Abstract
本发明公开了一种速效玻璃洗涤剂及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料组成:丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯6‑11、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐8‑14、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚5‑10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠7‑13、乙基己醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚4‑8、鼠李糖脂3‑6、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺盐4‑8、异丙苯磺酸钠5‑10、水 100‑120。本发明洗涤剂通过丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠等表面活性剂的作用可以快速去除附着于被玻璃上的污垢,洗涤效果好,去污速度快,环保高效,大大节约了时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种速效玻璃洗涤剂及其制备方法,属于洗涤用品技术领域。
背景技术
现代洗涤剂是含有多种成分的复杂混合物,其中表面活性剂是起清洁作用的主要成分,洗涤剂中其他成分或是为改善和增加表面活性剂的清洗效能、或是为适应某些特殊需要、或是为制成所需而产品形式而加入的。各种表面活性剂和各种助剂都有各自的特性,这些性质各异的成分混在一起,由于他们之间相互作用便会产生更加理想的洗涤效果。现有的玻璃洗涤剂存在着去污速度慢的缺点,往往洗涤需要花费较长的时间,无法满足人们的使用要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种速效玻璃洗涤剂及其制备方法。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种速效玻璃洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯6-11、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐8-14、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚5-10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠7-13、乙基己醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚4-8、鼠李糖脂3-6、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺盐4-8、异丙苯磺酸钠5-10、水100-120。
一种速效玻璃洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取1/4-1/5量的水水浴加热至40-50℃,在机械搅拌下依次加入乙基己醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、鼠李糖脂和十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺盐,然后在加热功率为250-350W,转速为200-400r/min的条件下磁力搅拌4-7min,得混合料A;
(2)取余下的水水浴加热至45-55℃,在机械搅拌下依次加入丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐和桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠,然后在微波功率为300-400W,转速为150-300r/min的条件下微波搅拌5-8min,得混合料B;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合,在功率为800-900W,频率为30-45KHz的条件下超声搅拌5-8min,然后调整溶液温度至45-55℃,加入余下原料,在转速为300-500r/min的条件下搅拌6-9min,即得成品。
本发明有益效果:
本发明洗涤剂通过丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠等表面活性剂的作用可以快速去除附着于被玻璃上的污垢,洗涤效果好,去污速度快,环保高效,大大节约了时间。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种速效玻璃洗涤剂,由以下重量(kg)的原料组成:丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯9、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐10、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚7、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠11、乙基己醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚6、鼠李糖脂4.5、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺盐6、异丙苯磺酸钠8、水110。
一种速效玻璃洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取1/4量的水水浴加热至45℃,在机械搅拌下依次加入乙基己醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、鼠李糖脂和十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺盐,然后在加热功率为300W,转速为300r/min的条件下磁力搅拌5min,得混合料A;
(2)取余下的水水浴加热至50℃,在机械搅拌下依次加入丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐和桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠,然后在微波功率为350W,转速为250r/min的条件下微波搅拌7min,得混合料B;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合,在功率为850W,频率为38KHz的条件下超声搅拌6min,然后调整溶液温度至50℃,加入余下原料,在转速为400r/min的条件下搅拌7min,即得成品。
上述实施例制得的速效玻璃洗涤剂的主要性能检测结果如下表所示:

1. 一种速效玻璃洗涤剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯6-11、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐8-14、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚5-10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠7-13、乙基己醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚4-8、鼠李糖脂3-6、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺盐4-8、异丙苯磺酸钠5-10、水 100-120。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种速效玻璃洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取1/4-1/5量的水水浴加热至40-50℃,在机械搅拌下依次加入乙基己醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、鼠李糖脂和十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺盐,然后在加热功率为250-350W,转速为200-400r/min的条件下磁力搅拌4-7min,得混合料A;
(2)取余下的水水浴加热至45-55℃,在机械搅拌下依次加入丙氧基化硬脂醇苯甲酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐和桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠,然后在微波功率为300-400W,转速为150-300r/min的条件下微波搅拌5-8min,得混合料B;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合,在功率为800-900W,频率为30-45KHz的条件下超声搅拌5-8min,然后调整溶液温度至45-55℃,加入余下原料,在转速为300-500r/min的条件下搅拌6-9min,即得成品。
