Abstract
本发明涉及到一种防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于包括基体,所述基体的上表面上附着有第一导电膜层,所述基体的下表面上附着有第二导电膜层,并且所述基体内间隔嵌设有多个电导体,各所述电导体的上、下两端分别连接所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层。本发明所提供的防静电胶垫结构,中间的基体可以选用造价低廉的材料制备,仅仅在基体的上、下表面上设置一层薄薄的导电膜层,通过嵌设在基体中的电导体将上、下膜层导通,不仅满足导电需要,而且能够将防静电胶垫的成本降低到原成本的三分之一左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及到防静电胶垫,具体指一种防静电胶垫结构。
背景技术
静电防护是为防止静电积累所引起的人身电击、火灾和爆炸、电子器件失效和损坏,以及对生产的不良影响而采取的防范措施。其防范原则主要是抑制静电的产生,加速静电泄漏,进行静电中和等。
静电防护最有效的措施是静电导入大地,具体方法通常是在地面或工作台面上铺垫防静电胶垫,通过防静电胶垫的传导将人体和物品上的静电导入大地。
现有的防静电胶垫通常是在基体中加入防静电剂制备而成。由于防静电剂的价格高昂,导致防静电胶垫造价高。以厚度为2mm的永久性防静电胶垫为例,每平方米的造价为¥200.00左右,如此高昂的造价限制了防静电胶垫的应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状提供一种造价低廉且防静电效果好的防静电胶垫结构。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于包括基体,所述基体的上表面上附着有第一导电膜层,所述基体的下表面上附着有第二导电膜层,并且所述基体内间隔嵌设有多个电导体,各所述电导体的上、下两端分别连接所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层。
上述方案中的电导体可以根据需要选用现有技术中的任意一种,例如金属导体;高分子抗静电剂制备的高分子抗静电母粒,如阳离子抗静电剂、阴离子抗静电剂;或者导电性填料类制备的母粒;优选所述电导体为高分子抗静电电母粒。
更好地,所述高分子导电母粒为永久型抗静电剂。例如:聚醚型永久型抗静电剂,PEO、PEEA、PEAI等;季铵盐型永久性抗静电剂,含季铵盐与甲基丙烯酸酯缩聚物的共聚物、含季铵盐与马来酰亚胺缩聚物的共聚物,等等;磺酸型永久型抗静电剂,聚苯氧磺酸钠等;内胺盐型永久型抗静电剂,羧基内铵盐接枝共聚物等;或现有技术中其它永久型抗静电剂。具体使用原则可以根据不用的基体材料匹配恰当的永久型抗静电剂。
上述各方案中所述第一导电膜层和所述第二导电膜层均为防静电弹性体。
所述基体可以为橡胶垫或塑料板。
优选所述基体为热塑性弹性体。例如丁二烯或异戊二烯与苯乙烯嵌段型的共聚物,TPO-聚烯烃热塑性弹性体,TPVC-聚氯乙烯热塑性弹性体,TPEE-热塑性聚酯弹性体,二烯类热塑性弹性体如TPB、TPI等,TPAE,TPA-热塑性聚酰胺弹性体MPR-熔融加工型热塑性弹性体FTPV-热塑性氟橡胶。
更优选,所述基体为TPU。
上述各方案中,所述第一膜层、第二膜层和基体的厚度可以根据需要选用;综合考虑到成本以及性能,所述第一导电膜层的厚度可以为0.1~0.5mm。
所述第二导电膜层的厚度也可以为0.1~0.5mm。
所述基体的厚度为0.6~4mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的防静电胶垫结构,中间的基体可以选用造价低廉的材料制备,仅仅在基体的上、下表面上设置一层薄薄的导电膜层,通过嵌设在基体中的电导体将上、下膜层导通,不仅满足导电需要,而且能够将防静电胶垫的成本降低到原成本的三分之一左右。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1所示,该防静电胶垫结构包括:
基体1,采用TPU制备的片材,厚度为1.6mm;
第一导电膜层2,附着在基体1的上表面上;为防静电高分子弹性体,第一导电膜层2的厚度为0.2mm。
第二导电膜层3,附着在基体1的下表面上,也采用防静电高分子弹性体制备;第二导电膜层的厚度也是0.2mm。
电导体4,采用永久性抗静电剂制备的抗静电母粒,间隔嵌设在基体1内,并且电导体4的上端和下端分别连接第一导电膜层2和第二导电膜层3。
各电导体与第一导电膜层2和第二导电膜层3形成导电网络,从而将环境中的静电经第一导电膜层2、电导体4传导到第二导电膜层3上,经由第二导电膜层3接入大地。
其中第一导电膜层2和第二导电膜层3为TPU树脂中加入30%永久性抗静电剂制备得到防静电高分子弹性体。
本实施例中防静电胶垫的造价为65/m2左右。
对比例
将永久性抗静电剂按30%的重量比加入到TPU中,制备成TPU抗静电片材。该片材造价为200/m2左右。
Claims (10)
1.防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于包括基体(1),所述基体(1)的上表面上附着有第一导电膜层(2),所述基体(1)的下表面上附着有第二导电膜层(3),并且所述基体(1)内间隔嵌设有多个电导体(4),各所述电导体(4)的上、下两端分别连接所述第一导电膜层(2)和第二导电膜层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述电导体(4)为高分子导电母粒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述高分子导电母粒永久性抗静电母粒。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一权利要求所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述第一导电膜层(2)和所述第二导电膜层(3)均为防静电弹性体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述基体(1)为橡胶垫或塑料板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述基体(1)为热塑性弹性体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述基体(1)为TPU。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述第一导电膜层(2)的厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述第二导电膜层(3)的厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防静电胶垫结构,其特征在于所述基体(1)的厚度为0.6~4mm。
