本发明公开了一种具有加热功能的导尿管,涉及一种医疗器械,包括头管体,所述管体内设置有给药通道、导尿通道、清洗通道和充气通道,且管体从头部至尾部依次设置有清洗口、凹圆段、充气球囊和出药口;所述清洗口与清洗通道连通,出药口与给药通道连通,充气球囊与充气通道连通,且凹圆段上设置有与导尿通道连通的引流口;所述管体的尾部设置有与清洗通道连通的清洗接头;所述清洗接头包括由外至内依次设置的隔热材料层、电阻丝网层、阻燃导热层;所述清洗通道内设置有温度传感器。本发明能方便管体的插入,有效减轻患者在插管时的疼痛,且冲洗时更加舒适,排尿效果好,排尿的效率高。

一种具有加热功能的导尿管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体而言,涉及一种具有加热功能的导尿管。
背景技术
目前,膀胱内感染、泌尿系出血性疾病及经尿道前列腺电切术后的病人往往需要留置导尿管,并接药液间断冲洗或生理盐水持续冲洗,其目的是将前列腺创面出血及时稀释冲出,避免在膀胱内形成凝血块后堵塞导尿管,诱发膀胱痉挛。同时,膀胱冲洗本身操作不当等也可能成为导致膀胱痉挛的因素,其中最主要因素是冲洗液的温度,尤其是在寒冷的冬季,冰冷的膀胱冲洗液在膀胱冲洗时不仅可出现膀胱痉挛,也会出现体温降低、寒战、全身不适等症状。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有加热功能的导尿管,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种具有加热功能的导尿管,包括头部为球状的管体,所述管体内设置有给药通道、导尿通道、清洗通道和充气通道,且管体从头部至尾部依次设置有清洗口、凹圆段、充气球囊和出药口;所述清洗口与清洗通道连通,且清洗口位于管体的头部,出药口与给药通道连通,充气球囊与充气通道连通,且凹圆段上设置有与导尿通道连通的引流口;所述管体的尾部设置有与清洗通道连通的清洗接头;所述清洗接头包括由外至内依次设置的隔热材料层、电阻丝网层、阻燃导热层,且隔热材料层、电阻丝网层、阻燃导热层之间均通过粘结剂粘结;所述清洗通道内设置有温度传感器。
进一步的,管体的尾部还分别设置有给药接头、导尿接头和充气接头,且给药接头与给药通道连通,导尿接头与导尿通道连通,充气接头与充气通道连通。
进一步的,所述导尿通道位于管体中心,且给药通道、清洗通道、充气通道分别周向排列在导尿通道的外围。
本发明的有益效果是,通过管体上的出药口能快速将润滑剂排出,且使通过出药口排出的润滑剂能有效能管体的外表面进行润滑,同时能方便在插管的同时对尿道进行润滑,使插管更加方便,且减少病人插管时的疼痛。且给药通道、导尿通道、清洗通道、充气通道分开设置,能有效防止尿道的二次感染。
将引流口设置开设在凹圆段,能有效避免当膀胱内的压力过高时,膀胱与管体外壁紧贴,使管体上的引流口堵塞,不能快速的将膀胱内的尿液排出。本发明排尿效率高,排尿效果好。
清洗接头上的电阻丝网层能有效在清洗液通过的同时进行加热,且清洗通道内的温度传感器能实时对清洗液的温度进行检测,使清洗液在清洗过程中更加安全,避免温度过高或过低,使病人在对膀胱进行冲洗的过程中更加舒适。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1、图2、图3所示出了本发明提供的一种具有加热功能的导尿管,包括头部为球状的管体1,所述管体1内设置有给药通道5、导尿通道2、清洗通道4和充气通道3,给药通道5、导尿通道2、清洗通道4和充气通道3均沿管体1的轴线方向设置,且管体1从头部至尾部依次设置有清洗口14、凹圆段8、充气球囊7和出药口6,清洗口14用于清洗液的排出,方便对膀胱内进行冲洗,充气球囊7能有效防止管体1在插入膀胱内滑落,出药口6用于药剂的使用,方便给药;所述清洗口14与清洗通道4连通,且清洗口14位于管体1的头部,出药口6与给药通道5连通,充气球囊7与充气通道3连通,且凹圆段8上设置有与导尿通道2连通的引流口9;所述管体1的尾部设置有与清洗通道4连通的清洗接头12;所述清洗接头12包括由外至内依次设置的隔热材料层15、电阻丝网层16、阻燃导热层17,且隔热材料层15、电阻丝网层16、阻燃导热层17之间均通过粘结剂粘结,且粘结剂为环保粘结剂;所述清洗通道4内设置有温度传感器,温度传感器能实时监测清洗通道4内清洗液的温度。
所述管体1的尾部还分别设置有给药接头13、导尿接头10和充气接头11,且给药接头13与给药通道5连通,导尿接头10与导尿通道2连通,充气接头11与充气通道3连通。
先通过给药接头13使润滑剂进入到给药通道5内,进入到给药通道5内的润滑剂通过出药口6排出,排出的润滑剂附着在管体1的外表面上,此时将管体1插入到膀胱内,在插入的同时给药接头13持续给药,使在整个插管过程中均能能到润滑;当管体1插入到膀胱内后,通过充气接头11对充气球囊7进行充气,当充气球囊7完成充气后,将充气接头11密封,避免充气球囊7漏气;当需要对膀胱内进行冲洗时,通过清洗接头12接入到冲洗装置,使清洗液进入到清洗接头12内,在清洗液通过清洗接头12的同时电阻丝网层16对清洗液进行加热,加热后的清洗液进入到清洗通道4内,且清洗通道4内的温度传感器对清洗液的温度进行检测,最后加热后的清洗液通过清洗口14排出,排出的清洗液能有效对膀胱进行冲洗;而冲洗膀胱后清洗液和尿液通过引流口9进入到导尿通道2后排出。
所述导尿通道2位于管体1中心,且给药通道5、清洗通道4、充气通道3分别周向排列在导尿通道2的外围,使管体1更加均匀,使管体1的使用效果更好。

1.一种具有加热功能的导尿管,其特征在于:包括头部为球状的管体,所述管体内设置有给药通道、导尿通道、清洗通道和充气通道,且管体从头部至尾部依次设置有清洗口、凹圆段、充气球囊和出药口;所述清洗口与清洗通道连通,且清洗口位于管体的头部,出药口与给药通道连通,充气球囊与充气通道连通,且凹圆段上设置有与导尿通道连通的引流口;所述管体的尾部设置有与清洗通道连通的清洗接头;所述清洗接头包括由外至内依次设置的隔热材料层、电阻丝网层、阻燃导热层,且隔热材料层、电阻丝网层、阻燃导热层之间均通过粘结剂粘结;所述清洗通道内设置有温度传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的导尿管,其特征在于,所述管体的尾部还分别设置有给药接头、导尿接头和充气接头,且给药接头与给药通道连通,导尿接头与导尿通道连通,充气接头与充气通道连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的导尿管,其特征在于,所述导尿通道位于管体中心,且给药通道、清洗通道、充气通道分别周向排列在导尿通道的外围。
