本发明公开了一种可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液,其技术方案的要点是,配料由高岭土、酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土、高粘凹凸棒石粘土、纳米二氧化钛、白炭黑、纳米载银抗菌粉、纳米氧化镁、纳米二氧化锆、纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷和水组成。先将配料进行搅拌、分散、乳化、研磨,然后再次分散、均质和研磨,罐装为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液。可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液适用于喷涂在建筑物或装饰材料表面,在光的照射下,可以持续不断的吸附和降解甲醛、氨、苯等污染物,并具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉和净化空气的功能;喷涂在建筑物或装饰材料表面的薄膜,经过长时间的使用后会呈现出饱和状态,可用抹布擦洗干净。

本发明涉及涂料,具体涉及一种可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液。
背景技术
目前室内环境污染处理的方法:1、采用环保建材,在实施装修的过程中,从设计、居室结构、通风状况等因素,以及有害气体的叠加效应,环保建材仍然不能保证居室装修后室内空气质量达标。2、以活性炭、竹炭为吸附材料,将室内环境中的污染物吸附在活性炭、竹炭上,以达到去除污染物的目的,这只是吸附而不是吸收,并不能彻底分解污染物,只能是暂时的捕捉吸附,当室温升高、吸附饱和时,室内将会再次释放甲醛、苯、二甲苯、氨等挥发性有机物气体,形成二次污染。3、寄希望于吊兰、芦荟等绿色植物来吸附,事实上,植物的吸附能力相当有限,如房间内甲醛超标,需要摆放数千盆植物和持续光照才能起一定效果。4、采用天天通风的方法,甲醛是一种极难挥发的气体,而甲醛密度比空气密度大,易沉淀,即便开窗通风甲醛仍难清除,多数有害物质释放缓慢,长达3~15年,绝非几个月通风就能解决问题的,当甲醛含量超标2~3倍时,人是闻不到明显的异味,或者一些生活中的其他气味轻易将其掩盖。5、采用光催化原理,在装饰材料或涂料中添加一些催化剂,利用催化剂的表面活泼性和降低反应的活化能的原理,将一些在常温情况下无法分解的污染物分解以达到净化的目的,但是,纯净的光触媒粉末并不具有实用性。
如何分解和袪除甲醛、氨、苯、二甲苯等挥发性有机物气体,把有害气体对人体的危害减少到最低点,成为人们普遍的追求和目标。
中国专利授权公告号CN 101935190B,授权公告日:2013年05月22日,名称为“可分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材”,公开了“一种可分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材,本发明不仅可以分解和吸收甲醛,改善室内湿度,吸收室内水分,还可以便于清洗,给人们清洗墙壁带来诸多方便。一种可分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材,其特征在于,按照重量百分比由以下组分配比而成:硅藻土18%~29%、石英砂25%~30%、纤维0.1%、膨润土15%~18%、粘合剂1%~3%、灰钙12%~17%、保水剂13%~18%、甲醛净化剂5%~8%、钛白粉3%~6.1%、负离子粉3%~7%”。
上述专利的不足之处是:1、可分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材中采用的硅藻土、石英砂、膨润土等原料都没有进行必要的改性处理,难以提高这些原料的吸附性能,并不能很好的“分解和吸附甲醛,改善室内湿度,吸收室内水分”。2、可分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:“将可分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材与水按重量比1:0.8混合,搅拌成膏状;然后涂抹在需涂抹的基面上,即可”,“保水剂能吸收相当于自身重量成百倍的水”,而分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材与水按重量比1:0.8混合,配料中的水将会全部被保水剂吸收,这种简单的生产工艺,很难将可分解甲醛、可擦洗的生态壁材的原料搅拌均匀,也不能解决钛白粉和负离子粉等材料的团聚问题,发挥不了纳米材料的功能。3、只是“搅拌成膏状,然后涂抹在需涂抹的基面上”,难以在“基面上”形成一层牢固的薄膜,很容易从“涂抹的基面上”脱落下来,达不到净化室内空气的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处,提供一种可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液。
可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料由高岭土、酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土、高粘凹凸棒石粘土、纳米二氧化钛、白炭黑、纳米载银抗菌粉、纳米氧化镁、纳米二氧化锆、纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷和水组成。
可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的生产方法:将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料进行搅拌、分散、乳化、研磨,然后再次分散、均质和研磨,罐装为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液。
高岭土是一种以高岭石族粘土矿物为主的粘土和粘土岩,多无光泽,质纯时颜白细腻,如含杂质时可带有灰、黄、褐等色,外观依成因不同可呈松散的土块状及致密状态岩块状,本发明选用磨粉后的高岭土,高岭土的颗粒细度≤0.044毫米。
酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土在大幅度提高凹凸棒石粘土的吸附性能、脱色率、催化作用、比表面积、孔隙率的同时,能增加酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土的胶体粘度和调整酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土pH值。
高粘凹凸棒石粘土是采用提高凹凸棒石粘土粘度的加工工艺生产的凹凸棒石粘土,凹凸棒石粘土是一种层链状结构的含水富镁铝硅酸盐粘土矿物,颜色呈白色,灰白色,青灰色,灰绿色或弱丝绢光泽,凹凸棒石粘土土质细腻,有油脂滑感,质轻、性脆,断口呈贝壳状或参差状,吸水性强,湿时具粘性和可塑性,高粘凹凸棒石粘土的粘度≥2200mPa·s,有利于原料之间的粘结。
纳米二氧化钛在光线的作用下,会产生类似光合作用的光催化反应,产生出氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,具有很强的光氧化还原功能,可氧化分解各种有机化合物和部分无机物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,可杀灭细菌和分解有机污染物,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水和二氧化碳,因而具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁、净化空气的功能。
白炭黑是一种超微细无机多孔性物质,由于其粒径很小,具有比表面积大、表面吸附力强、化学纯度高、分散性能好、优越的稳定性、补强性、增稠性、附着力和触变性等特异的性能。
纳米载银抗菌粉具有较高的耐温、安全性,对细菌、霉菌的抗杀具有广谱长效性,与现有抗菌材料比,具有长效、无毒等优点。
纳米氧化镁产品为白色粉末、无味、无毒,产品粒径小、比表面积大,具有很强的洁净、抑制腐蚀能力。
纳米二氧化锆呈高纯度白色粉末状,无臭、无味,具有高的折射率、耐高温、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、良好的热化学稳定性、导电性和较高的韧性。
纳米氧化铝呈白色蓬松粉末状态,粒度分布均匀、纯度高、极好分散,其比表面高,具有耐高温的惰性,高活性,属活性氧化铝。
纳米氧化锌是一种面向21世纪的新型高功能精细无机产品,表现出许多特殊的性质,如非迁移性、荧光性、压电性、吸收和散射紫外线能力等。
聚乙烯醇系白色固体,外型分絮状、颗粒状、粉末状三种;无毒无味、颗粒状可在80--90℃水中溶解,粉末状的在其他粉料的预分散后可在常温下溶解。具有较好的粘稠度、聚合性、粘结性及保水性。
聚乙二醇无毒、无刺激性,味微苦,具有良好的水溶性,并与许多有机物组份有良好的相溶性。它们具有优良的润滑性、保湿性、分散性、粘接剂、抗静电剂及柔软剂等。
聚二甲基硅氧烷无色或浅黄色液体,无味,透明度高,具有耐热性、耐寒性、黏度随温度变化小、防水性、表面张力小、良好的化学稳定性。并具有很高的抗剪切能力,是一种消泡剂。
高速分散机采用高速搅拌器(如圆盘锯齿型搅拌器),可以在局部形成很强的紊流,通常对物料有很强的分散乳化效果,是一种适用于常压条件下对液-固相物料的颗粒团、凝聚体进行分散、搅拌和溶解的分散机,高速分散机执行HG/T 2473-2011 标准。
三辊研磨机适用于油漆、油墨、颜料、塑料等浆料的制造,三辊研磨机通过水平的三根辊筒的表面相互挤压及不同速度的摩擦而达到研磨效果,三辊研磨机是高粘度物料最有效的研磨、分散设备。
胶体磨属于超微粉碎设备,兼备粉碎、乳化、分散、搅拌等功能,适用于各类乳状液的均质、乳化、分散、混合、粉碎和研磨,胶体磨对物料的适应能力较强(如高粘度、大颗粒),胶体磨执行GB/T 14466-2005 胶体磨通用技术条件的国家标准。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1、可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:高岭土5~12%、酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土4~10%、高粘凹凸棒石粘土2~8%、纳米二氧化钛1~5%、白炭黑1~5%、纳米载银抗菌粉0.5~5%、纳米氧化镁0.5~5%、纳米二氧化锆0~5%、纳米氧化铝0~5%、纳米氧化锌0~5%、聚乙烯醇0.5~5%、聚乙二醇0.1~3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1~2%和去离子水50~82%。
酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土半成品90~98%、速溶硅酸钠0.1~5%、聚乙烯醇0.1~5%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.01~3%和碳酸钠0~3%;酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土的生产方法:将酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土配料输入磨机中磨粉,颗粒细度≤0.074毫米,磨粉后的粉状物为酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土。
酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土半成品的生产方法:⑴先将自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土输入已经运转的搅拌机中,再将稀硫酸缓慢加入自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土中进行酸化处理;⑵将酸化处理后的凹凸棒石粘土,通过对辊机挤压为凹凸棒石粘土片状物,凹凸棒石粘土片状物的厚度≤3毫米;⑶将凹凸棒石粘土片状物输送到回转式烘干炉内焙烧,焙烧时间为1~3小时,焙烧温度控制在250~350℃,焙烧后的凹凸棒石粘土片状物含水量≤5%,焙烧后的凹凸棒石粘土片状物为酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土半成品。
凹凸棒石粘土片状物的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土55~75%和稀硫酸25~45%;稀硫酸的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:浓度98﹪的硫酸1~5%,水95~99%;凹凸棒石粘土原矿需要经过两个冬天以上的时间自然风化,从大块致密的原矿崩解为细小颗粒的自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土,捡出明显可见的废石块、植物纤维和其它泥土杂质,自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土颗粒细度≤5毫米。
酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土是采用由本发明人于2014年06月01日申请的“酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土”,中国专利授权公告号为:CN 104016366B,授权公告日:2015年12月02日。
高粘凹凸棒石粘土是采用提高凹凸棒石粘土粘度的加工工艺生产的凹凸棒石粘土,从矿区开采的凹凸棒石粘土,需要经过30~120天的自然风化;改性处理方法是:以重量百分比计算,取自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土94~98%,均匀加入2~6%碳酸钠,共同输入浸泡池中,加入清水进行浸泡陈化,浸泡时间为72~120小时;取浸泡后的凹凸棒石粘土,输入搅拌机中进行搅拌,并将搅拌后的凹凸棒石粘土,经挤压机挤成薄片,其厚度控制在0.5~2毫米,将凹凸棒石粘土薄片,进行晾晒,晾晒后的凹凸棒石粘土薄片,其含水量≤15%;配料以重量百分比计算:晾晒后的凹凸棒石粘土94~98%、高吸水树脂0.5~5%和纤维素0.5~3%,将上述配料进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后输入磨机中进行磨粉,颗粒细度≤0.074毫米。
上述生产工艺是采用由本发明人于2005年6月20日申请的“提高凹凸棒石粘土粘度的加工工艺”,中国专利授权公告号为:CN 1317067C,授权公告日:2007年5月23日。
高粘凹凸棒石粘土的检测方法:取28.0g凹凸棒石粘土粉试样,加入高速搅拌机的悬浮液杯中,再加入372g水,将悬浮液杯置于高速搅拌机上,在11000转/分钟的转速下搅拌20分钟,再将经过高速搅拌试样悬浮液倒入250mL的烧杯中,使用NDJ-1型旋转粘度计测试悬浮液的粘度,测试粘度值≥2200 mPa•s为高粘凹凸棒石粘土。
2、可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的生产方法:⑴将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料输入已经运转的高速分散机中进行强力搅拌、分散和乳化,然后输入三辊研磨机中研磨为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的半成品;⑵将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的半成品输入胶体磨中,再次进行分散、乳化、粉碎、均质、消泡和研磨;⑶研磨后的可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液中固体颗粒的粒度≤0.01毫米,罐装为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液。
3、本发明中所述含水量百分比为重量百分比,浓度98﹪的硫酸百分比为重量百分比。
本发明配料中的酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土能大幅度提高可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的吸附性能和催化作用,高粘凹凸棒石粘土具有较好的粘结性、可塑性和触变性,提高了可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的附着力。
纳米二氧化钛具有很强的光氧化还原功能,可氧化分解各种有机化合物和部分无机物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,可杀灭细菌和分解有机污染物,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水和二氧化碳,与纳米载银抗菌粉配伍,增强了可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁和净化空气的功能。
白炭黑和纳米氧化镁有利于调节可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的增稠性、黏结性、附着力和触变性。
纳米二氧化锆、纳米氧化铝和纳米氧化锌具有分散性能好、耐高温、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、良好的热化学稳定性、导电性和较高的韧性等特点,能提高可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的比表面积、活性、折射率、吸收和散射紫外线能力。
聚乙烯醇能确保可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液喷涂施工后,迅速形成一层粗糙而又牢固的薄膜,并能加快薄膜凝结硬化的速度。
本发明的配料经过高速分散机、三辊研磨机和胶体磨进行强力搅拌、分散、乳化、研磨,然后再次进行分散、乳化、粉碎、均质、消泡和研磨,白炭黑、纳米二氧化钛、纳米载银抗菌粉、纳米氧化镁、纳米二氧化锆、纳米氧化铝和纳米氧化锌很容易分散并负载在高岭土、酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土和高粘凹凸棒石粘土的表面,不但能解决了纳米粉体材料的团聚问题,还充分发挥了不同纳米材料的功能,起到互补作用,提高可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的使用效果。
将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液喷涂于建筑物或装饰材料的表面后,可以吸收紫外光、可见光和远红外光,在各种光的照射下,充分发挥光触媒材料对大多数空气污染有强效的分解作用,能有效地吸附和降解空气中有毒有害气体,杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水和二氧化碳,因而具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁和净化空气功能。
可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液无毒、无害,对人体安全可靠,不会产生二次污染;可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液喷涂于建筑物或装饰材料的表面后,能增加室内空气负离子浓度,在光的照射下,可以持续不断的吸附和净化室内空气,具有一次喷涂,持续作用的优点。
可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液具有较强的粘附力,在施工现场,利用喷涂机或喷枪进行喷涂施工,可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液借助压缩空气以获得相当大的速度,通过喷嘴喷射到室内墙面、天花板、家具橱柜、车辆、船舶、地铁、隧道、高速公路隔音板、军事设施、装饰材料的表面,形成一层粗糙而又牢固的薄膜,薄膜凝结硬化速度快、孔隙率高、比表面积大、收缩率小、不会产生网状裂纹和掉落现象。
可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液喷涂在建筑物或装饰材料表面的薄膜,经过长时间的使用,吸附一定量的污染物后,会呈现出饱和状态,只要在已经处于饱和状态的薄膜上喷涂60~80℃的温水湿润后,即可用抹布擦洗干净,对被喷建筑物或装饰材料表面没有损坏作用,并可以再次将新配制的可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液,喷涂在原有的被喷建筑物或装饰材料的表面,继续发挥可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的功效。
擦洗下来的废渣可以用于种植吊兰、芦荟、虎尾兰、袖珍椰子、常春藤和绿萝等绿色植物,废渣内没有分解的殘留物将会被吊兰、芦荟、虎尾兰等绿色植物缓慢吸附分解,不会产生新的污染。
可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液适用于喷涂在建筑物或装饰材料表面,在光的照射下,可以持续不断的吸附和降解甲醛、氨、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、TVOC等污染物,并具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁和净化空气的功能,以达到长时间净化空气的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
1、可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:高岭土8%、酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土5%、高粘凹凸棒石粘土3%、纳米二氧化钛2%、白炭黑2%、纳米载银抗菌粉2%、纳米氧化镁1.5%、纳米二氧化锆0.5%、纳米氧化铝1%、纳米氧化锌0.5%、聚乙烯醇2%、聚乙二醇0.3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2%和去离子水72%。
2、可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的生产方法:⑴将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料输入已经运转的高速分散机中进行强力搅拌、分散和乳化,然后输入三辊研磨机中研磨为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的半成品;⑵将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的半成品输入胶体磨中,再次进行分散、乳化、粉碎、均质、消泡和研磨;⑶研磨后的可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液中固体颗粒的粒度≤0.01毫米,罐装为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液。

1.一种可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液,其特征在于,可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:高岭土5~12%、酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土4~10%、高粘凹凸棒石粘土2~8%、纳米二氧化钛1~5%、白炭黑1~5%、纳米载银抗菌粉0.5~5%、纳米氧化镁0.5~5%、纳米二氧化锆0~5%、纳米氧化铝0~5%、纳米氧化锌0~5%、聚乙烯醇0.5~5%、聚乙二醇0.1~3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1~2%和去离子水50~82%;
所述酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土半成品90~98%、速溶硅酸钠0.1~5%、聚乙烯醇0.1~5%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.01~3%和碳酸钠0~3%;酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土的生产方法:将酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土配料输入磨机中磨粉,颗粒细度≤0.074毫米,磨粉后的粉状物为酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土;
酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土半成品的生产方法:⑴先将自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土输入已经运转的搅拌机中,再将稀硫酸缓慢加入自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土中进行酸化处理;⑵将酸化处理后的凹凸棒石粘土,通过对辊机挤压为凹凸棒石粘土片状物,凹凸棒石粘土片状物的厚度≤3毫米;⑶将凹凸棒石粘土片状物输送到回转式烘干炉内焙烧,焙烧时间为1~3小时,焙烧温度控制在250~350℃,焙烧后的凹凸棒石粘土片状物含水量≤5%,焙烧后的凹凸棒石粘土片状物为酸化后的凹凸棒石粘土半成品;
凹凸棒石粘土片状物的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土55~75%和稀硫酸25~45%;稀硫酸的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:浓度98﹪的硫酸1~5%,水95~99%;凹凸棒石粘土原矿需要经过两个冬天以上的时间自然风化,从大块致密的原矿崩解为细小颗粒的自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土,捡出明显可见的废石块、植物纤维和其它泥土杂质,自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土颗粒细度≤5毫米;
所述高岭土的颗粒细度≤0.044毫米,高粘凹凸棒石粘土的粘度≥2200mPa·s,颗粒细度≤0.074毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液,其特征在于,可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的生产方法:⑴将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的配料输入已经运转的高速分散机中进行强力搅拌、分散和乳化,然后输入三辊研磨机中研磨为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的半成品;⑵将可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液的半成品输入胶体磨中,再次进行分散、乳化、粉碎、均质、消泡和研磨;⑶研磨后的可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液中固体颗粒的粒度≤0.01毫米,罐装为可擦洗高岭土光触媒喷涂液。
