本发明涉及一种提升导旋光性抗腐蚀织物,包括基础织物层(1),基础织物层内外两侧都设有抗腐蚀层(2),抗腐蚀层的内侧设有织物里层(3);抗腐蚀层(2)为聚氯乙烯涂层。所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种发光织物,包含一透光单元、至少一与该透光单元结合的发光单元,及一与该发光单元电连接的电力单元;该透光单元包括若干条复合纤维,该每一条复合纤维具有一鞘部,及至少一被该鞘部包覆的芯部。本发明耐腐蚀性强。本发明提升导旋光性。

提升导旋光性抗腐蚀织物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种抗腐蚀织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
织物是日常生活和工作中常用的纺织基材,种类繁多,根据不同的场合、不同的功能有:耐高温织物、耐腐蚀织物、遮光织物、防紫外线织物等等,根据其性能特性而应用于不同的领域和场所,其中耐腐蚀织物长使用于篷布、建筑、包扎、覆盖等方面,现有的耐腐蚀织物多采用聚酯纤维单纯编织制造而成,制作粗糙、耐腐蚀度不高,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种抗腐蚀织物,能够增强织物耐腐蚀的性能和化学稳定性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种提升导旋光性抗腐蚀织物,包括基础织物层,所述基础织物层的内外两侧都设有抗腐蚀层,所述抗腐蚀层的内侧设有织物里层;各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定;所述基础织物层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用苎麻纤维织成,所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成;所述抗腐蚀层为聚氯乙烯涂层;所述织物里层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用海岛纤维织成,所述第二纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成。所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种发光织物,包含一透光单元、至少一与该透光单元结合的发光单元,及一与该发光单元电连接的电力单元;该透光单元包括若干条复合纤维,该每一条复合纤维具有一鞘部,及至少一被该鞘部包覆的芯部,该透光单元是通过若干条所述复合纤维彼此以经向和纬向交互编织而呈网状结构,且该网状结构的结点是由若干条所述复合纤维的鞘部经由热处理而彼此融合形成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
织物结构简单、有利于大规模生产、两侧防腐蚀结构,耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长。
本发光织物通过若干条复合纤维经由热处理而形成透光单元,该透光单元具有高透明度且为平面网状的结构,由于平面的结构使光线容易扩散通过,因此该发光织物可有效地提升导旋光性,增加光源照射的范围。

参见图1,一种提升导旋光性抗腐蚀织物,包括基础织物层,所述基础织物层的内外两侧都设有抗腐蚀层,所述抗腐蚀层的内侧设有织物里层;各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定;所述基础织物层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用苎麻纤维织成,所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成;所述抗腐蚀层为聚氯乙烯涂层;所述织物里层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用海岛纤维织成,所述第二纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成。
所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种发光织物,包含一透光单元、至少一与该透光单元结合的发光单元,及一与该发光单元电连接的电力单元;该透光单元包括若干条复合纤维,该每一条复合纤维具有一鞘部,及至少一被该鞘部包覆的芯部,该透光单元是通过若干条所述复合纤维彼此以经向和纬向交互编织而呈网状结构,且该网状结构的结点是由若干条所述复合纤维的鞘部经由热处理而彼此融合形成。
