技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种制作雪纺服装，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
雪纺面料质地柔软、轻薄透明，手感滑爽富有弹性，外观清淡爽洁，具有良好的透气性和悬垂性。在女性服装里，雪纺面料使用的比较频繁，有雪纺衬衫、雪纺连衣裙、雪纺套裙，但纯雪纺布料制成的服装牢固性和易打理性不好。很难在外表面加工褶皱，外表没有立体感，满足不了人们多方位的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种由两层材料形成的棉布褶皱雪纺面料，该褶皱雪纺面料的外形美观时尚，制作简单，保持面料原有的颜色，内部雪纺材质垂坠，触感舒适。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种永久性放出大量负离子棉布褶皱雪纺面料，包括褶皱层和内层组成，所述褶皱层通过缝合固定在内层上，所述褶皱层采用棉布制作，并热压出褶皱形状，所述褶皱是均匀分布的，所述褶皱之间的间距为3mm，所述内层由雪纺制成。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种负离子织物，包含有透过双面织法交织的一般纱线、弹性纱线及负离子纱线；该一般纱线编织于外表面且成份量大于50％，该弹性纱线成份量2％在编织排列中取代部分的一般纱线，该负离子纱线编织于该内表面且成份量小于48％。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
褶皱层采用棉布面料制作，并缝合在内层上，工艺简单，成本较低，内层采用雪纺材质，触感舒适，既满足穿着的舒适性又能提高褶皱层的美感。
本发明，内表面为细绒轻薄且可全面性的永久性放出大量的负离子，足以改善人体健康并产生实质明显助益，得以克服解决一般负离子织物大量使用负离子纱线却只能释出微量负离子的缺点，有效的减少负离子纱线的使用量，降低成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一种永久性放出大量负离子棉布褶皱雪纺面料，包括褶皱层2和内层1组成，所述褶皱层2通过缝合固定在内层1上，所述褶皱层2采用棉布制作，并热压出褶皱形状，所述褶皱2-1是均匀分布的，所述褶皱2-1之间的间距为3mm，所述内层1由雪纺制成。

1.一种永久性放出大量负离子棉布褶皱雪纺面料，其特征在于：包括褶皱层（2）和内层（1）组成，所述褶皱层（2）通过缝合固定在内层（1）上，所述褶皱层（2）的褶皱（2-1），是均匀分布的；所述褶皱(2-1) 之间的间距为3mm；所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种负离子织物，包含有透过双面织法交织的一般纱线、弹性纱线及负离子纱线；该一般纱线编织于外表面且成份量大于50％，该弹性纱线成份量2％在编织排列中取代部分的一般纱线，该负离子纱线编织于该内表面且成份量小于48％。
