Abstract
The packing box comprises a box body and a box body detachably mounted on the box body, wherein the box body comprises at least two side plates which are fixed together, the at least two side plates can be detached from the box body along a first axis direction which is perpendicular to the plane of the box body, and the box body can be detached from the box body along a second axis direction which is parallel to the plane of the box body.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a packing box, in particular to a packing box convenient to disassemble.
Background
The cardboard box is widely applied to life and production as an outer packing box of products such as household appliances, articles for daily use and the like. The carton structure commonly used at present respectively extends upper and lower apron for the upper and lower both sides of four curb plates, folds four curb plates of carton and forms a cube, and four apron of upper and lower terminal surface are folding in turn, then pass through the sticky tape and encapsulate upper and lower apron, when the user need take out article from the packing carton, tear the sticky tape of apron off, just can follow and take out article in the packing carton. However, when the articles are large in size, such as a refrigerator, a large-sized display and the like, it is difficult for a user to take out the articles by opening the cover plate, and the packaging box needs to be completely removed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need to provide a package that is easy to disassemble.
The packing box comprises a box body and a box body detachably mounted on the box body, wherein the box body comprises at least two side plates which are fixed together, the at least two side plates can be detached from the box body along a first axis direction which is perpendicular to the plane of the box body, and the box body can be detached from the box body along a second axis direction which is parallel to the plane of the box body.
Preferably, the at least two side plates include a first side plate and a second side plate, the first side plate is provided with a plurality of fastening holes, the second side plate is provided with a plurality of fastening pieces, and the fastening pieces are fastened with the fastening holes to fix the first side plate and the second side plate.
Preferably, the plurality of fasteners are located on the first axis.
Preferably, the box body further comprises a third side plate provided with a plurality of buckling pieces, the box body is provided with a plurality of buckling holes, and the buckling pieces are buckled with the buckling holes to fix the box body and the box body.
Preferably, the plurality of clasps are located on the second axis.
Preferably, each fastener includes a fastener piece, and an edge of the fastener hole is clamped between the fastener piece and the third side plate.
Preferably, the box body further comprises a plurality of cover plates, and when the at least two side plates are detached from the box body along the first axis direction, the cover plates are mutually folded and fixed.
Preferably, the height of the box body is greater than or equal to the height of the box body.
Preferably, the box body further comprises a third side plate, a fourth side plate parallel to the third side plate and a fifth side plate opposite to the at least two fixed side plates, wherein the third side plate and the fourth side plate extend out from the fifth side plate and can rotate around the fifth side plate.
Preferably, the third side plate and the fourth side plate rotate in opposite directions.
Compared with the prior art, the box body of the packing box comprises at least two fixed side plates, the box body can be detached along the first axial direction of the plane where the box body is perpendicular to the plane where the box body is located by the at least two side plates, and the box body can be detached along the second axial direction parallel to the plane where the box body is located by the box body, so that the packing box is convenient to detach, and cargoes are easy to take out.

The following detailed description will further illustrate the invention in conjunction with the above-described figures.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a packing box 100 is used for packing a cargo 30, the packing box 100 includes a box 10 and a box 20, and the box 20 is detachably mounted on the box 10. In one embodiment, the height of the box 20 is greater than or equal to the height of the box 10.
The box body 10 is provided with a plurality of buckling holes 12. The box 20 includes a main body 22 and a plurality of fasteners 24 mounted to the main body 22. The main body 22 includes a first side plate 220, a second side plate 221, a third side plate 222, a fourth side plate 223, a fifth side plate 224 and four cover plates 225. The first side plate 220, the second side plate 221, the third side plate 222, the fourth side plate 223, the fifth side plate 224 and the four cover plates 225 are formed by folding the main body 22. The third side plate 222 and the fourth side plate 223 extend from opposite ends of the fifth side plate 224. The first side panel 220 extends from the third side panel 222. The second side plate 221 extends from the fourth side plate 223. The four cover plates 225 extend from the second side plate 221, the third side plate 222, the fourth side plate 223, and the fifth side plate 224, respectively. The third side plate 222 is parallel to the fourth side plate 223. The fastener 24 is mounted on the third side plate 222 and the second side plate 221. The fastener 24 on the second side plate 221 is located on a first axis perpendicular to the plane of the box body 10; the fastener 24 on the third side plate 222 is located on a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The first side plate 220 is provided with a plurality of fastening holes 12 corresponding to the fastening pieces 24 of the second side plate 221.
Each locking member 24 includes a frame 240, an elastic portion 242, and two locking pieces 244 extending from the elastic portion 242. The elastic portion 242 is connected to the frame 240. A gap 246 is located between the two snap tabs 244. The two locking pieces 244 extend in opposite directions.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the package box 100 is used, the goods 30 are placed on the box body 10, an external force is applied to the elastic portion 242, and the elastic portion 242 deforms to incline the two fastening pieces 244 to extend into the fastening holes 12. When the external force is removed, the elastic portion 242 recovers to deform, and the edge of the fastening hole 12 is clamped between the fastening piece 244 and the main body 22, so that the fastening piece 24 mounted on the second side plate 221 is locked with the fastening hole 12 of the first side plate 220, so that the second side plate 221 is fixed with the first side plate 220. The fastener 24 mounted on the third side plate 222 is fastened to the fastening hole 12 of the box 10, so that the box 20 is fixed to the box 10. The four cover panels 225 are folded and sealed by an adhesive tape 40. The seam between the second side panel 221 and the third side panel 222 is sealed by the adhesive tape 40.
When the goods 30 need to be taken out, the two adhesive tapes 40 are torn, the elastic portion 242 is pressed to make the buckling piece 244 incline and move out of the buckling hole 12, so that the second side plate 221 and the first side plate 220 are unlocked, and the third side plate 222 and the box body 10 are unlocked. At this time, the third side plate 222 and the fourth side plate 223 can rotate in opposite directions around the fifth side plate 224, and the cargo 30 can be taken out.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the first side plate 220 and the second side plate 221 are fixed by sealing glue, connecting thread stitching or staple binding. The third side plate 222 is locked with the box body 10 by the fastener 24. When the goods 30 need to be taken out, the third side plate 222 is unlocked from the box body 10 by pressing the elastic part 242. The box body 20 is detached from the box body 10 in the first axial direction so that the goods 30 can be taken out. When the box body 20 is detached from the box body 10 along the first axial direction, the cover plates 225 are folded and fixed to each other.
The packing box 100 includes the box body 10 and the box body 20 detachably mounted to the box body 10, and when the large goods 30 are required to be taken out, the box body 20 can be detached from the box body 10 along the first axial direction and the second axial direction, and then the goods 30 can be taken out.
Claims (8)
1. A packing box is characterized in that: the packing box comprises a box body and a box body detachably arranged on the box body, the box body comprises at least two side plates which are fixed together, the at least two side plates can be detached from the box body along a first axial direction which is perpendicular to the plane of the box body, and the box body can be detached from the box body along a second axial direction which is parallel to the plane of the box body; the at least two side plates comprise a first side plate and a second side plate, the first side plate is provided with a plurality of buckling holes, the second side plate is provided with a plurality of buckling pieces, and the buckling pieces are buckled with the buckling holes to fix the first side plate and the second side plate; the box body further comprises a third side plate, a fourth side plate parallel to the third side plate and a fifth side plate opposite to the at least two fixed side plates, and the third side plate and the fourth side plate extend out from the fifth side plate and can rotate around the fifth side plate.
2. The packaging case according to claim 1, wherein: the plurality of fasteners are located on the first axis.
3. The packaging case according to claim 1, wherein: the box body further comprises a third side plate provided with a plurality of buckling pieces, the box body is provided with a plurality of buckling holes, and the buckling pieces are buckled with the buckling holes to fix the box body and the box body.
4. The packaging case according to claim 3, wherein: the plurality of fasteners are located on the second axis.
5. The packaging case according to claim 3, wherein: each buckling piece comprises an elastic part and a buckling piece extending out of the elastic part, the elastic part can deform to enable the buckling piece to incline and be contained in the buckling hole, and the edge of the buckling hole is clamped between the buckling piece and the third side plate.
6. The packaging case according to claim 1, wherein: the box body further comprises a plurality of cover plates, and when the at least two side plates are detached from the box body along the first axis direction, the cover plates are mutually folded and fixed.
7. The packaging case according to claim 1, wherein: the height of the box body is greater than or equal to that of the box body.
8. The packaging case according to claim 1, wherein: the third side plate and the fourth side plate rotate in opposite directions.
