本发明涉及板材，尤其涉及覆膜PVC发泡板。
背景技术
PVC板为替代木材的一种材料，其具有良好的使用性能，在现有技术中得到广泛的应用。
现有技术中PVC板广泛应用于建筑或车辆做装饰材料使用，PVC板通过粘接方式进行固定，在长期使用过程中，PVC板会散发出有害气体，从而降低了PVC板的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明提供的覆膜PVC发泡板，旨在克服现有技术中的PVC板无法吸附有害气体的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：覆膜PVC发泡板，包括发泡板体，所述发泡板体上设有活性炭吸附层，所述活性炭吸附层上设有透气层，所述活性炭吸附层位于透气层与发泡板体之间，所述发泡板体上粘接有连接柱，所述连接柱上一体式设有可产生弹性形变的限位块，所述限位块设置在连接柱远离发泡板体的一端，所述活性炭吸附层上开设有与连接柱配合的连接孔，所述活性炭吸附层上还开设有容纳限位块的容纳孔，所述容纳孔与连接孔相通，并且，所述容纳孔与连接孔同轴，透气层设置在活性炭吸附层上以后，所述透气层覆盖所述容纳孔，所述限位块远离连接柱的一端上设有半球状的导向部，所述导向部的直径与限位块的直径相等，所述限位块上还开设有至少一条便于使限位块产生弹性形变的凹槽；所述透气层内镶嵌有金属强化层，所述金属强化层呈网状；所述发泡板体上还粘接有加强层，所述加强层上设有连接层，所述连接层粘接在加强层上，所述加强层位于发泡板体与连接层之间，所述发泡板体位于活性炭吸附层与加强层之间，所述连接层上在远离加强层的一侧设有花纹，所述花纹凹入连接层内，所述花纹的宽度不大于1.5毫米。
一种可选的方案，所述加强层上一体式设有加强筋，所述加强筋的横截面形状为矩形，所述发泡板体上开设有与加强筋配合的槽体。加强筋的设置提高了PVC发泡板的强度，优化了PVC发泡板的使用性能。
一种可选的方案，所述透气层与活性炭吸附层之间设有阻燃层，所述阻燃层呈网状，所述阻燃层的厚度不小于2毫米，所述阻燃层粘接在活性炭吸附层上，所述透气层通过阻燃层粘接在活性炭吸附层上。阻燃层的设置使得PVC发泡板具有防火性能，优化了PVC发泡板的使用性能。

如图1所示，所述发泡板体1上粘接有连接柱4，所述连接柱4为空心结构，连接柱4起到固定活性炭吸附层2的作用，所述连接柱4垂直于所述发泡板体1，连接柱4应与发泡板体1可靠连接，所述连接柱4上一体式设有可产生弹性形变的限位块5，限位块5的直径应大于连接柱4的直径，所述限位块5设置在连接柱4远离发泡板体1的一端，限位块5粘接或通过螺纹连接在连接柱4上，所述活性炭吸附层2上开设有与连接柱4配合的连接孔6，所述活性炭吸附层2上还开设有容纳限位块5的容纳孔7，所述容纳孔7与连接孔6相通，并且，所述容纳孔7与连接孔6同轴，透气层3设置在活性炭吸附层2上以后，所述透气层3覆盖所述容纳孔7，活性炭吸附层2与发泡板体1装配时，利用限位块5的弹性形变使限位块5穿过连接孔6进入容纳孔7，限位块5进入容纳孔7内以后弹性变形恢复，由于限位块5的直径大于连接柱4的直径，因此，活性炭吸附层2被可靠地固定在发泡板体1上，活性炭吸附层2使用一段时间后，活性炭的吸附能力下降，此时，需要更换活性炭吸附层2，由于活性炭吸附层2通过连接柱4、限位块5固定在发泡板体1上，活性炭吸附层2在更换时操作十分方便，不需要对整块PVC发泡板进行更换，优化了PVC发泡板的使用性能；
如图1所示，为了便于活性炭吸附层2与发泡板体1装配，所述限位块5远离连接柱4的一端上设有半球状的导向部8，所述导向部8的直径与限位块5的直径相等，所述限位块5上还开设有便于使限位块5产生弹性形变的凹槽9，所述凹槽9有两条，并且，两条凹槽9呈十字形设置在限位块5上，活性炭吸附层2与发泡板体1装配方便；

所述连接层12上在远离加强层11的一侧设有花纹，所述花纹凹入连接层12内，所述花纹的宽度不大于1.5毫米，连接层12的设置使得PVC发泡板安装方便，花纹的设置提高了连接层12的连接性能，花纹宽度大于1.5毫米时，大大减小了连接层12与被连接体的接触面积，从而降低了连接层12的连接性能。
上述实施方式相对于现有技术，活性炭吸附层2的设置，使得PVC发泡板具有吸附有害气体的作用，大大优化了PVC发泡板的使用性能，活性炭吸附层2通过连接柱4、限位块5固定在发泡板体1上，活性炭吸附层2更换十分方便；另外，金属强化层10、加强层11的设置大大提高了PVC发泡板的强度，优化了PVC发泡板的使用性能。

4.根据权利要求1所述的覆膜PVC发泡板，其特征在于：所述凹槽(9)有两条，并且，两条凹槽(9)呈十字形设置在限位块(5)上。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的覆膜PVC发泡板，其特征在于：所述连接柱(4)为空心结构。
