Abstract

在倾斜度可变的运动输送机或踏板传动台中,设有控制输送机速度的装置,控制装置有一条制动带(6),它可对摩擦盘(5)的圆周起作用,摩擦盘(5)与传动轴(4)固定在一起并随之转动。借助于这种控制装置,所选的输送机倾斜度越大,制动效果越强,以便在运转期间总是保持预定的输送速度。

Description

运动输送机输送速度的控制装置
本发明涉及一种控制循环运动输送机,尤其是踏板(层片)输送机(lamellar moving conveyor)的输送速度的控制装置,输送机至少有一根驱动轴,输送机的斜度是可变的。
德国专利申请书2503188提出一种按照WOODWAY体系的运动输送机或踏板传动台,输送机有两条相互平行的循环皮带,众多踏板连到这两条皮带上,踏板横向于运行方向而伸展。对循环输送机起导向作用的转向滚筒装在两根轴的端部,两根轴以一定间隔关系相继布置。
这种踏板输送机的上层板下方有托辊,具体地说是有滚珠轴承的托辊。
具有平坦表面,即没有坡度(斜度)的踏板输送机实际上只用于康复中心。而在健身中心最好使用能以任何所需方式调节坡度(斜度)的踏板输送机。为此,输送机的前端抬起而后部保持其原来位置。这样调节高度的结果是,这种踏板输送机的使用者必须进行“上山”跑。
为了使用者(这里称之为“跑步者”)的安全,以及为了保证锻炼的成功,对于所有踏板输送机重要的是保持可调的输送速度,输送机的输送速度通常是预定的,并通过控制部件预调。
在2%左右的斜度或再大些时,在控制各预定的输送机速度方面产生一些问题,尤其是踏板输送机,其摩擦阻力低于较常用的移动输送机。
众所周知,运动输送机被驱动的方向是使得跑步者的跑动方向同输送机层板的运动方向相反,跑步者对上层板起作用。
斜度2%左右和更大时,由于跑步者的脚蹬动输送机而传力给输送机,从而加快输送机的运动,这是因为施加在输送机上的蹬力造成运动冲量,它作用在输送机的驱动方向上。该蹬力同驱动装置(电动机)对输送机施加的驱动力合在一起,从而输送机的运动比预期的快。输送机的这种加速运动,对于跑步者来说是潜在的危险。
为了避免这种不希望有的效果,采用了所谓的四分仪控制器,以使预定的输送机速度保持不变,此控制器借助于电气/电子测量和控制回路,控制输送机向前和向后两个方向的输送速度。斜度2%左右和更大时,必须对输送机制动得更强些,以保证维持预定的输送机速度,使输送机速度不受跑步者的影响。
这样一种电气/电子四分仪控制器多少有些麻烦,并且较大地增加了斜度可调的移动输送机的制造成本。
因此本发明目的是,提供一种控制运动输送机输送速度的装置,该输送机由至少一根传动轴引导,尤其是一种踏板输送机,其倾斜度是可调的。在费用不大的情况下,该控制装置保证运动输送机能在所有斜度(坡道)情况下受控地运转。换句话说,本发明目的是为了确保跑步者在坡度(斜度)大于2%左右的情况下使用时,运动输送机的运转不会快于所期望的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的控制输送机输送速度的装置的特征在于:它配有一条制动带,制动带作用到传动轴上,随着输送机倾斜度的提高,制动带的制动作用也增大。
本发明可达到的技术进步主要体现在一种尽管成本低但却非常有效的装置的创生,该装置用于输送机的速度控制,即利用作用于传动轴的摩擦带,摩擦带的接触力(制动力)取决于各自所选择的输送机的倾斜度。
本发明的最佳实施例和改进示于从属各项权利要求中。
现在参看附图,用实施例对本发明作更详细的说明。
图1是表示运动输送机前端的详细示意图(视图)。
在运动输送机的前端备有一台电动机(图中未示),通过传动皮带带动轴4,在传动轴4的两端分别有配对的转向滚筒1,滚筒1对踏板输送机3导向。此图只表示了前部转向滚筒1。这样一台踏板输送机通常有两条皮带,它们相互平行并以一定距离隔开。皮带上固定众多踏板2,后者横向于该皮带的运动方向。
输送机3上层板的下面配有众多有滚珠轴承的托辊8,托辊8使踏板表面平稳,并阻止板面在使用时被向下压至过大的角度。
由电动机起动踏板输送机3时,支承在托辊8上的上层板从左边朝右边移动(朝图1看时),而跑步者(未示)沿着同输送机移动方向相反的方向而运动。
为使输送机上层板的表面从水平方位改变为倾斜位置,设有一个斜度调节装置,用标号9表示。此斜度调节装置9用来提起图中所示的移动输送机的前端,离开原来的水平位置,使它定位在不同的高度位置,以及在需要时使输送机回复到原来的位置。比如说,当选择了5%的坡度,意味着图中所示的移动输送机的前端相应抬高,而与前端相对的后端(未示)支承在相对低的水平位置,于是输送机在跑步者面前呈斜面向上伸展。
在这个描述范围内,“前端”是指跑步者跑动并面对的方向上的运动输送机的端部。
当跑步者在这样一个倾斜工作状态的输送机的上层板面上运动的时候,当他的脚从那里蹬动时,施加给输送机的上层板一个运动冲量,此冲量增大了移动输送机的速度,因为该运动冲量与电动机的驱动方向相同。
为了消除由跑步者造成的不希望有的运动冲量,设有速度控制装置5,6,7,它们的构成如下:
一个摩擦盘5装在传动轴4上,并随轴一起转动。制动带6在充分大的范围内作用到摩擦盘5的圆周上,制动带的第一端固定到垂直可调组件12上,“垂直可调组件”是指,在调节高度期间改变局部位置的运动输送机组件。当图中所示的输送机前端抬起,此垂直可调组件同时抬起。当输送机的端部下降,此垂直可调组件也下降。
制动带6的第二端同固定件10相连,固定件10不是垂直可调的。
斜度调节装置9的底板最好用来作为固定件10。上面所述的制动带6的第一端最好不直接同垂直可调组件12相连,而是通过可调弹簧7来连接,可调弹簧7的一端同制动带6的第一端相连,弹簧的另一端同垂直可调组件12连接。借助于中介可调弹簧7,主要包括摩擦盘5和制动带的摩擦装置呈现动态特性。可以采用使制动工作“动态化”的其他已知装置来取代弹簧7。
摩擦装置调节成:只要运动输送机的坡度(斜度)小于2%左右,制动带6对于摩擦盘5不起任何制动作用。但是,如果用斜度调节装置9将运动输送机的坡度调至超过2%,制动带6就会对摩擦盘5、从而对移动输送机3的传动轴4产生轻微的制动作用。坡度越大,斜度调节器9越伸出,即运动输送机的坡度(斜度)越大,制动带对摩擦盘5圆周上作用的制动力越大。
制动带倾斜很大时,输送机不再由电动机驱动,而是靠摩擦盘5和制动带6的作用被制动。
上述的制动性能随制动带的斜度的增大而提高是由于当固定于垂直可调组件12的制动带从其斜度为零所处的位置向上移动时,制动带6对摩擦盘5圆周上作用的制动压力越来越大。斜度为零时,制动带6是松驰的。由于制动带紧固点的向上移动以及在垂直可调构件处的弹簧,斜度越大,制动带越张紧,这又导致作用在摩擦盘5圆周上相当高的制动压力。

Claims (3)

1.一种控制由至少一根传动轴引导的循环运动输送机(3)、尤其是踏板输送机输送速度的装置,该输送机的倾斜度是可调的,其特征在于:所述装置配有一条制动带(6),制动带(6)作用到传动轴(4)上;所述装置还设有摩擦盘(5),所述摩擦盘同所述传动轴(4)一起转动,其中所述制动带(6)可作用到摩擦盘(5)的圆周上;所述制动带(6)的第一个端部与一组件(12)固定,该组件在调节斜度期间可在高度方向调节,所述制动带(6)的第二个端部与一不能在高度方向调节的静止组件(10)固定;从而所述运动输送机(3)的倾斜度越大,制动带(6)作用到所述摩擦盘(5)上的制动力增加得越大。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述制动带(6)的第二个端部固定到静止底板上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述制动带(6)的第一个端部通过弹簧(7)与该垂直可调组件(12)固定,该弹簧(7)置于两者之间。
