本发明涉及一种自动焊机,包括机架,机架顶部设有焊料定位架,机架一侧设有焊道,机架上设有引焊移动座,引焊移动座上固定有引焊管,引焊管端部连接焊头定位座,焊头定位座底部设有焊口,焊口位置对准焊道,引焊移动座由电机齿轮带动,引焊移动座活动于直角轨道内。本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:整体结构简单,操作方便,使用安全,一面焊接,两面成型,焊接效率高,焊接后的物料焊接性好,能延长使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种自动焊机,属于焊接技术领域。
背景技术
焊接,也称作熔接、镕接,是一种以加热、高温或者高压的方式接合金属或其他热塑性材料如塑料的制造工艺及技术。无论在何处,焊接都可能给操作者带来危险,所以在进行焊接时必须采取适当的防护措施。焊接给人体可能造成的伤害包括烧伤、触电、视力损害、吸入有毒气体、紫外线照射过度等。随着社会水平的不断提高,提高焊接生产率是推动焊接技术发展的重要驱动力。现有技术中的焊机焊接效率不高,且焊接的质量也无法保证,不符合需求。
因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自动焊机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种自动焊机,包括机架,机架顶部设有焊料定位架,机架一侧设有焊道,机架上设有引焊移动座,引焊移动座上固定有引焊管,引焊管端部连接焊头定位座,焊头定位座底部设有焊口,焊口位置对准焊道,引焊移动座由电机齿轮带动,引焊移动座活动于直角轨道内。
上述技术方案的有关内容解释如下:
上述技术方案中,焊道上活动设有护脸罩。
进一步的技术方案,机架上设有压柱座,压柱座上设有压柱,压柱对准焊道,压柱通过手把控制。
优选的,电机齿轮由传动轴带动,传动轴一端固定于引焊移动座上,另一端固定于平行轮轨道间,平行轮轨道是由两个平行半圆之间的空隙构成。
优选的,引焊管为软管。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
整体结构简单,操作方便,使用安全,一面焊接,两面成型,焊接效率高,焊接后的物料焊接性好,能延长使用寿命。

如图1所示,本发明的一种自动焊机,包括机架1,机架1顶部设有焊料定位架2,机架1一侧设有焊道3,焊道3上活动设有护脸罩4,增加工作时的安全性,机架1上设有压柱座5,压柱座5上设有压柱6,压柱6对准焊道3,压柱5通过手把7控制,这样的结构可使得待焊接物固定性好,防止危险的发生,机架1上设有引焊移动座8,引焊移动座8上固定有引焊管9,引焊管9为软管,便于移动,引焊管9端部连接焊头定位座10,焊头定位座10底部设有焊口11,焊口11位置对准焊道3,引焊移动座8由电机齿轮12带动,引焊移动座8活动于直角轨道13内,电机齿轮12由传动轴14带动,传动轴14一端固定于引焊移动座8上,另一端固定于平行轮轨道15间,平行轮轨道是由两个平行半圆之间的空隙构成,这样的移动结构,可使得焊口11能够准确无误的对准需要焊接的位置,节省对焦的时间,提高焊接效率,整体结构简单,操作方便,使用安全,一面焊接,两面成型,焊接后的物料焊接性好,能延长使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动焊机,其特征在于:所述焊道上活动设有护脸罩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动焊机,其特征在于:所述机架上设有压柱座,所述压柱座上设有压柱,所述压柱对准焊道,所述压柱通过手把控制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动焊机,其特征在于:所述电机齿轮由传动轴带动,所述传动轴一端固定于引焊移动座上,另一端固定于平行轮轨道间,所述平行轮轨道是由两个平行半圆之间的空隙构成。
