优越的防静电功能,可与阳离子或非离子纺织整理助剂混合使用或作为碱减量促进剂使用,各组分含量较少,对皮肤无刺激过敏反应,无潜在致癌性,具有优越的抗菌整理功能,抗静电的耐久性好,耐洗性好。

一种纺织用抗静电整理剂,包括二氧化硅、纳米硅酸盐、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、异丙醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物油、增稠剂和防腐剂,其组分,按重量份计,分别为:
二氧化硅 10份;
纳米硅酸盐 0.5份;
聚乙二醇 1份;
壳聚糖 2份;
异丙醇 3份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5份;
植物油 10份;
羟基纤维素 1份;
凯松 0.2份。
实施例2
一种纺织用抗静电整理剂,包括二氧化硅、纳米硅酸盐、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、异丙醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物油、增稠剂和防腐剂,其组分,按重量份计,分别为:
二氧化硅 12份;
纳米硅酸盐 0.9份;
聚乙二醇 2份;
壳聚糖 4份;
异丙醇 6份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 7份;
植物油 12份;
羟基纤维素 2份;
凯松 0.35份。
实施例3
一种纺织用抗静电整理剂,包括二氧化硅、纳米硅酸盐、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、异丙醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物油、增稠剂和防腐剂,其组分,按重量份计,分别为:
二氧化硅 15份;
纳米硅酸盐 1.2份;
聚乙二醇 3份;
壳聚糖 6份;
异丙醇 8份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 10份;
植物油 15份;
羟基纤维素 3份;
凯松 0.5份。

二氧化硅 10-15份;
纳米硅酸盐 0.5-1.2份;
聚乙二醇 1-3份;
壳聚糖 2-6份;
异丙醇 3-8份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5-10份;
植物油 10-15份;
增稠剂 1-3份;
防腐剂 0.2-0.5份。
