ABS塑料是一种近年来发展较快的塑料,由于其具有工艺简单、成本低、高性能的优点,在工业、农业上有广泛的应用。不经改性的ABS塑料,其高韧性耐磨性能不好,影响了ABS塑料的市场前景,因此,需要寻找一种具有强高韧性耐磨性能的ABS改性塑料。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种更智能,更安全的高韧性耐磨ABS塑料。

一种高韧性耐磨ABS塑料,其特征在于由下述重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯:50-70,
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,10-20,
氯化聚乙烯:5-10,
稳定剂:2-10,
增塑剂:2-5,
环保耐磨剂:2-4,
耐腐蚀剂:1-3,
SiC纳米粉末:0.5-1,
颜料:0.2-0.5。

聚氯乙烯:55-65,
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯:13-17,
氯化聚乙烯:6-9,
稳定剂:4-8,
增塑剂:3-4,
环保耐磨剂:2-3,
耐腐蚀剂:1.5-2.5
SiC纳米粉末:0.7-0.9,
颜料:0.3-0.4。

进一步的,所述稳定剂是由松香5-15,活性白土5-10,去离子水2-8,镍渣2-6组成。
进一步的,所述耐磨剂为水性耐磨剂LH-0204L。
