By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following principle and beneficial effects:
1. the storage battery pack is arranged on the left auxiliary keel, the left main keel, the right main keel and the right auxiliary keel, so that a good supporting effect is achieved. The left auxiliary keel, the left main keel, the right auxiliary keel and the flat frame assembly are arranged in the structure, so that the width of the whole tricycle is increased, the length of the whole tricycle is increased, the load capacity of the tricycle can be improved, the stress is more uniform, and the safety performance is enhanced. The four-beam keel structure formed by the left auxiliary keel, the left main keel, the right main keel and the right auxiliary keel is lower than the structure of the flat frame assembly, so that the gravity center of the tricycle is reduced, and installation dependence is provided for other components of the tricycle.
2. Because the front lifting lug and the front rolling lug at the front end of the plate spring have no displacement in the front-back direction, the rear lifting lug is connected with the rear rolling lug at the rear end of the plate spring through the swinging plate, namely the plate spring moves backwards when being stressed, the plate spring damping mechanism improves the damping effect and determines the direction of the backward movement of the plate spring when being stressed, thereby avoiding the impact between parts, reducing the hidden danger of the damage of the damping part, certainly, increasing the load capacity, and finally improving the safety and the comfort of the tricycle in running;

3. When needing to unload, the driver sits on driving seat, handheld control handle, the drive switching-over valve, the oil pump passes through high pressure fuel pipe with the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank and supplies oil to in the jacking pneumatic cylinder, the piston rod extension of pneumatic cylinder, upwards jack-up the back carriage, the rear carriage is the fulcrum with rear side bottom, the rear side is upwards lifted to the front portion, along with lifting up of back carriage, adjusting bolt on the depression bar leaves the frame upper surface, goods in the back carriage bulldozes the back carriage door, back carriage door lower part bulldozes the latch hook, latch hook and pin use the pin lower extreme as the fulcrum and rotate downwards, the pin drives the connecting rod through articulated seat and push-and-pull rod and rotates backwards, because adjusting bolt on the clamp plate has left the frame, the depression bar just rotates downwards. The latch hook breaks away from the back carriage door, and the back carriage door is trivially covered by the goods, and the goods automatically slide down from the bottom plate of the back carriage to the back through the back carriage door. And finally, closing the oil pump. The support shaft is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the interior of the hydraulic cylinder, and the support shaft also has the function of a high-pressure joint. The limiting disc arranged on the supporting shaft plays a role in positioning the supporting shaft not to move left and right, and the accuracy of lifting positioning is ensured. When the foot brake pedal is released, all the components are reset under the action of the reset spring. In addition, because the hand brake rod is arranged on the right side of the driving seat, the hand brake is not required to be stooped down when in use, the hand brake is convenient and comfortable, and the driving safety performance is enhanced. When the foot brake is suddenly damaged, the hand brake can be used for braking or the hand brake rod is operated when the vehicle is parked again. The hand brake rod is pulled upwards to pull the brake pull wire, the brake pull wire drives the brake distribution shaft to rotate through the middle foot brake connecting arm at the right end, and therefore the brake drum can be braked by driving the rear foot brake connecting arm through the two rear pull rods.
5. The wheel hub is supported by the supporting guide wheels arranged on the left wheel hub bracket and the right wheel hub bracket, and the three supporting guide wheels on the same side form three vertexes of a regular triangle, so that the wheel hub has good stability, the weight is fully reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
In conclusion, the tricycle is firm and durable, the bearing capacity of the tricycle is fully improved, and the load is distributed more uniformly; the braking effect is good, and the hand brake is comfortable and safe to control; the automation degree is greatly improved, a hydraulic jacking mode is adopted, the lifting of the rear carriage can be linked with the opening and closing of the rear carriage door, the cargo transporting and loading and unloading efficiency is improved, and the manpower is saved; when passengers are in the seat, the seat is turned to the horizontal state to serve as a passenger seat, and when passengers are not in the seat, the seat is turned to the vertical state to serve as a backrest of a driver, so that the functional function of the backrest is fully enhanced; the plate spring damping structure which is fixed in front and moves in back prolongs the service life of related parts and improves the safety and the comfort; the spare automatic walking function of front wheel of designedly designs to the condition of battery trouble or undervoltage is prepared for, and drive structure is also very unique, and the function is more various.

As shown in fig. 1-13, the pedal-sitting type electric tricycle of the present invention includes a frame 11, a front fork shock absorbing assembly 12 is disposed at the front end of the frame 11, a handle bar 13 is disposed at the upper end of the front fork shock absorbing assembly 12, a front wheel 14 is disposed at the lower end of the front fork shock absorbing assembly 12, a rear compartment 15 is disposed at the top of the rear side of the frame 11, the bottom of the rear side of the frame 11 is connected to a rear axle assembly 17 through a plate spring shock absorbing mechanism 16, a rear wheel 18 is disposed at each of the left and right ends of the rear axle assembly 17, a driving seat 19 and a power device 20 disposed below the driving seat 19 are disposed at the front side of the rear compartment 15 on the frame 11, and a braking system for braking the rear wheel 18 is disposed from front to rear on the frame 11; the rear carriage 15 comprises a portal frame 21, a bottom plate is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the rear side of the portal frame 21, a left carriage body 131 is hinged at the left side edge of the bottom plate, a right carriage body 46 is hinged at the right side edge of the bottom plate, a rear carriage door 47 is hinged at the upper parts of the rear sides of the left carriage body 131 and the right carriage body 46, the front side of the left carriage body 131 is connected with the left side of the portal frame 21 through a left lock catch, the front side of the right carriage body 46 is connected with the right side of the portal frame 21 through a right lock catch, the left side and the right side of the rear carriage door 47 are respectively connected with the rear sides of the left carriage body 131 and the right carriage body 46 through a rear lock catch, the frame 11 comprises a left auxiliary keel 1, a left main keel 2, a right main keel 3 and a right auxiliary keel 4 which are all arranged along the front-back direction, the front parts of the left auxiliary keel 1, the left main keel 2, the right main keel 3 and the right auxiliary keel 4 are sequentially arranged from left to right, the left side, the front parts of the left auxiliary keel 1, the left main keel 2, the right main keel 3 and the left side of the left main keel are all upwards bent, a first cross beam 5 is horizontally arranged between the upper part of the left main keel 3, the upper surface of the first cross beam 5 is vertical to be provided with a center beam 6, the upper end of the center beam 6 is inclined to be provided with a handlebar 13 sleeve 7, the upper end of the left main keel 2 is bent rightwards to be connected with the left side of the first cross beam 5, the upper end of the right main keel 3 is bent leftwards to be connected with the right side of the first cross beam 5, a left front bumper 8 is arranged between the left side of the upper part of the left main keel 2 and the upper part of the left main keel 1, and a right front bumper 9 is arranged between the left side of the upper part of the right main keel 3 and the upper part of the right main keel 4. A second cross beam 10 is horizontally arranged at the rear ends of the left main keel 2 and the right main keel 3, the left end of the second cross beam 10 is connected with the right side of the left auxiliary keel 1, and the right end of the second cross beam 10 is connected with the left side of the right auxiliary keel 4; the rear end of the left auxiliary keel 1 and the rear end of the right auxiliary keel 4 are both bent upwards and connected with a flat frame assembly 22.
The gantry 21 is provided with an upper horizontal beam 23 and a lower horizontal beam 24, the gantry 21 is provided with a baffle 130 positioned at the lower part of the lower horizontal beam 24, the baffle 130, a left carriage body 131, a right carriage body 46 and the upper edge of a rear carriage door 47 are flush, the gantry 21 is provided with a fixed backrest 48 positioned above the upper horizontal beam 23, the lower horizontal beam 24 is hinged with a turnover frame 50 through two first hinges 49, the front side of the turnover frame 50 is provided with a turnover backrest 51, the gantry 21 is provided with a limiting block 52 used for limiting the turnover frame 50 to continuously turn over forwards in a vertical state, the upper edge of the turnover backrest 51 is in contact with the lower edge of the upper horizontal beam 23, and the rear side of the turnover frame 50 is connected with the upper horizontal beam 23 through a bolt 53.
The upper side of the front part of the left carriage body 131 and the upper side of the front part of the right carriage body 46 are respectively provided with a supporting structure 54, and the two supporting structures 54 have the same structure and are arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner; the supporting structure 54 on the left compartment body 131 comprises a second hinge 55, a turnover plate 56 and a turnover support 57, the left side surface of the turnover plate 56 is in contact with the right side surface of the left compartment body 131, the upper side of the turnover plate 56 is rotatably connected to the left compartment body 131 through the second hinge 55, the second hinge 55 is arranged on the right side of the top of the left compartment body 131, the right side surface of the turnover plate 56 is fixedly connected with the left side of the turnover support 57, a shock pad 58 is arranged at the top of the turnover support 57, and the height of the upper surface of the shock pad 58 is greater than or equal to the height of the top of the second hinge 55.
Heightening frames 99 are arranged at the tops of the left carriage body 131 and the right carriage body 46, and a supporting rod 100 correspondingly connected with the tops of the left carriage body 131 and the right carriage body 46 is arranged in each heightening frame 99; both the left side and the right side of the bottom plate are provided with a guard plate 101, and the front side of each guard plate 101 is provided with a pedal hole 102.
The bottom of the rear side of the rear carriage 15 is hinged to the flat frame assembly 22, the flat frame assembly 22 is provided with a rubber mat 45 for supporting the bottom of the rear carriage 15, the middle of the flat frame assembly 22 is provided with a hydraulic jacking system below the rear carriage 15, the bottom of the rear carriage 15 is provided with a connecting rod driving structure, and the front end and the rear end of the connecting rod driving structure are respectively linked with the flat frame assembly 22 and a rear carriage door 47.
The hydraulic jacking system comprises an operating handle 25, a reversing valve 26, a hydraulic oil tank 27, an oil pump 28 and a jacking hydraulic cylinder 29 which are all arranged on the front side of the frame 1, the operating handle 25 is arranged on the side part of a driving seat of the tricycle, the lower end of the operating handle 25 is connected with the operating end of the reversing valve 26, the left side and the right side of the upper part of the jacking hydraulic cylinder 29 are rotatably connected to the middle part of the flat frame assembly 22 through support shafts 31, the reversing valve 26, the hydraulic oil tank 27, the oil pump 28 and the jacking hydraulic cylinder 29 are connected through high-pressure oil pipes 30, each support shaft 31 is of a hollow structure, one end of each support shaft 31 is blocked, the other end of each support shaft 31 is connected with the corresponding high-pressure oil pipe 30 through an oil pipe joint 32, the interior of each jacking hydraulic cylinder 29 is communicated with the interior of each support shaft 31, limiting discs 33 located on the two sides of each support shaft 31 are arranged, and the upper end of a piston rod of each jacking hydraulic cylinder 29 is hinged to the bottom of the rear carriage 15.
The connecting rod driving structure comprises a front cross rod 34, a rear frame 35, a connecting plate 36, a pressing rod 37, a connecting rod 38, a push-pull rod 39 and a stop rod 40, wherein the front cross rod 34 is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the rear carriage 15, the connecting plate 36 is arranged at the rear side of the front cross rod 34, the rear end of the pressing rod 37 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the connecting rod 38 to form an L-shaped structure, the joint of the pressing rod 37 and the connecting rod 38 is rotatably connected onto the connecting plate 36, the rear frame 35 is provided with the bottom of the rear end of the rear carriage 15, the lower end of the stop rod 40 is rotatably connected onto the rear frame 35, the upper end of the stop rod 40 is connected with a locking hook 44, an obtuse angle towards the front is formed between the locking hook 44 and the stop rod 40, the upper part and the lower part of the stop rod 40 are provided with a hinged seat 41 at the front side of the lower part of the stop rod 40, the front end of the push-pull rod 39 is hinged with the upper end of the connecting rod 38, and the rear end of the hinged seat 41; the rear end of the pressure lever 37 is in threaded connection with an adjusting bolt 42, the head of the adjusting bolt 42 is arranged downwards, and an adjusting nut 43 which is in abutting fit with the lower surface of the pressure lever 37 is in threaded connection with the adjusting bolt 42; when the rear compartment 15 is horizontally placed on the platform assembly 22, the head of the adjusting bolt 42 is in press fit with the upper surface of the platform assembly 22, and the upper front side of the stop lever 40 is in press fit with the lower portion of the rear side of the rear compartment door 47.
The brake system comprises a brake distribution shaft 63 arranged on the lower side of the middle parts of a left auxiliary keel 1 and a right auxiliary keel 4 along the left-right horizontal direction, a front brake plate 59 arranged on the lower side of the front part of the right main keel 3, a hand brake rod 60 arranged on the right side of a driving seat 19 and two rear pull rods 62 with the rear ends connected with rear brake connecting arms 61 on brake drums of two rear wheels 18, wherein the bottom of the hand brake rod 60 is consistent with the height of the upper surface of the driving seat 19, the bottom of the middle part and the two ends of the brake distribution shaft 63 are respectively and vertically and fixedly provided with a middle foot brake connecting arm 64, the three middle foot brake connecting arms 64 are all arranged in parallel, the front ends of the two rear pull rods 62 are respectively and correspondingly connected with the middle foot brake connecting arms 64 at the two ends of the brake distribution shaft 63, the front brake plate 59 is hinged with a bent foot lever 66 through a brake shaft 65, the upper end of the foot brake lever 66 extends upwards out of a frame 11 and faces the driving seat 19, a front foot brake connecting arm 67 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the brake shaft 65, a front pull rod 68 is arranged between the front foot brake connecting arm 67 and one middle foot brake connecting arm 64 in the middle of the upper part of the brake distribution shaft 63, a return spring 70 is arranged between one middle foot brake connecting arm 64 and the rear brake plate 69 on the rear side of the frame 11, one middle foot brake connecting arm 64 is connected with a power-off switch 72 through a power-off spring 71, and the power-off switch 72 is arranged on the rear brake plate 69; the power output end of the hand brake lever 60 is connected with a middle foot brake connecting arm 64 at the right end of the brake distributing shaft 63 through a brake pull wire 73.
Spring reset structures 94 are arranged between the rear pull rod 62 and the middle service brake connecting arms 64 at the two ends and between the rear end of the front pull rod 68 and the middle service brake connecting arm 64 in the middle, and a pull wire tensioning adjusting structure 96 is arranged between the brake pull wire 73 and the middle service brake connecting arm 64 at the right end; the upper end of the foot lever 66 is connected with a foot brake pedal 98 through a bolt-nut type height adjusting structure 97.
The plate spring damping mechanism 16 comprises a front lifting lug 74, a rear lifting lug 75, a swinging plate 76 and a plate spring 78, the middle part of the plate spring 78 is connected with the rear axle assembly 17 through a U-shaped bolt 77, a crimping plate 79 in crimping with the top of the plate spring 78 is sleeved on the upper part of the U-shaped bolt 77, the plate springs 78 are connected through a connecting bolt 80, and a through hole for penetrating through the connecting bolt 80 is formed in the middle part of the crimping plate 79; the front lifting lug 74 and the rear lifting lug 75 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the flat frame assembly 22, and the front end and the rear end of the plate spring 78 are respectively provided with a front rolling lug 81 and a rear rolling lug 82; the front lifting lug 74 is connected with the front rolling lug 81 through a front rotary oil injection lubricating structure 83, two swinging plates 76 are arranged, the two swinging plates 76 are correspondingly arranged along the front and back direction, the upper ends of the two swinging plates 76 are hinged to the front side and the back side of the rear lifting lug 75, and the lower ends of the two swinging rods are connected with the rear rolling lug 82 through a rear rotary oil injection lubricating structure 84; the front pivot oiling lubrication structure 83 and the rear pivot oiling lubrication structure 84 are identical in construction.
The front lifting lug 74 comprises a left lifting plate 87 and a right lifting plate 88, the right side of the upper part of the left lifting plate 87 is fixed on the horizontal frame assembly 22, the left side of the upper part of the right lifting plate 88 is fixed on the horizontal frame assembly 22, and the left lifting plate 87 and the right lifting plate 88 are correspondingly provided with through holes at the left and right; the front rotary oil injection lubricating structure 83 comprises a pin bolt 89 and a steel sleeve 90 sleeved outside the pin bolt 89, the steel sleeve 90 is inserted into a front rolling lug 81, the pin bolt 89, the steel sleeve 90 and the front rolling lug 81 are located between a left hanging plate 87 and a right hanging plate 88, two ends of the pin bolt 89 penetrate through a through hole and are fixedly connected with the left hanging plate 87 or the right hanging plate 88 through a pin nut 132, a grease nipple 91 is arranged at the head of the pin bolt 89, an axial oil injection hole 92 is formed in the head of the pin bolt 89 along the axis direction, radial oil injection holes 93 are correspondingly formed in the middle of the steel sleeve 90 and the middle of the pin bolt 89 along the radial direction, the inner end of each radial oil injection hole 93 is communicated with the axial oil injection hole 92, and the radial oil injection holes 93 are communicated with the inner wall of the front rolling lug 81.
The power device 20 comprises a transmission shaft 117, a storage battery pack and a direct current motor, wherein the direct current motor and the storage battery pack are arranged on the frame 11 side by side from left to right, the storage battery pack supplies power for the direct current motor, a main shaft of the direct current motor is in transmission connection with the front end of the transmission shaft 117, and the rear end of the transmission shaft 117 is in transmission connection with a power input end of the rear axle assembly 17. And a protective plate 116 with air holes is uniformly arranged on the outer side of the storage battery pack and the direct current motor on the frame 11.
The spring return structure 94 is used to assist the return spring in returning the front 62 and rear 68 tie rods. The cable tension adjustment structure 96 is used to adjust the brake cable 73 to ensure good performance of the hand brake. The bolt-nut type height adjusting structure 97 is used for adjusting the height of the service brake pedal 98, so that the operation of different people is facilitated.
The front wheel 14 comprises a left wheel hub bracket, a right wheel hub bracket, a wheel hub 105 and a tire sleeved outside the wheel hub 105, wherein the left wheel hub bracket and the right wheel hub bracket have the same structure and are arranged symmetrically left and right; the left hub support and the right hub support are composed of three support arms 103, the inner ends of the three support arms 103 are fixedly connected, the included angle between two adjacent support arms 103 is 120 degrees, the outer end side parts of the three support arms 103 are respectively provided with a support guide wheel 104, the central lines of the three support guide wheels 104 on the left hub support are positioned on the same cylindrical surface, and the three support guide wheels 104 on the left hub support and the three support guide wheels 104 on the right hub support are arranged in a left-right one-to-one manner; a disc-shaped dust shield is fixedly arranged on the right side of the left hub bracket and the left side of the right hub bracket respectively, and the dust shields are positioned among the three supporting guide wheels 104 on the same side.
The three supporting guide wheels 104 on the left side extend into and are connected to the circular track 106 on the left side in a rolling mode, and the three supporting guide wheels 104 on the right side extend into and are connected to the circular track 106 on the right side in a rolling mode; an installation frame 107 positioned in the wheel hub 105 is arranged between the left wheel hub bracket and the right wheel hub bracket, and a rechargeable lithium battery 108 and a front wheel power driving mechanism for driving the wheel hub 105 to rotate are arranged on the installation frame 107. The outer sides of the inner ends of the three support arms 103 are provided with fixing blocks 134, the fixing blocks 134 are provided with mounting holes 135 which are concentric with the circular track 106, and a central shaft connected with the lower end of the front fork shock absorption assembly 12 penetrates through the mounting holes 135.
The front wheel power driving mechanism comprises a driving motor 109 positioned below the rechargeable lithium battery 108, a gear 110 is connected to a main shaft of the driving motor 109 in a transmission manner, an inner gear ring 111 is arranged on the inner wall of the wheel hub 105, and the gear 110 is meshed with the inner gear ring 111.
