In the rail gauge surface solid lubricating rod with the shell-inner core composite structure, the preparation method and the clamping device thereof, lubricating oil components are stored in a micro network structure of the solid lubricating rod, the human sweat gland principle can be simulated under the action of frictional heat-stress, the oil components can seep from the inside to be compounded with layered solid lubricating materials such as graphite and the like, and a lubricating transfer film which has excellent lubricating and adhesive properties of grease and good extreme pressure resistance of solid lubrication is formed on the surface of a wheel rail; the locomotive brake is not influenced by mistaken entering of the steel rail tread, oil is not formed, the phenomenon of oil coating and peeling of the steel rail is avoided, and meanwhile, the locomotive brake has the performance of low noise.

Claims (7)

1. A rail distance face sweat gland type solid lubricating rod is characterized in that: the composite material comprises a shell and an inner core, wherein the inner core comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-8 parts of lithium-based grease, 1-3 parts of graphite, 1-3 parts of diatomite, 0.5-1 part of extreme pressure antiwear agent and 0.5-1 part of silicone oil, wherein the shell is a semi-refined paraffin shell made of semi-refined paraffin, and the semi-refined paraffin is semi-refined paraffin with the model number not less than 50.
2. The rail gauge face sweat gland type solid lubricating stick as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner core comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of lithium-based grease, 2 parts of graphite, 2 parts of diatomite, 0.75 part of extreme pressure antiwear agent and 0.75 part of silicone oil.
3. The rail gauge face sweat gland type solid lubricating stick as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the shell is a microcrystalline wax shell made of microcrystalline wax, and the adopted microcrystalline wax is microcrystalline wax with the model number not less than 70.

The method for manufacturing the rail-gauge facial sweat gland type solid lubricating rod as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly weighing shell raw materials, melting the shell raw materials at the melting temperature of 90-100 ℃ for later use, then proportionally mixing and melting inner core raw materials at the melting temperature of 120-140 ℃, then grinding and dispersing the melted inner core raw materials through a sand mill, then pouring the ground inner core raw materials into a mold, cooling and forming, and finally pouring the melted shell raw materials on the surface of an inner core rod to prepare the gauge surface solid lubricating rod.

The clamping device of the rail-gauge face sweat-gland type solid lubricating rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lubricating device comprises a lubricating device body (1), wherein a gauge surface solid lubricating rod (2) is installed in the lubricating device body (1), the lubricating device body (1) is respectively connected with a driving wheel (3) and a driven wheel (4), a driving crawler (5) is installed between the driving wheel (3) and the driven wheel (4), and the driving crawler (5) penetrates through the lubricating device body (1) and then is connected with the gauge surface solid lubricating rod (2) in a propping mode; the lubricating device body (1) is connected with a fixing frame (6), a driving motor (7) is installed on the fixing frame (6), the driving motor (7) is connected with a driving wheel (3), a first fastening ring (8) is installed outside the driving wheel (3), and the first fastening ring (8) is connected with the lubricating device body (1); a second fastening ring (9) is installed outside the driven wheel (4), the second fastening ring (9) is connected with the lubricating device body (1), and the fixing frame (6) is connected with the universal transmission device (12) through a fastening bolt (11).
6. The clamping device of the rail-gauge face sweat-gland type solid lubricating rod as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the lubricating device body (1) is provided with a V-shaped opening (10).
7. The clamping device for the rail gauge face sweat gland type solid lubricating rod as claimed in claim 5, wherein: and a groove (13) matched with the driving crawler belt for use is formed in the gauge surface solid lubricating rod (2).
