本发明涉及板材制造领域,具体涉及一种抗菌装饰板的制造方法。
背景技术
装饰板是一种人造板材。它是用多种专用纸张经过化学处理后,用高温高压胶合剂制成的热固性层积塑料,板面具有各种木纹或图案,光亮平整,色泽鲜艳美观,同时具有较高的耐磨、耐热、耐寒、防火等良好的物理性能。目前已应用于房舍的墙壁、屋顶、柜、橱、桌、床等。但随着环境温度湿度的变化,装饰板在使用过程中很容易受潮、发霉、污染,容易滋生各种细菌,对身体影响很大,因此对于家庭、学校、医院、食品药品加工厂等场所,使用具有抗菌功能的装饰板就显得尤为重要。
抗菌材料分为有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂,有机抗菌剂在抗菌方面是非常有效的,但其时效短、不耐高温,且分解反应的产物有可能对人体有害和带来二次污染。无机抗菌剂则具有抗菌广谱、耐热性好、化学稳定性高、安全、抗菌时效长、耐药性、使用方便等诸多优点,现已成为板材抗菌研究的重点的方向。
目前市场上常见的抗菌装饰板多以喷涂或者辊涂使其表面附上抗菌剂,此种方法制造的抗菌装饰板具有成本较高、生产周期长、涂料固化较慢,抗菌剂粘附不均,粘附量少,抗菌效果不佳等缺点,难以满足市场的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗菌装饰板的制造方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种抗菌装饰板的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a、板芯抗菌处理:板芯由宽度30-60mm、厚度10-18mm、长度500-800mm的板片经中药抗菌剂浸渍,然后烘干,并重复2-4次,再加胶合剂胶合而成;
b、装饰板抗菌处理:装饰纸放入三聚氰胺树脂溶液中浸渍,然后烘干,并重复2-4次;三聚氰胺树脂溶液由重量份数为三聚氰胺树脂8-15份、紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.8份、抗菌剂3-7份、柔韧剂0.5-1份的原料混匀制成;
c、组胚胶合:板芯两侧加入胶合剂与两层装饰板热压胶合,在板芯与装饰板之间加入1-2层碳纤维,然后锯边、砂光,打包入库。
所述步骤a的中药抗菌剂由重量份数为艾蒿10-15份、甘草4-8份、芦荟3-6份、茶叶4-7份,水80-100份的原料制成。
所述步骤a的中药抗菌剂的制备方法为艾蒿、甘草、芦荟、茶叶切碎晒干,加水大火煎煮15-30min,再小火煎煮5-15min。
所述浸渍结束后,取出板片或装饰纸放置在阴凉通风处0.5-2h,然后在45-65℃烘干。
所述胶合剂加入了沸石载银离子,胶合剂与沸石载银离子的重量比为8-10:1-4。
所述步骤b中抗菌剂为银锌复合抗菌剂,其中银与锌的重量比为5-8:1-2。
本发明的有益效果在于:板芯用中药抗菌剂进行浸渍,具有天然环保的效果,并通过反复多次浸渍来提高其抗菌效果;装饰板则使用无机的银锌复合抗菌剂,在具备优良抗菌效果的同时,又有更长的抗菌时间,延长了产品的抗菌效果,而且在胶合剂中也加入了抗菌剂,做到全方位的抗菌处理,不留死角;而加入的碳纤维则使装饰板具有强度高、耐久性好、抗腐蚀能力强、应变能力强等特点,使产品在市场上更具竞争力。本产品制备工艺简单,具备绿色环保、经济的特征,可以用于制作墙板及其填充物,并可用于建筑、家居等领域。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
实施例一
一种抗菌装饰板的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a、板芯抗菌处理:板芯由宽度30mm、厚度10mm、长度500mm的板片经中药抗菌剂浸渍,浸渍结束后,取出板片放置在阴凉通风处0.5h,然后在45℃烘干,并重复2次,再加胶合剂胶合而成;其中中药抗菌剂由重量份数为艾蒿10份、甘草4份、芦荟3份、茶叶4份、水80份的原料制成,制备方法为艾蒿、甘草、芦荟、茶叶切碎晒干,加水大火煎煮15min,再小火煎煮5min;
b、装饰板抗菌处理:装饰纸放入三聚氰胺树脂溶液中浸渍,浸渍结束后,取出板片放置在阴凉通风处0.5h,然后在45℃烘干,并重复2次;三聚氰胺树脂溶液由重量份数为三聚氰胺树脂8份、紫外线吸收剂0.3份、抗菌剂3份、柔韧剂0.5份的原料混匀制成;其中抗菌剂为银锌复合抗菌剂,其中银与锌的重量比为5:1。
c、组胚胶合:板芯两侧加入胶合剂与两层装饰板热压胶合,在板芯与装饰板之间加入1层碳纤维,然后锯边、砂光,打包入库。
所用的胶合剂加入了沸石载银离子,胶合剂与沸石载银离子的重量比为8:1。
实施例二
一种抗菌装饰板的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a、板芯抗菌处理:板芯由宽度40mm、厚度14mm、长度650mm的板片经中药抗菌剂浸渍,浸渍结束后,取出板片放置在阴凉通风处1h,然后在50℃烘干,并重复3次,再加胶合剂胶合而成;其中中药抗菌剂由重量份数为艾蒿13份、甘草6份、芦荟4份、茶叶6份、水90份的原料制成;制备方法为艾蒿、甘草、芦荟、茶叶切碎晒干,加水大火煎煮24min,再小火煎煮10min。
b、装饰板抗菌处理:装饰纸放入三聚氰胺树脂溶液中浸渍,浸渍结束后,取出装饰纸放置在阴凉通风处1h,然后在50℃烘干,并重复3次;三聚氰胺树脂溶液由重量份数为三聚氰胺树脂11份、紫外线吸收剂0.5份、抗菌剂5份、柔韧剂0.7份的原料混匀制成;其中抗菌剂为银锌复合抗菌剂,其中银与锌的重量比为7:2。
c、组胚胶合:板芯两侧加入胶合剂与两层装饰板热压胶合,在板芯与装饰板之间加入2层碳纤维,然后锯边、砂光,打包入库。
使用的胶合剂加入了沸石载银离子,胶合剂与沸石载银离子的重量比为9:3。
实施例三
一种抗菌装饰板的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a、板芯抗菌处理:板芯由宽度60mm、厚度18mm、长度800mm的板片经中药抗菌剂浸渍,浸渍结束后,取出板片放置在阴凉通风处2h,然后在65℃烘干,并重复4次,再加胶合剂胶合而成;其中中药抗菌剂由重量份数为艾蒿15份、甘草8份、芦荟6份、茶叶7份,水100份的原料制成;制备方法为艾蒿、甘草、芦荟、茶叶切碎晒干,加水大火煎煮30min,再小火煎煮15min。
b、装饰板抗菌处理:装饰纸放入三聚氰胺树脂溶液中浸渍,浸渍结束后,取出装饰纸放置在阴凉通风处2h,然后在65℃烘干,并重复4次;三聚氰胺树脂溶液由重量份数为三聚氰胺树脂15份、紫外线吸收剂0.8份、抗菌剂7份、柔韧剂1份的原料混匀制成;其中抗菌剂为银锌复合抗菌剂,其中银与锌的重量比为8:2。
c、组胚胶合:板芯两侧加入胶合剂与两层装饰板热压胶合,在板芯与装饰板之间加入2层碳纤维,然后锯边、砂光,打包入库。
所用的胶合剂加入了沸石载银离子,胶合剂与沸石载银离子的重量比为10:4。

a、板芯抗菌处理:板芯由宽度30-60mm、厚度10-18mm、长度500-800mm的板片经中药抗菌剂浸渍,然后烘干,并重复2-4次,再加胶合剂胶合而成;
b、装饰板抗菌处理:装饰纸放入三聚氰胺树脂溶液中浸渍,然后烘干,并重复2-4次;三聚氰胺树脂溶液由重量份数为三聚氰胺树脂8-15份、紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.8份、抗菌剂3-7份、柔韧剂0.5-1份的原料混匀制成;
c、组胚胶合:板芯两侧加入胶合剂与两层装饰板热压胶合,在板芯与装饰板之间加入1-2层碳纤维,然后锯边、砂光,打包入库。
