本发明公开了一种汽车积碳清洁剂,包括下列质量份的原料:基础油50‑70份,烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺20‑30份,偏硅酸钠10‑15份,异辛烷5‑15份,正己烷5‑15份,椰子油酰胺20‑30份,C8‑10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯2‑6份,三聚磷酸钠3‑8份,磺酸30‑50份,苯三唑十八胺盐15‑25份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠40‑65份,长碳链二元酸5‑15份。本发明所公开的一种汽车积碳清洁剂,组分配比合理,能够对车辆引擎中积碳进行有效清理,保证汽车引擎的正常工作,能够去除汽车引擎90.5%的积碳,同时极大的提高清洁效率,缩短42%的清洗时间。

一种汽车积碳清洁剂
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车修理技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车积碳清洁剂。
背景技术
积碳的成分比较复杂,主要含有羟基酸、沥青质、油焦质和灰分等。积碳形成以后,会严重影响发动机的正常工作,导致机动车功率下降,危害到机动车使用的可靠性 ;积碳会使活塞局部过热,严重时还可能损坏活塞。因此,发明一种高效的积碳清理方法具有非常重要的意义。
目前,积碳的清理方法主要包括机械方法和化学方法两种。机械方法一般为机械工具清理、软硬磨粒清洗。这些方法生产率低,对工具难以接触到的活塞部位的积碳不易清除干净,而且用这种方法清理的活塞表面会留下刮痕,而这些刮痕又会在以后应用中成为新的积碳形成中心。化学方法一般采用强酸强碱等试剂进行清洗。由于机动车的气门、活塞和喷油嘴等零件多是由合金组成的,因此强酸强碱等试剂会对零件造成不可逆的损坏,比如强酸和强碱对机动车的铝质活塞就具有腐蚀作用,得不偿失。

为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种汽车积碳清洁剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种汽车积碳清洁剂,包括下列质量份的原料:基础油50-70份,烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺20-30份,偏硅酸钠10-15份,异辛烷5-15份,正己烷5-15份,椰子油酰胺20-30份, C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯2-6份,三聚磷酸钠3-8份,磺酸30-50份,苯三唑十八胺盐15-25份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠40-65份,长碳链二元酸5-15份。
进一步地,包括下列质量份的原料:基础油55份,烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺22份,偏硅酸钠12份,异辛烷6份,正己烷6份,椰子油酰胺22份, C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯3份,三聚磷酸钠4份,磺酸35份,苯三唑十八胺盐18份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠42份,长碳链二元酸8份。
进一步地,包括下列质量份的原料:基础油65份,烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺28份,偏硅酸钠14份,异辛烷12份,正己烷12份,椰子油酰胺28份, C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯5份,三聚磷酸钠6份,磺酸45份,苯三唑十八胺盐22份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠60份,长碳链二元酸14份。

本发明所公开的一种汽车积碳清洁剂,组分配比合理,能够对车辆引擎中积碳进行有效清理,保证汽车引擎的正常工作,能够去除汽车引擎90.5%的积碳,同时极大的提高清洁效率,缩短42%的清洗时间。

一种汽车积碳清洁剂,包括下列质量份的原料:基础油70份,烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺30份,偏硅酸钠15份,异辛烷15份,正己烷15份,椰子油酰胺30份, C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯6份,三聚磷酸钠8份,磺酸50份,苯三唑十八胺盐25份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠65份,长碳链二元酸15份。
